背景技术

发明内容

如上所述,根据本发明的密封刮刀10不再是现有技术已知的平面物品。作为替代,密封刮刀的前边缘30偏离平面表面。该偏离例如可借助沿刮刀10的长度L的方向的一个或多个角折叠来完成。折叠可沿刮刀10的宽度W的方向位于距刮刀10的尖端38的距离的5%-15%处,该尖端38是与在刮刀架17那侧的边缘31相对的边缘30。例如在图4b中呈现的另一替代方案是使刮刀10的尖端部在所讨论的区域33中变圆,以沿与辊表面11’的弯曲相同的方向被弯曲。

Claims (7)

1.一种密封刮刀,该密封刮刀包括相对的长形边缘(30、31)以及所述相对的长形边缘之间的平坦部(32),并且所述密封刮刀适应于刮刀架(17),所述刮刀架布置在涂布装置(21)的涂布机(25)中,并与移动表面(11’)进行接触,其特征在于,一接触表面适于在所述密封刮刀(10)中,该接触表面(33)能被布置为抵靠所述移动表面(11’),且所述接触表面是所述密封刮刀(10)的宽度(W)的5%-15%,
其中所述密封刮刀(10)的平坦部(32)借助一个或多个折叠(36.1、36.2)或倒圆(36.3)被分成两个或多个区域(35.1-35.3),所述接触表面(33)形成在所述两个或多个区域中的至少一个区域(35.1)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封刮刀,其特征在于,多个流动开口(34、34.1-34.3)适于在所述密封刮刀的平坦部(32)上,所述接触表面(33)的大部分适于在所述长形边缘(30)与所述流动开口(34、34.1-34.3)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密封刮刀,其特征在于,流动开口(34、34.1-34.3)适于在所述密封刮刀的平坦部(32)上,所述接触表面(33)适于在所述密封刮刀(10)中,使得当与所述移动表面(11’)接触时,适于在所述密封刮刀(10)中的所述流动开口(34、34.1-34.3)至少部分地与所述移动表面(11’)分开。
4.根据权利要求2所述的密封刮刀,其特征在于,所述流动开口(34、34.1-34.3)适于在所述密封刮刀的平坦部(32)上,所述接触表面(33)适于在所述密封刮刀(10)中,使得当与所述移动表面(11’)接触时,适于在所述密封刮刀(10)中的所述流动开口(34、34.1-34.3)至少部分地与所述移动表面(11’)分开。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的密封刮刀,其特征在于,所述流动开口(34)的顶边缘到所述密封刮刀(10)的长形边缘(30)的距离(D)是15mm-50mm。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的密封刮刀,其特征在于,所述密封刮刀(10)包括:
-紧固区域(37),适于在第一长形边缘(31)那侧,所述密封刮刀(10)适于从所述紧固区域(37)被紧固到所述刮刀架(17),
-第二长形边缘(30),与所述第一长形边缘(31)相对,
-平表面(32a、32b),位于所述密封刮刀(10)的相对两侧,在所述长形边缘(30、31)之间,所述接触表面(33)适于在所述平表面的一侧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的密封刮刀,其特征在于,一适于抵靠所述移动表面(11’)的尖端(38)适于在所述密封刮刀(10)的一个长形边缘(30)上。
