Abstract

一种塑料管材在线切断倒角装置,它是由转动机构、进退刀机构、夹紧机构、切割机构构成;所述的转动机构是主电机经皮带轮连空心主轴,该轴连给进盘及刀盘;所述的进退刀机构是在空心主轴及给进盘两侧各设一套,每套由进刀气缸经给进支座、连杆连摆臂,摆臂与拨块同轴,拨块嵌在给进盘的槽中,给进盘上装有4个给进推爪(23);上述的切割及加紧机构是上述刀盘上装有4个伸缩装置,其中两个对应的伸缩装置连加紧支架;另外两个对应伸缩装置一个连切断刀,另一个连倒角刀。本装置整机结构简单,塑料管的切断面、倒角面整体光滑均匀,使产品整体质量高。整机不受碎锯屑影响故障率极低。无碎锯屑,不影响车间卫生,锯屑是条状可回收利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料管材的在线切割装置,具体说是涉及一种用于塑料管材制品的生产线,对生产过程中的制品进行在线切割、倒角的装置。
背景技术
现有的塑料管材在线切断倒角机(简称切断机)是行星式的。它是利用旋转金属锯齿式园锯片及锥形齿倒角刀以管材为中心行星式旋转,实现切断、倒角。本装置与上述方式不同的是切断、倒角采用车削原理,通过空心旋转轴以管材为中心旋转,利用切断刀头和倒角刀头进行对管材切断、倒角。
1、现有的切断机锯屑到处乱飞,对生产现场的环境卫生有一定影响,锯屑不可再回收利用。
2、因为锯屑多对机械设备如转动机构、传动机构、气动***、电器***影响较大,造成设备运行不可靠,故障率极高。
3、因为是锯片切割锥形齿倒角,管材切断断面及倒角断面不光滑,倒角均匀度不好调整。影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塑料管材在线切断倒角装置,它可克服现有技术的缺点,采用本装置切管、倒角,切断面、倒角面整体光滑均匀,使产品整体质量有了很大的提高。同时设备故障率低,便于维护,碎屑易清理,利于卫生。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种塑料管材在线切断倒角装置,它是由转动机构、进退刀机构、夹紧机构、切割机构构成;所述的转动机构是主电机经皮带轮2连空心主轴16,空心主轴16连给进盘12及刀盘7;所述的进退刀机构是在空心主轴16及给进盘12两侧各设一套,每套由进刀气缸18经给进支座15、连杆14连摆臂13,摆臂与拨块同轴,拨块嵌在给进盘12的槽中,给进盘上装有4个给进推爪23;上述的给进支座15还抵在导向条3上,该导向条是斜面的,连在丝杠上,丝杠连微电机4;上述的切割及加紧机构是上述刀盘7上装有4个伸缩装置,其中两个对应的伸缩装置连加紧支架22;另外两个对应伸缩装置一个连切断刀,另一个连倒角刀;本装置的前部设前夹具,后部设后夹具。
上述的切割及加紧机构的具体结构是,4个滑块20均布在刀盘上,滑块所连的给进推爪轴承装在给进推爪23的弧形结构内,上述滑块由滑块压条21固定,在上述对应的两个滑块20上分别装夹紧支架22,第三个滑块20上装切断、倒角支架19及切断刀11,第四个滑块上装切断、倒角支架19及倒角刀9。上述结构以实现辅助夹紧、切断、倒角功能。
本发明的优点在于:1、整机结构简单,电气***是由触摸屏及PLC控制,整机不受碎锯屑影响故障率极低。2、无碎锯屑,不影响车间卫生。3、由于采用切断刀,不用锯齿切断,塑料管的切断面、倒角面整体光滑均匀,使产品整体质量有了很大的提高。4、旋转切刀产出锯屑是条状,通过积尘装置回收,可以粉碎再利用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
图1~5中,1、后夹具;2、主轴皮带轮;3、导向条;4、微电机;5、丝杆;6、拨块;7、刀盘;8、前夹具气缸;9、倒角刀;10、前夹具;11、切断刀;12给进盘;13、摆臂;14、连杆;15、给进支座;16、空心主轴;17、轴承座;18、进刀气缸;19、切断、倒角支架;20、滑块;21、滑块压条;22、夹紧支架;23、给进推爪;24、给进盘槽;25、摆臂、拨块轴;26、后夹具气缸;27、给进推爪轴承。
