Abstract
本发明公开了一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料及其制备方法,其由以下重量份的原料制成:夏枯草20-30、桑叶12-18、菊花8-14、山楂7-13、辣木叶5-10、金银花5-10、明月草14-18、藏红花6-12、甜菊叶10-15、何首乌10-15、麦冬5-10。本发明饮料风味独特,含有丰富的营养物质,保健价值高,诸药合用具有清热解毒,降脂降压等功效,对于预高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、肥胖症、心脏病等症具有一定的效果,适用于不同人群饮用,无副作用,安全可靠,市场前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健饮料,具体涉及一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
饮料是大众喜爱的饮品,随着经济的快速发展以及消费理念的不断提高,消费者对饮料的口味需求慢慢转变为健康安全,同时消费群体的壮大,也增加了市场需求。但是目前市场上的运动型饮料、冰红茶以及凉茶等传统饮料已无法满足消费者的需求,因此急需一种全新的保健饮料以满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种营养丰富、保健价值高的清热解毒、降压降脂饮料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料,由以下重量份的原料制成:夏枯草20-30、桑叶12-18、菊花8-14、山楂7-13、辣木叶5-10、金银花5-10、明月草14-18、藏红花6-12、甜菊叶10-15、何首乌10-15、麦冬5-10。
优选地,一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料,由以下重量份的原料制成:夏枯草25、桑叶15、菊花10、山楂10、辣木叶7、金银花10、明月草16、藏红花10、甜菊叶10、何首乌10、麦冬10。
一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述原料用流动清水漂洗干净,沥干水分后再放入80-90℃热烫2-3min,捞出,沥干水分,再放在在通风干燥处摊晒或置于烘干机中在40℃以下的温度条件下烘干至含水量≤3%,然后将所有原料混合均匀,粉碎,过30-50目筛;

优选地,一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料,由以下重量份的原料制成:夏枯草25、桑叶15、菊花10、山楂10、辣木叶7、金银花10、明月草16、藏红花10、甜菊叶10、何首乌10、麦冬10。
一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述原料用流动清水漂洗干净,沥干水分后再放入80-90℃热烫2-3min,捞出,沥干水分,再放在在通风干燥处摊晒或置于烘干机中在40℃以下的温度条件下烘干至含水量≤3%,然后将所有原料混合均匀,粉碎,过30-50目筛;
(3)上述制得的浸提液中加入0.03-0.05%的β-环状糊精,加热至50-60℃,保温20-30min,充分搅拌均匀,再加入相当于浸提液重量0.2-0.4%的柠檬酸、0.2-0.3%的姜汁和0.1-0.2%的大蒜汁,加热至50-60℃,保温30-40min,搅拌均匀后经双联过滤器过滤,再入硅藻土过滤机过滤,最后加纯净水至规定容量;
(4)将上述制得的调配液加入板式换热器加热至45-55℃,再放入高压均质机中均质,均质压力为20-30MPa;
(5)将上述制得的均质液经真空脱气机在5-10×104Pa,40-50℃条件下进行脱气,随即用灌装机采用250ml塑料瓶进行灌装,密封。
(6)将上述封口后的饮料置于80-90℃热水中水浴杀菌20-30min,再置于卧式杀菌锅内在160-180℃热力杀菌15-20s,随后分段冷却至35-40℃,即为成品。
本发明原料配方中:
夏枯草,味苦,性寒,归肝、胆经,具有清热泻火、散结消肿之功效,同时夏枯草茎叶、穗及全草均有降压作用,可使血压有所下降;
桑叶,味苦、甘,性寒,归肺、肝经,具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎、平肝明目、凉血止血等功效,桑叶所含的蜕皮甾酮油有降糖作用,降低血压、降血脂、利尿作用;
菊花,味苦、甘,性微寒,归肺、肝经,具有散风清热,平肝明目,清热解毒之功效,也具有降低血压作用,治疗高血压;
山楂,味酸、甘,微温,归脾、胃、肝经,山楂果实和叶片中含有多种黄酮甙、二聚黄烷、多聚黄烷等,具有显著的降脂,强心,降压,减肥作用;
辣木叶,味辛,性微温,含有丰富的的蛋白质以及氨基酸、高量的维生素A和维生素C,高量的钙,以及植物碱,有降血糖、降脂、降压、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、通便、利尿、驱虫、改善睡眠等功效,长期食用可增强人体免疫功能,延缓衰老、预防疾病;
金银花,性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,其主要成分为绿原酸类化合物,如绿原酸和异绿原酸,本品能减少肠内胆固醇吸收,使血浆中胆固醇含量下降,对高血脂症有良好效果;
明月草,味淡,性寒,具清热解毒、止血、凉血等功效,其茎叶中含有大量的藻胶素,甘露醇,维生素B,磺,钾及多种氨基酸等营养元素,因而具有极强的降血压,降血脂,抑制糖尿病的奇特功效;
藏红花,味甘、微苦、性温,偏热,入心、肝经,具有活血化瘀、凉血解毒、解郁安神等功效,其主要成分表为红花甙、红花醌甙、新红花甙及红花黄素等,可明显降低总胆固醇、三***酯及非酯化脂肪酸的水平;
甜菊叶,味甘,性凉,含有低热量、高甜度甜味成分甜菊糖,其甜度是蔗糖的200-300倍,热值仅为蔗糖的1/300。经大量药物试验证明,甜菊叶无毒副作用,无致癌物,食用安全,经常实用可预防高血压、糖尿病、肥胖症、心脏病等病症;
何首乌,苦甘涩,微温,入肝、肾经,具有养血滋阴、润肠通便、祛风解毒等功效,其含有大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚、芦荟大黄素等蒽醌类物质,能够促进肠道蠕动,减少胆固醇吸收,加快胆固醇***,降低血脂,抗动脉粥样硬化的作用;
麦冬,味甘、微苦,性微寒,归心、肺、胃经,具有养阴生津,润肺清心的功效,麦冬可增加冠状动脉血流量,对心肌缺血有明显保护作用,并能抗心律失常及改善心肌收缩力,可助抗血栓形成和帮助改善微循环,麦冬还具有协调胰岛素功能,能降低血糖,促使胰岛细胞恢复正常。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明饮料风味独特,含有丰富的营养物质,保健价值高,诸药合用具有清热解毒,降脂降压等功效,对于预高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、肥胖症、心脏病等症具有一定的效果,适用于不同人群饮用,无副作用,安全可靠,市场前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料,由以下重量(kg)的原料制成:夏枯草20、桑叶12、菊花8、山楂7、辣木叶5、金银花5、明月草14、藏红花6、甜菊叶10、何首乌10、麦冬5。
一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述原料用流动清水漂洗干净,沥干水分后再放入85℃热烫2min,捞出,沥干水分,再放在在通风干燥处摊晒或置于烘干机中在40℃以下的温度条件下烘干至含水量≤3%,然后将所有原料混合均匀,粉碎,过50目筛;
(2)上述得到的粉末加6倍量的纯净水,浸泡25min,然后文火煮沸,保温浸提0.5h,过滤取汁,滤渣再加4倍量的纯净水,以上述同样条件浸提0.5h,过滤取汁,合并两次滤液,即为浸提液;
(3)上述制得的浸提液中加入0.04%的β-环状糊精,加热至55℃,保温25min,充分搅拌均匀,再加入相当于浸提液重量0.3%的柠檬酸、0.2%的姜汁和0.1%的大蒜汁,加热至55℃,保温35min,搅拌均匀后经双联过滤器过滤,再入硅藻土过滤机过滤,最后加纯净水至规定容量;
(4)将上述制得的调配液加入板式换热器加热至50℃,再放入高压均质机中均质,均质压力为25MPa;
(5)将上述制得的均质液经真空脱气机在8×104Pa,45℃条件下进行脱气,随即用灌装机采用250ml塑料瓶进行灌装,密封。
(6)将上述封口后的饮料置于85℃热水中水浴杀菌25min,再置于卧式杀菌锅内在170℃热力杀菌20s,随后分段冷却至40℃,即为成品。
实施例2
一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料,由以下重量(kg)的原料制成:夏枯草25、桑叶15、菊花10、山楂10、辣木叶7、金银花10、明月草16、藏红花10、甜菊叶10、何首乌10、麦冬10。
制备方法同实施例1。

