一种环保谷物烘干***,包括烘干塔,烘干塔上设有烘干段,烘干段的塔壁一侧设有进风通道,另一侧设有出风通道;烘干段内设有多个管道腔;烘干塔的一侧设有热风炉,热风炉上设有第一风机,第一风机与烘干段的进风通道连通;烘干塔的另一侧设有第二风机,第二风机与烘干段的出风通道连通,还设有除尘过滤器、除湿过滤器和第三风机,第二风机与除尘过滤器相连,除尘过滤器与除湿过滤器相连,除湿过滤器与第三风机相连,第三风机与热风炉内部连通;还设有热泵机组、地下水循环管和热水循环管,热水循环管、地下水循环管均与热泵机组形成循环回路,热水循环管分布于烘干段的管道腔内,地下水循环管埋于地下。本发明能源利用率高,能耗低,环境污染小。

技术领域
本发明涉及烘干***,具体是涉及一种环保谷物烘干***。
背景技术
现有的大部分谷物烘干设备主体是由提供热风的炉和烘干塔组成,热风炉基本都采用“燃烧煤炭送风”、“燃烧燃油送风”、“燃烧木材送风”或其他直接燃烧可燃物输送热风的形式进行烘干。此类烘干方式虽然能迅速升温,但是不可避免的会产生烟尘和多种有害气体,并且谷物烘干设备的热风都是开放式的,热风加热完后被直接排放掉,既造成环境污染,又导致热量的散失,浪费能源。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服上述背景技术的不足,提供一种能源利用率高,能耗低,环境污染小的环保谷物烘干***。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是,一种环保谷物烘干***,包括烘干塔,所述烘干塔上设有提升谷物的提升机;所述烘干塔上设有烘干段,所述烘干段的塔壁一侧设有进风通道,另一侧设有出风通道;所述烘干段内设有多个管道腔,管道腔之间形成粮流通道,管道腔的腔壁设有通风孔;所述烘干塔的一侧设有热风炉,热风炉上设有第一风机,热风炉内部与第一风机连通,第一风机与烘干段的进风通道连通;所述烘干塔的另一侧设有第二风机,第二风机与烘干段的出风通道连通,还设有除尘过滤器、除湿过滤器和第三风机,所述第二风机与除尘过滤器相连,除尘过滤器与除湿过滤器相连,除湿过滤器与第三风机相连,第三风机与热风炉内部连通,热风炉内产生的热风经第一风机、烘干段、第二风机、除尘过滤器、除湿过滤器、第三风机回到热风炉,形成热风循环,所述热风炉顶部设有补风口;还设有热泵机组、地下水循环管和热水循环管,所述热水循环管、地下水循环管均与热泵机组形成循环回路,热水循环管分布于烘干段的管道腔内,地下水循环管埋于地下。
进一步,所述热水循环管和地下水循环管均呈弯折迂回状。
进一步,所述热水循环管内的热水循环方向与烘干段内的热风循环方向相反。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点如下:将热风烘干和热水烘干相结合,烘干效率高,且烘干的温度调节灵活;同时热风和热水均形成循环结构,能源利用率高,能耗低,环境污染小,环保节能;热水循环管呈弯折迂回状,热水循环管内的热水循环方向与烘干段内的热风循环方向相反,既能够增大散热面积,又使得烘干段内各区间温度更均匀,谷物含水率差异较大(含水率12%-30%),均匀干燥能将谷物的含水率差异减小,可快速让谷物的含水率降到标准值12%-14%左右,进一步提升谷物质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
参照图1、图2,本实施例包括烘干塔10,烘干塔10上设有提升谷物的提升机13;烘干塔10上设有烘干段11,烘干段11的塔壁一侧设有进风通道,另一侧设有出风通道;烘干段11内设有多个管道腔14,管道腔14之间形成粮流通道,管道腔14的腔壁设有通风孔;烘干塔10的一侧设有热风炉3,热风炉3上设有第一风机4,热风炉3内部与第一风机4连通,第一风机4通过管道与烘干段11的进风通道连通,烘干塔10的另一侧设有第二风机5,第二风机5与烘干段11的出风通道连通,还设有除尘过滤器6、除湿过滤器7和第三风机8,第二风机5通过管道与除尘过滤器6相连,除尘过滤器6通过管道与除湿过滤器7相连,除湿过滤器7通过管道与第三风机8相连,第三风机8与热风炉3内部连通,热风炉3内产生的热风经第一风机4、烘干段11、第二风机5、除尘过滤器6、除湿过滤器7、第三风机8回到热风炉3,形成热风循环,热风炉3顶部设有补风口9;还设有热泵机组2、地下水循环管1和热水循环管12,热水循环管12、地下水循环管1均与热泵机组2形成循环回路,热水循环管12内的热水循环方向与烘干段11内的热风循环方向相反,热水循环管12分布于烘干段11的管道腔14内,地下水循环管1埋于地下,热水循环管12和地下水循环管1均呈弯折迂回状。
