胡颓子是胡颓子科胡颓子属植物,别名:蒲颓子、半含春、卢都子、雀儿酥、甜棒子、牛***根、石滚子、四枣、半春子、柿模、三月枣、羊***,拉丁文名:Elaeagnus pungens Thunb. 胡颓子科、胡颓子属常绿直立灌木,高3-4米,具刺,刺顶生或腋生,长20-40毫米,有时较短,深褐色;幼枝微扁棱形,密被锈色鳞片,老枝鳞片脱落,黑色,具光泽。叶革质,椭圆形或阔椭圆形,稀矩圆形,长5-10厘米,宽1.8-5厘米,两端钝形或基部圆形,边缘微反卷或皱波状,上面幼时具银白色和少数褐色鳞片,成熟后脱落,具光泽,干燥后褐绿色或褐色,下面密被银白色和少数褐色鳞片,果核内面具白色丝状棉毛;花期9-12月,果期次年4-6月。果熟时味甜可食。根、叶、果实均供药用,还有一定的观赏价值。胡颓子主要化学成分有挥发油、萜类、生物碱、黄酮等;药理活性主要有降血糖,降血脂、抗脂质氧化、抗炎镇痛、免疫等。在我国有 57种之多,分布于全国各地,尤其以长江流域及以南地区更为普遍。 与胡颓子同科的沙棘属植物虽然只有 4种,但已进行了广泛的开发利用,并取得了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。而胡颓子属虽然资源丰富 ,果实中富含人体所需的营养成分,具有很大的开发利用前景,但到目前为止,几乎未被开发利用。
胡颓子果汁含量及可溶性固形物含量都较高。适用于加工制作果汁、果酒等。从有机酸含量来看,野生胡颓子果实中有机酸含量普遍高于一般果树,不仅为制作天然饮料提供了条件,而更重要的是保护了果汁内的维生素不被氧化。在维生素 C含量上,胡颓子亦明显高于栽培果树,尤以长叶胡颓子最为显著。从矿质元素看 ,胡颓子果实中主要矿质元素明显高于绝大多数栽培果树,其中钾的含量是现已报导过的果品中最高的一种,铁比葡萄高出 20倍,钙高出近 40倍,因而可以保证饮料中含有丰富的矿质元素。胡颓子果实中氨基酸含量也极为丰富,在人体必需的氨基酸含量上更为显著。 其中几种人体必需的氨基酸含量比常见的栽培果树要高出几倍到几十倍之多。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服已有技术的不足而提供一种包含胡颓子的保健饮品及其应用,以提高胡颓子的果香味和营养,实现胡颓子更高的市场价值。
为实现本发明目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种包含胡颓子的保健饮品及其应用,其特征在于,所述保健饮品,其由下述重量配比的原料制备而成:
胡颓子55份、复合发酵菌3份、维生素C 1份、柠檬酸6份、木糖醇6份、混合酶2份、植物提取物4份。
所述复合发酵菌为:酿酒酵母CCTCC NO:M2012356(参见CN102911885)种子液和酿酒酵母CGMCC NO:6979(参见CN103789219)种子液按照体积比7:2制备而得。
所述混合酶为纤维素酶:果胶酶=2:3(重量比)。
所述植物提取物由下述重量比的原料制备而得:
菊花25份、蒲公英25份、山药25份、茯苓20份、肉桂20份、
薏苡仁15份、葛根15份、牛蒡子10份、枸杞子10份、荆芥8份;
其制备方法为:按照重量份数取上述原料,加75%乙醇(体积分数)浸泡1小时,然后提取两次,每次1-2小时,合并提取液,滤过,浓缩成相对密度为1.2g/ml的浸膏,干燥后粉碎,并灭菌;
所述包含胡颓子的保健饮品的制备方法如下:
(1)取无病虫害、成熟新鲜的胡颓子果实洗净,切块,打浆,得果浆。
(2)将维生素C、柠檬酸和木糖醇加入(1)的果浆中,搅拌均匀,加入混合酶,50℃水浴,不断搅拌,酶解3~4小时后,80℃水浴,灭酶20~30分钟,获得混合果浆。
(3)制备复合发酵菌:所述复合发酵菌为:酿酒酵母CCTCC NO:M2012356(参见CN102911885)种子液和酿酒酵母CGMCC NO:6979(参见CN103789219)种子液按照体积比7:2制备而得,所述酿酒酵母种子液的浓度均控制在1×108个/ml。
(4)将步骤(2)获得的混合果浆加入复合发酵菌,25℃静置培养一周,离心,取上清,得混合液;
(5)制备植物提取物,所述植物提取物由下述重量比的原料制备而得:
菊花25份、蒲公英25份、山药25份、茯苓20份、肉桂20份、
薏苡仁15份、葛根15份、牛蒡子10份、枸杞子10份、荆芥8份;
其制备方法为:按照重量份数取上述原料,加75%乙醇(体积分数)浸泡1小时,然后提取两次,每次1-2小时,合并提取液,滤过,浓缩成相对密度为1.2的浸膏,干燥后粉碎,并灭菌;
(6)在步骤(4)制备的混合液中加入植物提取物,常温放置60天,过滤,然后置于-2℃,50-60天,过滤,即得。
本发明相对现有技术的有益效果为:
本发明的复合发酵菌为专门针对胡颓子发酵筛选的酵母组合,其发酵制备的胡颓子发酵饮品果香浓郁、口感丰满,较之商业用广谱酵母以及较之单一酿酒酵母CCTCC NO:M2012356或酿酒酵母CGMCC NO:6979协同性强,发酵效果良好;本发明制备的胡颓子饮品,酸甜适口,澄清透明,性质稳定,绵甜爽净,余味悠长,香味和谐;以VC、柠檬酸对果实进行护色,使口味酸甜,增加营养物质;以木糖醇调节甜度,热量低,加入植物提取物,与胡颓子的营养物质和功能进行有机的结合,克服了功能单一的缺点,增加营养物质、生物活性物质及风味,能够增强抵抗力,降低血糖,丰富了胡颓子的深加工产品,提高了农户的经济收入,满足消费者的需求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种包含胡颓子的保健饮品,其由下述重量配比的原料制备而成:
胡颓子55份、复合发酵菌3份、维生素C 1份、柠檬酸6份、木糖醇6份、混合酶2份、植物提取物4份。
所述复合发酵菌为:酿酒酵母CCTCC NO:M2012356(参见CN102911885)种子液和酿酒酵母CGMCC NO:6979(参见CN103789219)种子液按照体积比7:2制备而得,所述两种酿酒酵母种子液的浓度均控制在1×108个/ml。
所述混合酶为纤维素酶(1万U/g):果胶酶(5万U/g)=2:3(重量比)。
所述植物提取物由下述重量比的原料制备而得:
菊花25份、蒲公英25份、山药25份、茯苓20份、肉桂20份、
薏苡仁15份、葛根15份、牛蒡子10份、枸杞子10份、荆芥8份;
其制备方法为:按照重量份数取上述原料,加75%乙醇(体积分数)浸泡1小时,然后提取两次,每次1-2小时,合并提取液,滤过,浓缩成相对密度为1.2的浸膏,干燥后粉碎,并灭菌;
所述包含胡颓子的保健饮品的制备方法如下:

(4)将步骤(2)获得的混合果浆加入复合发酵菌,25℃静置培养一周,离心,取上清,得混合液体;
(5)制备植物提取物;
(6)在步骤(4)制备的混合液体中加入植物提取物,常温放置60天,过滤,然后置于-2℃,50-60天,过滤,即得。
实施例2:
实施例1制备的胡颓子保健饮品的感官评价:
随机选择60人,年龄18岁以上,每人对实施例1制备的胡颓子保健饮品进行感官评定,评定前30分钟不得食用其他食物,每部分共计10分,1~3为一般,4~6为佳,7~9为上佳。10为满分,取其平均值,结果如表1:

上述结果表明:本发明的胡颓子保健饮品,酸甜适口,性质稳定,口感绵甜爽净,余味悠长,香味和谐,得到广大消费者的喜爱。
实施例3
降糖效果:
试验动物:Wistar大鼠50只,雄性,(180±10)g,大鼠在动物房适应喂养3天后,随机抽取10只作为正常对照组喂以普通维持饲料。高糖高脂饲料配方:大鼠基础饲料68%,蔗糖10%,蛋黄粉9%,猪油8%,胆固醇1%,胆盐0.2%。
实施方式:其余40只采用高糖高脂饲料喂养4周。4周后大鼠经禁食18 h后,链脲佐菌素(STZ)静脉注射20mg/Kg,每两天一次,使用两次后,血糖血脂居高不下者为造模成功。选取造模成功的大鼠30只,随机分为3组,每组10只,即模型组(不施用任何药物)、本发明实施例1胡颓子保健饮品0.1g/Kg、对照药物组:施用格列齐特(10mg/kg),施用方式均为口服,每天饭前一小时服用。连续服用10天后检测。
统计学分析:数据资料采用x±s表示,使用SPSS17.0统计软件进行数据分析,多组间比较采用方差分析,两组间比较采用t检验。P<0.05有统计学意义。
治疗效果:检测了空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,简写为FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、单位均为mmol/L,结果见表2:

结论:对FPG的影响由上可见,除正常组外,模型组FPG、TC均明显升高,对照药物组和本发明组FPG、TC均有明显下降(P<0.01),提示本发明胡颓子饮品具备显著的降糖效果。
实施例4
典型病例
刘某某,男,51岁,乏力、气短、自汗,动则加重,口干舌燥,多饮多尿,五心烦热,大便秘结,腰膝酸软,舌淡或舌红暗。舌边有齿痕,苔薄白少津, 脉细弱。空腹血糖9.4mmol/L,诊断为糖尿病。首先给予常规双胍类降糖药,服用2个疗程后,症状减轻,空腹血糖8.1mmol/L,药量减半,同时给予实施例1制备的胡颓子保健饮品,50g每日,一个月后,空腹血糖小于7,坚持每日少量饮用,半年后追访,血糖值正常。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改,改进或范围的扩大,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种包含胡颓子的保健饮品,其特征在于,所述保健饮品由下述重量配比的原料制备而成:胡颓子55份、复合发酵菌3份、维生素C 1份、柠檬酸6份、木糖醇6份、混合酶2份、植物提取物4份;
所述复合发酵菌为:酿酒酵母CCTCC NO:M2012356种子液和酿酒酵母CGMCC NO:6979种子液按照体积比7:2制备而得;上述两种酿酒酵母种子液的浓度均控制在1×108个/ml;
所述混合酶由纤维素酶和果胶酶按照2:3的重量比混合而得;
所述植物提取物由下述重量比的原料制备而得:菊花25份、蒲公英25份、山药25份、茯苓20份、肉桂20份、薏苡仁15份、葛根15份、牛蒡子10份、枸杞子10份、荆芥8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健饮品,其特征在于,所述植物提取物的制备方法为:按照重量份数取各原料,加75%乙醇浸泡1小时,所述乙醇比例为体积分数,然后提取两次,每次1-2小时,合并提取液,滤过,浓缩成密度为1.2g/ml的浸膏,干燥后粉碎,并灭菌,即得。
