Abstract

本发明公开了一种克氏针定位测深器,包括:左钳柄、右钳柄、左钳头、右钳头、固定爪、瞄准套筒、齿条和标尺;所述左钳头连接在左钳柄上,右钳头连接在右钳柄上,左钳柄和右钳柄通过固定螺丝连接且左钳柄和右钳柄可相对转动;所述固定爪固定在右钳头顶端,所述瞄准套筒固定在左钳头顶端,且瞄准套筒与固定爪对应设置;所述齿条和标尺相互对应设置,齿条固定在左钳柄内侧,标尺固定在右钳柄内侧。通过上述方式,本发明能够实现克氏针固定方向定位,及克氏针打入深度测量,有效防止克氏针走行方向偏屈和穿出对侧皮质过多。

一种克氏针定位测深器
技术领域
本发明涉及克氏针方向定位及测深器械领域,特别是涉及一种克氏针定位测深器。
背景技术
现在手足部骨折个点常用克氏针固定,克氏针打入方向及其打入深度,全凭术者的临床经验,常常打入方向不满意,打入深度过长或过短,势必导致反复多次打入;克氏针打入过长会引起对侧皮肤激惹,刺痛,影响术后功能锻炼,打入过短术后骨折固定不牢固。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种克氏针定位测深器,对手足部骨折复位后采用本克氏针定位测深器临时固定同时对克氏针方向基本确认,打入深度可以术前予以测量,克氏针经测量后打入,可对骨折有效固定,打入深度准确无误,使手术操作更加简便容易,缩短手术时间。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种克氏针定位测深器,包括:左钳柄、右钳柄、左钳头、右钳头、固定爪、瞄准套筒、齿条和标尺;所述左钳头连接在左钳柄上,右钳头连接在右钳柄上,左钳柄和右钳柄通过固定螺丝连接且左钳柄和右钳柄可相对转动;所述固定爪固定在右钳头顶端,所述瞄准套筒固定在左钳头顶端,且瞄准套筒与固定爪对应设置;所述齿条和标尺相互对应设置,齿条固定在左钳柄内侧,标尺固定在右钳柄内侧。
优选的,所述瞄准套筒轴线到固定螺丝的垂直距离与标尺到固定螺丝的垂直距离相等。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够实现克氏针固定方向定位,及克氏针打入深度测量,有效防止克氏针走行方向偏屈和穿出对侧皮质过多。

一种克氏针定位测深器,包括:左钳柄1、右钳柄2、左钳头3、右钳头4、固定爪5、瞄准套筒6、齿条7和标尺8;所述左钳头3连接在左钳柄1上,右钳头4连接在右钳柄2上,左钳柄1和右钳柄2通过固定螺丝连接且左钳柄和右钳柄可相对转动;所述固定爪5固定在右钳头4顶端,所述瞄准套筒6固定在左钳头3顶端,且瞄准套筒6与固定爪5对应设置;所述齿条7和标尺8相互对应设置,齿条7固定在左钳柄1内侧,标尺8固定在右钳柄2内侧;瞄准套筒轴线到固定螺丝的垂直距离与标尺到固定螺丝的垂直距离相等;如图1中所示,齿条和标尺的读数为a,固定爪尖端到瞄准套筒尾端的距离a’等于a,b为克氏针在骨内的打入深度,已知瞄准套筒的长度c,a’=b+c,则可计算得到克氏针打入深度b。瞄准套筒为克氏针套管,作为克氏针方向定位用,齿条和标尺,可准确测量出套筒尾至固定爪长度,即克氏针长度,可明显缩短手术时间,一次成功固定,提高手术效率。

1.一种克氏针定位测深器,其特征在于,包括:左钳柄、右钳柄、左钳头、右钳头、固定爪、瞄准套筒、齿条和标尺;所述左钳头连接在左钳柄上,右钳头连接在右钳柄上,左钳柄和右钳柄通过固定螺丝连接且左钳柄和右钳柄可相对转动;所述固定爪固定在右钳头顶端,所述瞄准套筒固定在左钳头顶端,且瞄准套筒与固定爪对应设置;所述齿条和标尺相互对应设置,齿条固定在左钳柄内侧,标尺固定在右钳柄内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种克氏针定位测深器,其特征在于:所述瞄准套筒轴线到固定螺丝的垂直距离与标尺到固定螺丝的垂直距离相等。
