Abstract

本发明公开了一种石墨烯润滑油添加剂及其制备方法,该石墨烯润滑油添加剂的组分包括石墨烯、氢化苯乙烯-双烯共聚物、硼酸酯、油性溶剂,经适量配比制备而成。本发明提供的石墨烯润滑油添加剂解决了传统的润滑油添加剂存在腐蚀性和选择性问题,纳米材料的添加剂工艺操作复杂,且会排放废气和污染物,对环境造成污染的缺陷,本发明的石墨烯润滑油添加剂可实现磨损部的自修复,并起到节油、抗磨、降噪音、提高动力等功能,且能很好地分散于多种润滑油基础油中,氧化稳定性好,可长期稳定存在,适合于解决各种机械设备在多种工况下的摩擦、磨损和养护问题。

一种石墨烯润滑油添加剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油添加剂,特别涉及一种石墨烯润滑油添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
为了增加润滑油的减摩抗磨效果,通常在润滑油中添加少量的润滑油添加剂,传统的润滑油添加剂为硫、磷或氯型抗磨剂,此种添加剂对摩擦副材料具有腐蚀性和选择性,特别是含硫、磷或氯等元素的润滑油添加剂在使用过程中,会排放废气和污染物,因而对环境造成污染。
纳米添加剂有助于改善润滑油的性能,而石墨烯作为单层碳原子紧密排列而形成的一种炭质新材料,具有单层二维蜂窝状(Honeycomb)晶格结构,是目前世界上公认的最薄的二维材料,由于其特殊的微观结构,石墨烯具有极好的力学、热导性和电学性能,但现有技术采用N-甲基吡咯烷(N-methyl-2-pyrr0lid0ne,NMP)与石油醚反复清洗以增强石墨烯亲油性的方法,虽然可提高石墨烯在润滑油中的分散性,但其工艺操作复杂繁琐、并且伴有高污染物排放,影响环保。
发明内容
本发明提供的一种石墨烯润滑油添加剂及其制备方法,以解决传统的润滑油添加剂存在腐蚀性和选择性问题,纳米材料的添加剂工艺操作复杂,且会排放废气和污染物,对环境造成污染的缺陷,同时改进了工艺,减少了石墨烯的超声波分散环节,便于工业推广应用。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种石墨烯润滑油添加剂,各组分的含量以重量百分比计包括:
石墨烯0.1-1%
HSD(氢化苯乙烯-双烯共聚物)1-10%
硼酸酯15-25%
油性溶剂70-85%
其中,石墨烯润滑油添加剂中各组分的含量以重量百分比计优选石墨烯0.4%、HSD(氢化苯乙烯-双烯共聚物)4%、硼酸酯20%、油性溶剂75.6%。
其中,硼酸酯的组分以重量百分比计优选2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)羟乙基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯40%、2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)十七烷基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯20%、2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)油酸酯羟乙基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯40%。
其中,油性溶剂优选润滑油基础油。
本发明还提供一种制备上述石墨烯润滑油添加剂的方法,包括如下步骤:取硼酸酯和油性溶剂在温度为50-60℃下充分搅拌30min,再加入HSD(氢化苯乙烯-双烯共聚物)电磁搅拌30min,最后加入石墨烯,用55KW的油漆分散机高速搅拌30min,即得。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明相对传统的硫、磷或氯型抗磨剂,不会出现对摩擦副材料具有腐蚀性和选择性的现象,在生产、使用过程中没有废水、废气、废渣等的产生和排放,是一种环境友好型的绿色润滑油添加剂。
2、本发明使用的硼酸酯组分都是氮化型硼酸酯具有良好的水解稳定性和优异的抗氧化安定性,且该酯增加了添加剂的粘度有利于石墨烯的分散稳定,同时与石墨烯复配有利于该添加剂的极压抗磨性,可起到节油、抗磨、降噪音、提高动力等功能。
3、本发明使用的HSD氢化苯乙烯-双烯共聚物是高性能润滑油中常用的粘度指数改进剂,其不仅能稠化基础油,而且可以改变油品的黏温性,使油品具有良好的高温润滑性、低温流动性和热氧化安定性。
4、本发明避免了为增强石墨烯的亲油性使用N-甲基吡咯烷酮与石油醚反复清洗的过程,简化了生产工艺,降低了生产成本。
5、本发明提供的纳米润滑油添加剂可用作多功能润滑油和润滑脂的添加剂,还可以用作各种车辆、船舶、石油化工、矿山的大型机械设备润滑***的修复抗磨剂。
具体实施方式
实施例1
石墨烯润滑油添加剂,取原料按重量百分比计包括:
石墨烯0.1%、HSD(氢化苯乙烯-双烯共聚物)1%、硼酸酯15%、油性溶剂83.9%;
其中:石墨烯的直径为1um-5um,厚度为1nm-10nm,比表面积500-1000㎡/g;HSD是润英联公司的SV260;硼酸酯组分按重量百分比计为2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)羟乙基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯40%、2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)十七烷基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯20%、以及2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)油酸酯羟乙基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯40%;油性溶剂为500SN基础油。
石墨烯润滑油添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将硼酸酯加入到油性溶剂在50-60℃充分搅拌30min,再加入HSD电磁搅拌30min,最后加入石墨烯,用55KW的油漆分散机高速搅拌30min,即得石墨烯润滑油添加剂,本品为黑色油状物。
产品抗磨性能测试:利用四球机测定,设定载荷(温度20℃,负荷294N和392N,速度1450R/min,时间30min)下的抗磨性能,四球试验所用的钢球为直径12.7mm的CCr15标准钢球,对比试验结果如表1所示。

