本发明公开了一种连接器绝缘体的取料手，包括齿条、齿轮、连杆、夹爪和取料手气缸，所述齿条固定连接在取料手气缸的输出轴上，两齿轮转动连接在齿条的左右两侧且均与齿条相啮合，连杆一端固定连接在齿轮上，另一端与夹爪固定连接。本发明结构设计合理、操作使用方便，省时省力，节省了大量的人力成本，大大提高了生产效率。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种连接器绝缘体的取料手。
背景技术：
连接器内导体压入绝缘体的生产过程中，无法实现绝缘体的自动上料，需耗费大量人力，费时费力，生产成本高，生产效率低。
因此，确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容：
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种连接器绝缘体的取料手。
本发明所采用的技术方案有：一种连接器绝缘体的取料手，包括齿条、齿轮、连杆、夹爪和取料手气缸，所述齿条固定连接在取料手气缸的输出轴上，两齿轮转动连接在齿条的左右两侧且均与齿条相啮合，连杆一端固定连接在齿轮上，另一端与夹爪固定连接。
进一步地，所述夹爪上设有若干橡胶凸点。
本发明具有如下有益效果：
本发明结构设计合理、操作使用方便，省时省力，节省了大量的人力成本，大大提高了生产效率。

如图1所示，本发明一种连接器绝缘体的取料手，包括齿条21、齿轮22、连杆23、夹爪24和取料手气缸25，齿条21固定连接在取料手气缸25的输出轴上，两齿轮22转动连接在齿条21的左右两侧且均与齿条21相啮合，两连杆23的一端分别固定连接在两齿轮22上，另一端分别与两夹爪24固定连接。
本发明为增加夹爪24与绝缘体之间的摩擦力，在夹爪24的夹持面上设有若干凸点（图中未画出）。

1.一种连接器绝缘体的取料手，其特征在于：包括齿条（21）、齿轮（22）、连杆（23）、夹爪（24）和取料手气缸（25），所述齿条（21）固定连接在取料手气缸（25）的输出轴上，两齿轮（22）转动连接在齿条（21）的左右两侧且均与齿条（21）相啮合，连杆（23）一端固定连接在齿轮（22）上，另一端与夹爪（24）固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器绝缘体的取料手，其特征在于：所述夹爪（24）上设有若干橡胶凸点。