使用时,将谷物装于烘干塔10内,提升机13对烘干塔10内的谷物进行提升操作,使谷物在烘干塔10内形成粮流,在烘干塔10的烘干段内进行反复、均匀烘干。
本发明热泵机组2和热风炉3可各自独立工作,也可同时工作。
热风炉3通过燃烧燃烧物以热风的形式对烘干段11进行送热风,热风炉3内产生的热风经第一风机4进入烘干塔10的烘干段11内,热风经烘干段11的进风通道进入,再通过管道腔14腔壁的通风孔,对烘干段11内的谷物进行热风烘干(通过热风带走谷物的水分),再通过烘干段11的出风通道进入第二风机5,再经第二风机进入除尘过滤器6,经除尘过滤器6进行除尘处理,再进入除湿过滤器7,经除湿过滤器7进行除湿处理,再经第三风机8进入热风炉3内,形成热风循环。
热泵机组2则通过水泵从地下水循环管1循环吸收地下水的温度(地下水温相对稳定在10-25℃),通过热泵机组2内压缩机的工作进行热交换,热泵机组2将从地下水吸收的热量传递给热水循环管12,使热水循环管12的水温达到40-60℃左右,热水循环管12内的水流经烘干段11自然散热,对烘干塔10内的谷物进行烘干。
种子谷物的烘干温度要求不高于40℃,非种子谷物的烘干温度要求不高于50℃,可根据需求来选择热泵机组2和热风炉3的开关状态及根据需求控制各自温度,从而控制烘干段11的烘干温度。
本发明将热风烘干和热水烘干相结合,烘干效率高,且烘干的温度调节灵活;同时热风和热水均形成循环结构,能源利用率高,环境污染小,环保节能;热水循环管12呈弯折迂回状,热水循环管12内的热水循环方向与烘干段11内的热风循环方向相反,既能够增大散热面积,又使得烘干段11内各区间温度更均匀,谷物含水率差异较大(含水率12%-30%),均匀干燥能将谷物的含水率差异减小,可快速让谷物的含水率降到标准值12%-14%左右,进一步提升谷物质量。

1.一种环保谷物烘干***,包括烘干塔(10),所述烘干塔(10)上设有提升谷物的提升机(13);所述烘干塔(10)上设有烘干段(11),所述烘干段(11)的塔壁一侧设有进风通道,另一侧设有出风通道;其特征在于:所述烘干段(11)内设有多个管道腔(14),管道腔(14)之间形成粮流通道,管道腔(14)的腔壁设有通风孔;所述烘干塔(10)的一侧设有热风炉(3),热风炉(3)上设有第一风机(4),热风炉(3)内部与第一风机(4)连通,第一风机(4)与烘干段(11)的进风通道连通;所述烘干塔(10)的另一侧设有第二风机(5),第二风机(5)与烘干段(11)的出风通道连通,还设有除尘过滤器(6)、除湿过滤器(7)和第三风机(8),所述第二风机(5)与除尘过滤器(6)相连,除尘过滤器(6)与除湿过滤器(7)相连,除湿过滤器(7)与第三风机(8)相连,第三风机(8)与热风炉(3)内部连通,热风炉(3)内产生的热风经第一风机(4)、烘干段(11)、第二风机(5)、除尘过滤器(6)、除湿过滤器(7)、第三风机(8)回到热风炉(3),形成热风循环,所述热风炉(3)顶部设有补风口(9);还设有热泵机组(2)、地下水循环管(1)和热水循环管(12),所述热水循环管(12)、地下水循环管(1)均与热泵机组(2)形成循环回路,热水循环管(12)分布于烘干段(11)的管道腔(14)内,地下水循环管(1)埋于地下。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保谷物烘干***,其特征在于:所述热水循环管(12)和地下水循环管(1)均呈弯折迂回状。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的环保谷物烘干***,其特征在于:所述热水循环管(12)内的热水循环方向与烘干段(11)内的热风循环方向相反。
