Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌防螨的法兰绒面料,按重量计由以下组分织成:60-70%的阳离子可染酯纤维和30-40%的天丝纤维;并采用抗菌除螨整理剂对所述的法兰绒面料进行后整理。本发明公开的抗菌防螨的法兰绒面料具有较强的抗菌除螨能力,并且色牢度高,手感好,吸湿透气性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种法兰绒面料,特别是一种抗菌防螨的法兰绒面料。
背景技术
法兰绒面料目前广泛地应用于男女上装、童装、睡衣以及床品中,其内部有一层丰满细洁的绒毛覆盖,不露织纹,手感柔软平整。法兰绒克重高,毛绒细腻且密,面料厚,成本高,保暖性好,市场前景好。
然而织物在长期使用过程中,难免会吸收潮气,滋生细菌和螨虫,对人体健康不利,尤其会对儿童造成损害,容易引发皮肤感染和呼吸道疾病等。除了对织物进行日常护理外,对织物内部进行处理,使其获得抗菌防螨的能力也成为了目前的研究热点。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种抗菌防螨的法兰绒面料,该面料具有较强的抗菌除螨能力,并且色牢度高,手感好,吸湿透气性高。
为了达到上述目的,本发明中的技术方案如下:
一种抗菌防螨的法兰绒面料,其中,法兰绒面料按重量计由以下组分织成:60-70%的阳离子可染酯纤维和30-40%的天丝纤维;并采用抗菌除螨整理剂对法兰绒织物进行后整理。
更具体地,该抗菌除螨剂按重量计包括以下组分:硝酸银10-15份,纳米氧化锌8-12份,分散剂12-15份,聚丙烯酸树脂30-40份,乙二醇28-32份。
更具体地,抗菌除螨后整理具体步骤为:
1)将所述的抗菌除螨剂溶于水中,制成浓度为30-50g/L的整理液;
2)将所述的法兰绒面料放入所述的整理液中浸轧,温度设为80-120℃,轧余率为60-80%;
3)在100-120℃下对所述的法兰绒面料进行烘干。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
1)采用阳离子可染酯纤维与整理液中的硝酸银进行反应,可使纤维上的基团与银离子结合在一起,使织物具有抗菌性能;并且在整理剂中加入了纳米氧化性,能够通过协同作用提高织物的抗菌除螨能力;
2)天丝采用天然的植物纤维再生制成,具有一定的防虫能力;采用天丝与聚酯纤维混纺,能够提高织物的防螨性能。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种抗菌防螨的法兰绒面料,其中,法兰绒面料按重量计由以下组分织成:65%的阳离子可染酯纤维和35%的天丝纤维;并采用抗菌除螨整理剂对法兰绒织物进行后整理。
更具体地,该抗菌除螨剂按重量计包括以下组分:硝酸银12份,纳米氧化锌8份,分散剂13份,聚丙烯酸树脂35份,乙二醇32份。
更具体地,抗菌除螨后整理具体步骤为:
1)将所述的抗菌除螨剂溶于水中,制成浓度为30-50g/L的整理液;
2)将所述的法兰绒面料放入所述的整理液中浸轧,温度设为80-120℃,轧余率为60-80%;
3)在100-120℃下对所述的法兰绒面料进行烘干。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种抗菌防螨的法兰绒面料,其特征在于,所述的法兰绒面料按重量计由以下组分织成:60-70%的阳离子可染酯纤维和30-40%的天丝纤维;并采用抗菌除螨整理剂对法兰绒织物进行后整理。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的抗菌除螨的法兰绒面料,其特征在于,所述的抗菌除螨剂按重量计包括以下组分:硝酸银10-15份,纳米氧化锌8-12份,分散剂12-15份,聚丙烯酸树脂30-40份,乙二醇28-32份。
3.根据权利要求2中所述的抗菌除螨的法兰绒面料,其特征在于,所述的抗菌除螨后整理具体步骤为:
将所述的抗菌除螨剂溶于水中,制成浓度为30-50g/L的整理液;
将所述的法兰绒织物放入所述的整理液中浸轧,温度设为80-120℃,轧余率为60-80%;
在100-120℃下对所述的法兰绒织物进行烘干。