其中:石墨烯的直径为1um-5um,厚度为1nm-10nm,比表面积500-1000㎡/g;HSD是润英联公司的SV260;硼酸酯组分为:2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)羟乙基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯40%、2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)十七烷基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯20%、以及2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)油酸酯羟乙基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯40%;油性溶剂为500SN基础油。
石墨烯润滑油添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

其中:石墨烯的直径为1um-5um,厚度为1nm-10nm,比表面积500-1000㎡/g;HSD是润英联公司的SV260;硼酸酯组分为:2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)羟乙基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯40%、2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)十七烷基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯20%、以及2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)油酸酯羟乙基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯40%;油性溶剂为500SN基础油。
石墨烯润滑油添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将硼酸酯加入到油性溶剂在50-60℃充分搅拌30min,再加入HSD电磁搅拌30min,最后加入石墨烯,用55KW的油漆分散机高速搅拌30min,即得石墨烯润滑油添加剂,本品为黑色油状物。

Claims (5)

1.一种石墨烯润滑油添加剂,其特征在于:各组分的含量以重量百分比计包括:
石墨烯0.1-1%
氢化苯乙烯-双烯共聚物1-10%
硼酸酯15-25%
油性溶剂70-85%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯润滑油添加剂,其特征在于:所述润滑油添加剂中各组分的含量以重量百分比计包括石墨烯0.4%、氢化苯乙烯-双烯共聚物4%、硼酸酯20%、油性溶剂75.6%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯润滑油添加剂,其特征在于:所述硼酸酯的组分以重量百分比计包括2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)羟乙基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯40%、2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)十七烷基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯20%、2-(4-十二烷基苯氧基)油酸酯羟乙基胺基二乙氧基硼酸酯40%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯润滑油添加剂,其特征在于:所述油性溶剂为润滑油基础油。
5.一种如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的石墨烯润滑油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:取硼酸酯和油性溶剂在温度为50-60℃下充分搅拌30min,再加入氢化苯乙烯-双烯共聚物电磁搅拌30min,最后加入石墨烯,用55KW的油漆分散机高速搅拌30min,即得。
