Abstract
一种隔热镇水粉及其生产方法,是以多种天然矿
石微细粉粒为核心,外表被十八酸所封闭、包围的基
本粒子所组成,本发明的生产方法是将多种天然矿石
经高温进行煅烧、消化、碳化反应,将超轻质粉末进入
精炼干燥机加温,再运行至成型复合机,喷射入十八
酸进行化学反应和物理改性后为隔热镇水粉。该发
明首次将防水、隔热、保温、绝缘、阻燃功能集于一体,
可独立用于屋面、仓库、地下室、冷库等建筑工程,也
可同水泥拌和用于垂直面的防潮,稀释后可喷涂每个
角落,性能良好。
Description
本发明属于一种建筑材料,特别是建筑工程用的隔热、防水、保温、绝缘、阻燃材料及生产工艺。
目前应用于建筑工程的防水材料主要为卷材、片材、涂膜、密封油膏。如近年来我国发展起来的新一代三元乙丙(保定)、氯丁胶乳沥青防水涂料(四川)、焦油聚氨酯防水胶(上海)、聚氨酯防水涂料(北京)等。粉末状的防水材料如浙江的建筑拒水粉等防水粉。
虽然这些防水材料能在一定程度上解决防水、防潮问题,但根据四川省科技情报所1990年6月14日、1990年8月4日查新表明,至今国内外还没有那一种材料同时具有防水、隔热、保温、绝缘、阻燃五大功能,这些防水材料因受老化或建筑物基层裂缝的影响变形而丧失防水作用,解决不了长期不渗、不漏的严重问题,且造价较高、维修复杂。
本发明的目的是提供一种粉末状的建筑工程材料,解决建筑工程中防水、隔热、保温、绝缘、阻燃五大难题。
本发明的隔热镇水粉,由矿石细粒包裹憎水处理剂组成,其特征在于:它是以多种天然矿石的微细粉粒为核心,外表被十八酸所封闭、包围的基本粒子所组成。
所述天然矿石可以是石灰石、白云石、大理石。
所述隔热镇水粉的配方重量比为:十八酸∶石灰石粉(超轻质碳酸钙)∶白云石粉∶大理石粉=0.5∶80∶10∶10。
所述超轻质碳酸钙粉、白云石粉、大理石粉的微细度不小于325~1000目。
隔热镇水粉的生产方法,其特征在于:将多种天然矿石经过850~1240℃高温进行煅烧、消化、过筛、压缩、除重质、碳化反应、脱水、干燥、筛选后将微细粉粒进入精炼干燥机加温至160~360℃,再由该机运行至成型复合机降温至120~200℃,这时应喷入按比例的十八酸进行化学反应和物理改性后成型隔热镇水粉。所述十八酸可用石腊代替,直接用于微细粉粒内。其反应如下:
本发明的隔热镇水粉,是利用被憎水处理剂包围的微粉粒密度大、而又相互独立的特点,以其本身的柔性、覆盖于屋面基层而构成集团粉粒层,起到隔热、防水作用。
本发明隔热镇水粉的特点是:
1、它是一种集隔热、防水、保温、绝缘、阻燃为一体的粉末状建筑材料。
2、同目前各类屋面防水材料相比,抗渗、抗漏性能优良,对基层裂缝可自行填充闭合,不易老化。
3、即能独立使用,又能拌在水泥内使用,更能稀释后应用到任何角落和垂直面,对新旧房屋均能长期做到不渗不漏,且有较好的隔热、保温作用,用一公分厚的松散粉末铺设的屋面,可不用隔热板,夏天室内温度仍可下降5℃。
4、抗震、抗裂性能良好,绝缘、阻燃功能十分可靠,在高温1000℃情况下粉末不燃烧,满足消防要求。
5、化学性能稳定,无毒、无臭、不燃、不污染环境、不易老化,并能在潮湿的基面上迅速施工,其隔热、防水性能不受任何影响,经在国内使用的5万余平方米各型屋面,用户反映良好。
6、产品成本低,与目前市场价相比可节约造价50%,经济效益、社会效益很好。所用原材料资源丰富,石灰石、白云石、大理石、十八酸全国各地均产。
本发明的隔热镇水粉可独立用于新旧屋面、冷库、仓库、地下室、隧洞、管道等建筑工程的防水、隔热、保温、绝缘、阻燃,稀释后可喷涂90~180°的垂直面、角落,也可同水泥拌合使用,在潮湿基面上迅速施工不受任何影响。
对屋面进行隔热、防水等只要在基平面铺撒5~10毫米粉末再用隔离纸复盖,最后用200号混凝土3~5厘米压实作保护层。或按水泥1∶中砂2∶镇水粉0.5的重量比拌合均匀可作为垂直面的处理,厚度1~2厘米即可防潮。

实施例:
本发明的隔热镇水粉是以超轻质碳酸钙粉、白云石粉、大理石粉为核心,外表用憎水处理剂——十八酸封闭包围的粉末微细粒的整体。
其生产方法是将石灰石、白云石、大理石分别送入840度-1240度高温窖中煅烧、消化、过筛、压缩、除重质、碳化反应、脱水、干燥后得到超轻质碳酸钙粉末、白云石粉末、大理石粉末,将这三种粉末按80∶10∶10的重量比混合输入干燥机内升温至360℃,烘干至含水率1%,然后运行至成型复合机不断运转降温至200℃时,喷射入高聚物——十八酸,再继续运转,让其充分地、均匀地、完全地将每个微粉粒子全封闭,数分钟后,复合成型完毕,再次将复合物运送到冷却带后即完成工艺全过程(见工艺流程图)。
本发明也可用石腊作为憎水处理剂来生产。
Claims (6)
1、一种隔热镇水粉,由矿石细粒包裹憎水处理剂组成,其特征在于:它是以多种天然矿石的微细粉粒为核心,外表被十八酸所封闭、包围的基本粒子所组成。
2、一种隔热镇水粉的生产方法,其特征在于:将多种天然矿石经过850~1240℃高温进行煅烧、消化、过筛、压缩、除重质、碳化反应、脱水、干燥、筛选后将天然矿石粉粒进入精炼干燥机加温至160~360℃,再由该机运行至成型复合机降温至120~200℃,这时应喷入按比例的十八酸进行化学反应和物理改性后成型隔热镇水粉。
3、根据权利要求1所述的隔热镇水粉,其特征在于:所述天然矿石可以是石灰石、白云石、大理石。
4、根据权利要求1所述的隔热镇水粉,其特征在于:所述隔热镇水粉的配方重量比为:十八酸∶石灰石粉(超轻质碳酸钙)∶白云石粉∶大理石粉=0.5∶80∶10∶10。
5、根据权利要求1所述的隔热镇水粉,其特征在于:所述石灰石粉、白云石粉、大理石粉的微细度不小于325~1000目。
6、根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述十八酸可以用石腊代替,直接用于微细粉末内。