由图1可以看到本塑料管材在线切断倒角装置,它是由转动机构、进退刀机构、夹紧机构、切割机构构成;本装置的前部设前夹具10,8是前夹具气缸,后部设后夹具1,26是后夹具气缸。
由图1、图3可以看到所述的转动机构是主电机经主轴皮带轮2连空心主轴16,空心主轴16连给进盘12及刀盘7,空心主轴16有两块深沟球轴承,17是两个轴承座,主轴旋转稳定,转速低,变频器控制每分钟50-120转可调。
由图1、图4、图5可以看到所述的进退刀机构,它是在空心主轴16及给进盘12两侧各设一套,每套由进刀气缸18经给进支座15、连杆14连摆臂13,摆臂与拨块同轴25,拨块嵌在给进盘12的槽24中,给进盘上装有给进推爪23,上述的给进支座15还抵在导向条3上,该导向条是斜面的,连在丝杠5上,该丝杠是滚珠丝杠连微电机4。
由图1、图2可以看到切割及加紧机构的具体结构,4个滑块20均布在刀盘7上,滑块经销连给进推爪轴承27,给进推爪轴承可在给进推爪23的弧形结构内行走,上述滑块由滑块压条21固定,在上述对应的两个滑块20上分别装夹紧支架22,第三个滑块20上装切断、倒角支架19及切断刀11,第四个滑块上装切断、倒角支架19及倒角刀9。上述结构以实现辅助夹紧、切断、倒角功能。
切断功能:主电机带动主轴皮带轮2,从而带动空心主轴16旋转,空心主轴16连接的给进盘12及刀盘7旋转,同时进退刀机构使给进盘向前,其所连给进推爪23向前,使刀盘7上装的4个滑块20滑动,2个设夹紧支架22的伸缩装置加紧塑料管,切断刀11、倒角刀9工作,实现切断、倒角功能。
夹紧、进退刀功能:进刀气缸18带动给进支座15前进,给进支座15顶到导向条3上,导向条3由微电机4带动丝杆5运动。导向条3的斜面上设有规则的台阶A,由图5可见,以达到断续给进,实现断锯屑的功能。给进支座15经连杆14将推力传递给摆臂13,摆臂13与拨块6同轴联动,拨块嵌在给进盘12中,使给进盘向前,给进推爪23向前,使刀盘7上装的4个滑块20滑动,实现切断、倒角功能。后退时进刀气缸18后退,最终传导使给进盘12后退,控制4个滑块20后退,实现夹紧架后退及退刀。管材夹紧采用哈夫式夹紧。
本装置另配行走气缸,它在机架上往复运动,被加工的塑料管材由前、后夹具夹紧,通过旋转的空心主轴带动刀盘上的切割刀具、倒角刀具及辅助夹紧装置旋转,由进退刀机构进刀,进行切割倒角工作。

1.一种塑料管材在线切断倒角装置,其特征在于:它是由转动机构、进退刀机构、夹紧机构、切割机构构成;所述的转动机构是主电机经皮带轮(2)连空心主轴(16),空心主轴连给进盘(12)及刀盘(7);所述的进退刀机构是在空心主轴(16)及给进盘(12)两侧各设一套,每套由进刀气缸(18)经给进支座(15)、连杆(14)连摆臂(13),摆臂与拨块(6)同轴,拨块嵌在给进盘(12)的槽(24)中,给进盘上装有4个给进推爪(23);上述的给进支座(15)还抵在导向条(3)上,该导向条是斜面的,连在丝杠(5)上,丝杠连微电机(4);上述的切割及加紧机构是上述刀盘(7)上装有4个伸缩装置,其中两个对应的伸缩装置连加紧支架(22);另外两个对应伸缩装置一个连切断刀(11),另一个连倒角刀(9);本装置的前部设前夹具(10),后部设后夹具(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料管材在线切断倒角装置,其特征在于:它的切割及加紧机构的具体结构是,4个滑块(20)均布在刀盘(7)上,每个滑块所连的给进推爪轴承(27)装在给进推爪(23)的弧形结构内,上述滑块由滑块压条(21)固定,在上述对应的两个滑块(20)上分别装夹紧支架(22),第三个滑块20上装切断、倒角支架(19)及切断刀(11),第四个滑块上装切断、倒角支架(19)及倒角刀(9)。