一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料,由以下重量(kg)的原料制成:夏枯草30、桑叶18、菊花14、山楂13、辣木叶10、金银花10、明月草18、藏红花12、甜菊叶15、何首乌15、麦冬10。

Claims (4)
1.一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:夏枯草20-30、桑叶12-18、菊花8-14、山楂7-13、辣木叶5-10、金银花5-10、明月草14-18、藏红花6-12、甜菊叶10-15、何首乌10-15、麦冬5-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:夏枯草25、桑叶15、菊花10、山楂10、辣木叶7、金银花10、明月草16、藏红花10、甜菊叶10、何首乌10、麦冬10。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种清热解毒、降压降脂饮料,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述原料用流动清水漂洗干净,沥干水分后再放入80-90℃热烫2-3min,捞出,沥干水分,再放在在通风干燥处摊晒或置于烘干机中在40℃以下的温度条件下烘干至含水量≤3%,然后将所有原料混合均匀,粉碎,过30-50目筛;
(2)上述得到的粉末加5-8倍量的纯净水,浸泡20-30min,然后文火煮沸,保温浸提0.5-1h,过滤取汁,滤渣再加3-6倍量的纯净水,以上述同样条件浸提0.5-1h,过滤取汁,合并两次滤液,即为浸提液;
(3)上述制得的浸提液中加入0.03-0.05%的β-环状糊精,加热至50-60℃,保温20-30min,充分搅拌均匀,再加入相当于浸提液重量0.2-0.4%的柠檬酸、0.2-0.3%的姜汁和0.1-0.2%的大蒜汁,加热至50-60℃,保温30-40min,搅拌均匀后经双联过滤器过滤,再入硅藻土过滤机过滤,最后加纯净水至规定容量;
(4)将上述制得的调配液加入板式换热器加热至45-55℃,再放入高压均质机中均质,均质压力为20-30MPa;
(5)将上述制得的均质液经真空脱气机在5-10×104Pa,40-50℃条件下进行脱气,随即用灌装机采用250ml塑料瓶进行灌装,密封。
4.(6)将上述封口后的饮料置于80-90℃热水中水浴杀菌20-30min,再置于卧式杀菌锅内在160-180℃热力杀菌15-20s,随后分段冷却至35-40℃,即为成品。
