Abstract
本发明公开了一种肉桂衣物清洗剂及其制备方法,该肉桂衣物清洗剂主要由以下组分组成:肉桂精油、肉桂提取液、绿豆皮提取物、蛋白酶、淀粉酶以及脂肪酶等。将肉桂精油、肉桂提取液和绿豆皮提取物作为抑菌剂,不仅使此衣物清洗剂具有良好的抗菌能力,还能增加此产品的特殊芳香气味。同时,本发明公开了该清洗剂多种形态的产品,适合各种清洗衣物习惯的人群使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤领域,特别涉及一种衣物清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断变革与创新,人们生活水平不断提高,大家越来越关注自身的生活质量,而日常生活中衣物上经常会有各种污垢,其组成相当复杂,主要有尘土的微粒、人体分泌的皮脂和汗液、食品的液汁和残余物,以及沾附的各种微生物等,因此为创造卫生健康的生活环境,预防感染,减少疾病的传播,人们对衣物清洗剂,不仅要体现一种追求健康、绿色、安全、环保的生活态度,还要求有较好的洗涤去污功能,同时要有一定的消毒杀菌的功能。
针对以上要求,本发明开发一种肉桂衣物清洗剂,其中多种少量酶制剂的加入,达到了事半功倍的效果,不仅可以降低相应表面活性剂和某些助剂的用量,达到无磷助剂的添加,同时也起到了环境保护的作用。此外,采用可生物降解的表面活性剂和天然提取物为原料,生产环保型高效人性化的产品,并且将肉桂油、肉桂提取液和绿豆皮提取物作为抑菌剂,不仅使此衣物清洗剂具有良好的杀菌的能力,还能增加此产品的特殊芳香气味,其中绿豆皮提取物富含黄酮、皂苷、生物碱类等具有生物活性成分,使产品抗氧化能力,保质期长,还具有较好的护肤效果。同时,本发明开发了多种形态的衣物清洗剂,适合各种清洗衣物习惯的的人群使用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种肉桂衣物清洗剂及其制备方法。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现。
一种肉桂衣物清洗剂,按质量百分比,包括如下组分:
A组
肉桂精油 0.1%-0.2%
肉桂提取液 0.5%-2%
绿豆皮提取物 5%-10%
B组
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺 1%-5%
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 3%-6%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 5%-10%
亚胺磺酸盐 0.1%-0.5%
C组
碱性蛋白酶 0.01%-0.03%
淀粉酶 0.01%-0.03%
脂肪酶 0.01%-0.03%
海藻酸钠 0.1%-0.3%
亚氨基二琥珀酸 0.1%-0.5%
D组
氢氧化钠 0.5%-3%
水 余量。
进一步地,所述的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮由脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠代替,所述脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的质量占肉桂衣物清洗剂质量的2%-5%。
进一步地,所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠由双癸基二甲基氯化铵代替,所述双癸基二甲基氯化铵的质量占肉桂衣物清洗剂质量的5%-10%。
进一步地,所述的海藻酸钠由氯化钙代替,所述氯化钙的质量占肉桂衣物清洗剂质量的0.1%-0.5%。
进一步地,所述肉桂精油及肉桂提取液的制备包括如下步骤:
将肉桂皮、肉桂树枝、肉桂叶混合后加入水,再采用微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取肉桂提取液,自然静置,分离出肉桂精油与肉桂提取液;所述的肉桂皮、肉桂叶和肉桂树枝的质量比为1:(2-5):(3-8),优选为1:2:3或1:3:5或1:5:8;所述肉桂皮、肉桂树枝、肉桂叶的总质量与水的料液比为1g:(6-10) ml。
更进一步地,所述微波的功率为100W-700W,微波的时间1min-5min;所述蒸馏的功率200W-600W,蒸馏的时间1h-3h。
进一步地,所述的绿豆皮提取物的制备包括如下步骤:
将绿豆皮清洗干净,然后浸泡于水中,并采用超声波辅助水浸提法提取绿豆皮提取物,浸提完成后离心分离,取清液蒸发浓缩,得到绿豆皮提取物;所述绿豆皮与水的料液比为1g:(4-10) ml。
更进一步地,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述超声波的功率为200W-400W,超声的时间为15min-35min;所述浸提的温度为40℃-70℃,浸提的时间为2h-5h。
以上所述的一种肉桂衣物清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方量,将肉桂提取液、肉桂精油、绿豆皮提取物溶解于水中,搅拌混合均匀加热至50-70℃;
(2)按配方量,边搅拌边将B组中的各组分按顺序依次加入步骤(1)得到的溶液中,搅拌混合均匀并加热至40-50℃,保温5-15min后缓慢冷却;
(3)当温度降低至25-35℃时,继续按顺序依次加入C组中各组分,搅拌均匀后,加入D组中的氢氧化钠调节pH值在6.5-7.5,与人体皮肤的酸碱度接近,最后搅拌均匀至透明液体状既得肉桂衣物清洗剂。
