Description

本发明涉及一种包装,包括将液体化学品,或者是将化学品溶解或分散在液体或凝胶中,并将它装在可溶于水的或在水可分散的材料包封中。
目前,大多数的危险液体贮存在金属圆筒中,数量较小者需贮存在塑料容器中。
危险化合物,尤其是以各种方法配方的农用化学品,农民特别需要呈液体装的化合物,可以方便地喷洒。然而,在操作处理该液体时,存在着困难和缺点:液体可能被泼洒在地上,可能由于容器穿孔渗漏,容器也可能遭到物理冲击而损坏。
然而,设计一种适合农民操作,同时要对所有容器的掌握者是安全的,并对环境也是安全的容器***是困难的。
现已知道,农用化学品可以装在由薄膜制成的可溶性袋或囊中。然而,这类膜可能龟裂和破裂而导到所装的农用化学品的泄漏。事实上,膜可能存在各种不足,如,膜的脆弱以及常常由于潜在的因素引起渗漏。膜可能由于空气泡的存在,尘粒的存在或其它的外界异物的存在,凝胶微粒或在膜上或膜中的薄弱点均是潜在的薄弱环节。如果带有这类弱点的膜经受许多操作或物理冲击,膜在此点上就可能损坏。在农用化学品工业中的容器可能经受销售者或农民的粗鲁或不安全的操作,这是一个突出的问题。
根据制造方法的不同在某些类型的薄膜中或多或少存在着上述的缺点。由铸塑制成的薄膜,可能针孔较少些,但常常存在较多的凝胶包含物的薄片。而用挤塑制造的薄膜则存在较多的针孔。

本发明的目的在于避免使液体或溶解的化学品通过薄膜容器***的针孔渗漏。尽管针孔一般是很少的,然而即使在几千个容器中存在一个针孔,由容器中的液体通过针孔将污染周围环境,而足以导致危害。
本发明的其它目的和优点将在下面予以说明。

根据本发明的优选的特征在于所述的危险化学品为除莠剂或植物保护剂或植物生长调节剂。
同时,本发明提供一种包装,其特征在于包括将危险化学品溶解或分散在一种液体或凝胶中并装在水可溶的或水可分散的层压薄膜的包装中。
在本说明书中的“层压膜”意思是指由二层或多层原来分开的层结合在一起制成的薄膜。这些原来分开的层可以通过已知的方法层压在一起。例如:通过压力、加热、交联、熔融、粘结或它们任何组合的方法连结。通过采用一种单独的粘结剂,或当采用水时,可以得到被粘合的层。
当采用适用于水可溶或水可分散的层时,通过分开的层的粘结得到层压的薄膜是特别方便的方法,它即可以采用粘结剂PVA(通常为低分子量PVA)和/或更简单地通过水的功能来粘合。
因为由二层或多层生产的层压的薄膜,在薄膜中针孔发生的机会几乎等于“0”,这是由于在分开的层中两个针孔不大可能会重叠。另外,多层(如:二层)薄膜的抗张强度高于类似的膜或同样厚度的单层薄膜的抗张强度。
通常用于本发明中的层压膜具有自10至250微米的厚度,较佳地为自15至80微米。用在本发明中构成层压膜的各个单层,一般地各取一半厚度。当采用二层时,二层厚度的比例,一般地自0.1至10,较佳地为0.5至2。根据本发明的层压膜制成的袋或囊的容量,通常具有0.2至12立升,较佳地,为0.45至6立升。
可用在本发明中的材料为水溶性的或水中可分散的材料,它们不溶解于用于溶解所装化学品的有机溶剂。合适的材料包括聚亚乙基氧化物或甲基纤维素,但较佳的材料包括由聚乙烯醇衍生的如:部分或大部分醇解的或水解的例如40-99%,较佳地70-92%醇解或水解的聚醋酸乙烯酯膜。
本发明的层压膜的层可以由相同或不同材料制成的膜可以具有优越的性能。例如:包装的内层可以由较耐它所装的化学品的材料制成。另外,袋的外层可选自具有以下的一种或多种性能的材料:
1.在水中溶解更迅速(相对于内层或单层包装),