进一步地,所述肉桂衣物清洗剂通过喷雾干燥处理,制作成粉末状肉桂衣物清洗剂;或者在所述肉桂衣物清洗剂中加入聚丙烯酸钠,按照常规工艺,制成凝胶状或膏状肉桂衣物清洗剂;或者将所述肉桂衣物清洗剂通过干燥处理,制作成固态的肉桂衣物清洗剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点和技术效果:
(1)本发明的肉桂衣物清洗剂将肉桂精油、肉桂提取液和绿豆皮提取物作为抗菌剂,三者复配,协同增效,不仅使此衣物清洗剂具有良好的抗菌能力,还能增加此产品的特殊芳香气味。
(2)绿豆皮提取物富含黄酮、皂苷、生物碱类等具有生物活性成分,使肉桂衣物清洗剂保质期长,还具有温和减少刺激皮肤的效果。
(3)少量碱性蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶制剂的加入,与肉桂精油、肉桂提取物和绿豆皮提取物相互配合,使衣物清洗和抗菌效果得到显著的改善,不仅可以降低相应表面活性剂和某些助剂的用量,而且达到了事半功倍的效果。
(4)本发明与市场上销售的衣物清洗剂相比,清洁和抑菌能力强,无磷助剂的添加,并且易被生物降解,大大降低对环境的污染。
(5)本发明除了肉桂皮外,还利用肉桂叶和肉桂枝提取肉桂精油和肉桂提取液,并且利用绿豆皮提取物,实现废料新用,综合利用肉桂和绿豆资源,不仅降低了成本,还具有一定的社会价值。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明的实施作进一步说明,但本发明的实施和保护不限于以下实施例。
本发明实施例的产品根据GB /T13174-2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》方法,进行洗涤效果的测试,并按照QB/T 2850-2007《抗菌抑菌型洗涤剂》标准中的规定,进行各实施例产品的卫生指标的检测,试验菌种金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6358,大肠杆菌ATCC 25922。
实施例1
(1)肉桂精油及肉桂提取液的制备:取肉桂皮、肉桂叶和肉桂树枝按质量比为1:2:3混合后,按照料液比为1g:8ml加入适量的水,然后进行微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取肉桂提取液,其中微波功率为100W,微波时间5min,蒸馏功率200W,蒸馏时间3h,然后经过自然静置,可分离出肉桂精油及肉桂提取液。
(2)绿豆皮提取物的制备:将绿豆皮清洗干净,然后浸泡于水中,并采用超声波辅助水浸提法提取绿豆皮提取物,料液比为1g:6ml,所述超声波功率为200W,超声时间35min,浸提温度40℃,浸提时间5h,浸提完成后离心分离,取清液蒸发浓缩,得到绿豆皮提取物。
(3)肉桂衣物清洗剂包括以下组分(质量百分比,下同):肉桂精油0.2%,肉桂提取液0.5%,绿豆皮提取物 5%,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5%,亚胺磺酸盐0.5%,碱性蛋白酶0.01%,淀粉酶0.03%,脂肪酶甘油0.01%,海藻酸钠0.1%,亚氨基二琥珀酸0.5%,氢氧化钠 0.5%,其余为去离子水。
(4)肉桂衣物清洗剂的制备:先将制备好的肉桂提取液、肉桂精油及绿豆皮提取物溶解于去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀加热至50℃;再边搅拌边依次加入椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,亚胺磺酸盐搅拌混合均匀并加热至40℃,保温15min后,再冷却至25℃时,继续按顺序依次加入碱性蛋白酶,淀粉酶,脂肪酶,海藻酸钠,亚氨基二琥珀酸搅拌均匀后,加入氢氧化钠调节pH值在6.5,与人体皮肤的酸碱度接近,最后搅拌均匀至透明液体既得所述肉桂衣物清洗剂。
实施例2
(1)肉桂精油及肉桂提取液的制备:取肉桂皮、肉桂叶和肉桂树枝按质量比为1:5:8混合后,按照料液比为1g:6ml加入适量的水,然后进行微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取肉桂提取液,其中微波功率为700W,微波时间1min,蒸馏功率600W,蒸馏时间1h,然后自然静置,可分离出肉桂精油及肉桂提取液。
(2)绿豆皮提取物的制备:将绿豆皮清洗干净,然后浸泡于水中,并采用超声波辅助水浸提法提取绿豆皮提取物,料液比为1g:10ml,所述超声波功率为400W,超声时间15min,浸提温度70℃,浸提时间2h,浸提完成后离心分离,取清液蒸发浓缩,得到绿豆皮提取物。
(3)肉桂衣物清洗剂包括以下组分(质量百分比,下同):肉桂精油0.1%,肉桂提取液2%,绿豆皮提取物 10%,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10%,亚胺磺酸盐0.1%,碱性蛋白酶0.03%,淀粉酶0.01%,脂肪酶甘油0.03%,海藻酸钠0.3%,亚氨基二琥珀酸0.1%,氢氧化钠 3%,其余为去离子水。
(4)肉桂衣物清洗剂的制备:先将制备好的肉桂提取液、肉桂精油以及绿豆皮提取物溶解于去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀加热至70℃;再边搅拌边依次加入将椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,亚胺磺酸盐搅拌混合均匀并加热至50℃,保温5min后,再冷却至35℃时,继续按顺序依次加入碱性蛋白酶,淀粉酶,脂肪酶,海藻酸钠,亚氨基二琥珀酸搅拌均匀后,加入氢氧化钠调节pH值在7.5,与人体皮肤的酸碱度接近,搅拌均匀至透明液体,再通过喷雾干燥技术,喷雾干燥浆料固形物浓度为20wt%,进风温度180℃,进料速度为20mL/min,可制作成粉末状肉桂衣物清洗剂。
实施例3
(1)肉桂精油及肉桂提取液的制备:取肉桂皮、肉桂叶和肉桂树枝按质量比为1:3:5混合后,按照料液比为1g:10ml加入适量的水,然后进行微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取肉桂提取液,其中微波功率为600W,微波时间3min,蒸馏功率600W,蒸馏时间2h,然后经过自然静置,可分离出肉桂精油及肉桂提取液。
(2)绿豆皮提取物的制备:将绿豆皮清洗干净,然后浸泡于水中,并采用超声波辅助水浸提法提取绿豆皮提取物,料液比为1g:6ml,所述超声波功率为300W,超声时间25min,浸提温度60℃,浸提时间3h,浸提完成后离心分离,取清液蒸发浓缩,得到绿豆皮提取物。
(3)肉桂衣物清洗剂包括以下组分(质量百分比,下同):肉桂精油0.15%,肉桂提取液1%,绿豆皮提取物 8%,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺3%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8%,亚胺磺酸盐0.3%,碱性蛋白酶0.02%,淀粉酶0.02%,脂肪酶甘油0.02%,海藻酸钠0.2%,亚氨基二琥珀酸0.3%,聚丙烯酸钠5%,氢氧化钠 1%,其余为去离子水。
(4)肉桂衣物清洗剂的制备:先将制备好的肉桂提取液、肉桂精油及绿豆皮提取物溶解于去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀加热至65℃;再边搅拌边依次加入将椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,亚胺磺酸盐搅拌混合均匀并加热至45℃,保温10min后,再冷却至30℃时,继续按顺序依次加入碱性蛋白酶,淀粉酶,脂肪酶,海藻酸钠,亚氨基二琥珀酸,聚丙烯酸钠搅拌均匀后,加入氢氧化钠调节pH值在7,与人体皮肤的酸碱度接近,搅拌均匀至透明液体,按照常规工艺,静置1h,可制成凝胶状或膏状肉桂衣物清洗剂。
实施例4
(1)肉桂精油及肉桂提取液的制备:取肉桂皮、肉桂叶和肉桂树枝按质量比为1:5:8混合后,按照料液比为1g:7 ml加入适量的水,然后进行微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取肉桂提取液,其中微波功率为500W,微波时间4min,蒸馏功率500W,蒸馏时间3h,然后经过自然静置,可分离出肉桂精油及肉桂提取液。
(2)绿豆皮提取物的制备:将绿豆皮清洗干净,然后浸泡于水中,并采用超声波辅助水浸提法提取绿豆皮提取物,料液比为1g:5ml,所述超声波功率为350W,超声时间20min,浸提温度50℃,浸提时间4h,浸提完成后离心分离,取清液蒸发浓缩,得到绿豆皮提取物。
(3)肉桂衣物清洗剂包括以下组分(质量百分比,下同):肉桂精油0.2%,肉桂提取液2%及绿豆皮提取物 6%,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5%,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠3%,双癸基二甲基氯化铵8%,亚胺磺酸盐0.2%,碱性蛋白酶0.03%,淀粉酶0.02%,脂肪酶甘油0.01%,氯化钙0.5%,亚氨基二琥珀酸0.3%,聚丙烯酸钠5%,氢氧化钠 1%,其余为去离子水。
(4)肉桂衣物清洗剂的制备:先将制备好的肉桂提取液、肉桂精油及绿豆皮提取物、溶解于去离子水后,搅拌混合均匀加热至60℃;再边搅拌边依次加入将椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠,双癸基二甲基氯化铵,亚胺磺酸盐搅拌混合均匀并加热至40℃,保温15min后,再冷却至25℃时,继续按顺序依次加入碱性蛋白酶,淀粉酶,脂肪酶,氯化钙,亚氨基二琥珀酸,聚丙烯酸钠搅拌均匀后,加入氢氧化钠调节pH值在7,与人体皮肤的酸碱度接近,搅拌均匀至透明液体,通过常规干燥工艺,热风干燥温度100℃,干燥时间8h,可制作成固态的肉桂衣物清洗剂。
实验结果
去污力试验浓度为0.2%;JB-01:炭黑油污布;JB-02:蛋白污布;JB-03:皮脂污布。衣物去污力国家标准参数指标要求如下:JB-01、JB-02、JB-03三种实验污布中任意两种污布大于或等于标准洗衣液。去污力比较结果如表1所示,卫生指标结果如表2所示。

由表1可知,本发明的4款肉桂衣物清洗剂去污力都超过了标准清洗剂,尤其是第三款效果最明显,说明本发明的肉桂衣物清洗剂中的各组份协同作用,特别是酶制剂和表面活性剂之间的协同效应,能够快速去除衣物上的各种污渍,同等条件下去污力强。

由表2可知,本发明的4款肉桂衣物清洗剂的卫生指标都符合QB/T 2850-2007《抗菌抑菌型洗涤剂》标准中的规定,具有较好的抗菌能。
Claims (10)
1.一种肉桂衣物清洗剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比,包括如下组分:
A组
肉桂精油 0.1%-0.2%
肉桂提取液 0.5%-2%
绿豆皮提取物 5%-10%
B组
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺 1%-5%
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 3%-6%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 5%-10%
亚胺磺酸盐 0.1%-0.5%
C组
碱性蛋白酶 0.01%-0.03%
淀粉酶 0.01%-0.03%
脂肪酶 0.01%-0.03%
海藻酸钠 0.1%-0.3%
亚氨基二琥珀酸 0.1%-0.5%
D组
氢氧化钠 0.5%-3%
水 余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉桂衣物清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮由脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠代替,所述脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的质量占肉桂衣物清洗剂质量的2%-5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉桂衣物清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠由双癸基二甲基氯化铵代替,所述双癸基二甲基氯化铵的质量占肉桂衣物清洗剂质量的5%-10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉桂衣物清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的海藻酸钠由氯化钙代替, 所述氯化钙的质量占肉桂衣物清洗剂质量的0.1%-0.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉桂衣物清洗剂,其特征在于,所述肉桂精油及肉桂提取液的制备包括如下步骤:
将肉桂皮、肉桂树枝、肉桂叶混合后加入水,再采用微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取肉桂提取液,自然静置,分离出肉桂精油与肉桂提取液;所述肉桂皮、肉桂叶和肉桂树枝的质量比为1:(2-5):(3-8);所述肉桂皮、肉桂树枝、肉桂叶的总质量与水的料液比为1g:(6-10) ml。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种肉桂衣物清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述微波的功率为100W-700W,微波的时间为1min-5min;所述蒸馏的功率为200W-600W,蒸馏的时间为1h-3h。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉桂衣物清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的绿豆皮提取物的制备包括如下步骤:
将绿豆皮清洗干净,然后浸泡于水中,并采用超声波辅助水浸提法提取绿豆皮提取物,浸提完成后离心分离,取清液蒸发浓缩,得到绿豆皮提取物;所述绿豆皮与水的料液比为1g:(4-10) ml。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种肉桂衣物清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述超声波的功率为200W-400W,超声的时间为15min-35min;所述浸提的温度为40℃-70℃,浸提的时间为2h-5h。
9.制备权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种肉桂衣物清洗剂的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方量,将肉桂提取液、肉桂精油、绿豆皮提取物溶解于水中,搅拌混合均匀加热至50-70℃;
(2)按配方量,边搅拌边将B组中的各组分按顺序依次加入步骤(1)得到的溶液中,搅拌混合均匀并加热至40-50℃,保温5-15min后冷却;
(3)当温度降低至25-35℃时,继续按顺序依次加入C组中各组分,搅拌均匀后,加入D组中的氢氧化钠调节pH值在6.5-7.5,最后搅拌均匀至透明液体状既得肉桂衣物清洗剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种肉桂衣物清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述肉桂衣物清洗剂通过喷雾干燥处理,制作成粉末状肉桂衣物清洗剂;或者在所述肉桂衣物清洗剂中加入聚丙烯酸钠,然后通过静置0.5h-2h,可制成凝胶状或膏状肉桂衣物清洗剂;或者将所述肉桂衣物清洗剂通过干燥处理,其中喷雾干燥浆料固形物浓度为15wt%-30wt%,进风温度为150℃-200℃,进料速度为15-25mL/min,热风干燥的温度为100-120℃,干燥时间为6-8h,制作成固态的肉桂衣物清洗剂。