层压膜的一种或多种层可以含有增塑剂。一种合适的增塑剂包含在内层可以改善膜的密封性能,以及制造该膜很可能有较小的延伸性。于是,该膜在机械中较容易加工并容易密封该危险化学品。包含在容器外层的合适增塑剂可使外表面较柔软,于是更耐低温或冲击和运动的物理损伤。

根据本发明的具体特点,凝胶为选自一种或多种以下所列的特征之一:

实施例1
一种卷状膜由二种较薄的膜通过层压构成:该二者膜由88%水解聚乙烯醇(冷水可溶)制成,每一厚度为25微米;一种具有17%的增塑剂含量,另一种具有15%增塑剂含量。用加热(100℃)和压力将该二种膜层压在一起以形成50微料厚度的一种膜。
然后,该膜用于生产含有溶剂基液体除莠剂(ioxgnil和bromoxynil酯的混合物)的通过成形和充填方法的1立升的包装。该除莠剂是C10芳烃混合物作为溶剂中的一种溶液。
将该膜置于机械上,使在包装袋外面产生高的增塑剂层。这样该膜就易于加工。
在生产、操作和运输期间经观察500个包装并未观察到渗漏。
实施例2
一种胶体于50℃通过搅拌以下混合物制备:
活性成份:
2,4-D(苯氧基苯甲酸异辛酯)  64.8%
溶剂:
具有闪点65℃的芳香族溶剂  24.2%
表面活性剂:
非离子/磺酸盐混和的乳化剂  4%
以及烷基苯磺酸钙  1%
胶凝剂:
琥珀酸二辛基脂磺酸盐和苯甲酸钠混合物6%
将该混合物搅拌并摇动到每一成份溶解或者分散。
搅拌期间,出现溶解,以及然后胶凝。在冷却至室温期间(20℃),胶凝增加。
凝胶的brookfield粘度为3000厘泊。其乳化稳定性在上述试验中是良好的。
将该凝胶1100克放入1立升的袋中,该袋系用类似于例1的PVA膜制成。当该袋几乎充满约95%体积时将该袋加热密封,凝胶和含凝胶的袋两者的比重为1∶1。
然后将该袋从1.2米处落到地面经历10次,未观察到破裂或渗漏。
以前面相同的方法制备的其它的袋作为针孔保护测试。用针(直至0.6毫米)穿过该袋。在针孔穿过处观察到小的液滴,但该液滴小到不足以从袋中滴出以及不足以延装子流下。

Claims (19)

1、一种包装,其特征在于将危险化学品溶解或分散成液体或凝胶并包装在水溶性的或水中可分散的层压膜中。
2、如权利要求1所述的包装,其特征在于所述的危险化学品为农用化学品或除莠剂或植物保护剂或植物生长调节剂。

4、如权利要求1或2所述的包装,其特征在于将危险化学品溶解或分散于凝胶中。
5、如权利要求1至4任一项所述的包装,其特征在于所述的层压膜具有自10至250微米的厚度,较佳地为自15至80微米的厚度。
6、如权利要求1至5任一项所述的包装,其特征在于危险化学品具有的容量自0.2至12立升,较佳地为自0.45至6立升。
7、如权利要求1至6任一项所述的包装,其特征在于该水中溶解的或在水中分散的层压薄膜,它是不溶于用作溶解或分散该危险化学品的液体或凝胶中。
8、如权利要求1至7任一项所述的包装,其特征在于膜的至少一层为选自聚亚乙基氧化物,甲基纤维素或部分或充分地醇解或水解的聚醋酸乙烯酯。

15、如权利要求4至14任一项所述的包装,其特征在于所述的凝胶在控制的剪切应力和产生的剪切应变之间具有相位差的角(φ)的正切值小于或等于1.5较佳地为小于或等于1.2。
16、如权利要求4至15任一项所述的包装,其特征在于所述的胶体具有一种自发性小于75,较佳小于25。
17、如权利要求1至16任一项所述的包装的制备方法,其特征在于包括将二层或多层通过压力、加热、交联、熔融或利用水把它们层压在一起得到层压膜。
18、如权利要求1所述的包装物,基本上如上面所述。
19、如权利要求17所述的方法,基本上如上面所述。
