本发明涉及水性涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,由A组分与B组分组成,A组分占重量份为65-80,B组分占重量份为20-35,所述A组分中各组分的用量按重量份计如下:水性羟基丙烯酸树脂60-90,防沉剂2-4,云母1-4,分散剂.5-2,水溶性含氟大分子光引发剂0.5-3,余量为水;所述B组分为水分散型多异氰酸酯。本发明的一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,干燥迅速,桔纹美观,耐水性优良,并且具备优异的附着力。

一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆及其施工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及水性涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆及其施工工艺。
背景技术
桔纹漆是一种高级工业美术漆,施工后漆膜外观形似桔纹,光亮丰满,特别适宜涂装各类机械,包括轻、重型设备、机床、仪器、铁门、铁柜等。但传统的桔纹漆均属于溶剂型涂料,溶剂含量大于450g/L,喷涂施工时对环境污染严重。在环境保护呼声日益高涨,环保法令日益严峻的今天,迫切需要开发VOC含量低,环境友好型水性桔纹漆。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,特别是提供一种VOC含量低的水性双组份桔纹漆,干燥迅速,桔纹美观,耐水性优良,并且具备优异的附着力。
本发明目的在于提供一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的施工工艺,工艺简单,桔纹效果好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,由A组分与B组分组成,A组分占重量份为65-80,B组分占重量份为20-35,
所述A组分中各组分的用量按重量份计如下:
所述B组分为水分散型多异氰酸酯。
作为优选,所述A组分中还包含甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,其用量按重量份计为2-10。
具体地,所述防沉剂为聚酰胺酯和/或有机膨润土。
具体地,所述云母为鳞片云母粉。
具体地,所述分散剂为阴离子分散剂。
具体地,所述阴离子分散剂为油酸钠、羧酸盐、硫酸酯盐或磺酸盐。
具体地,所述水溶性含氟大分子光引发剂的结构式如下:

一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述比例称取A组分与B组分,并充分混合,得水性丙烯酸桔纹漆;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的水性丙烯酸桔纹漆在避光的条件下,喷涂在机械设备上,使水性丙烯酸桔纹漆固化;
(3)将喷涂有水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的机械设备在光强为40-60W/m2的紫外灯下照射5-10min,机械设备表面的桔纹漆出现桔纹效果。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,干燥迅速,桔纹美观,耐水性优良,并且具备优异的附着力。
2、本发明的一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,其中添加了云母,云母一方面能够降低涂层的收缩应力,避免涂层开裂和脱落,从而增加涂层附着力,另一方面,云母形成了光固化的水性羟基丙烯酸树脂的支撑材料,使桔纹效果富有更强的立体感。
3、本发明的一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,其中添加了2-10份的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,在光固化阶段,体系产生了较小的体积收缩,使涂层表面的桔纹更加细致。
4、本发明的一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的施工工艺,采用分阶段固化,先使桔纹漆的底层固化,使其对基材有着良好的附着力,由于氟原子的地表面张力和低表面能而赋予其一定的迁移能力,使其在水体系中自发向体系外表面迁移,使光引发剂均布在涂层表面,然后采用紫外光照射,水溶性含氟大分子光引发剂引发涂层表面的水性羟基丙烯酸树脂进行二次聚合,产生体积收缩,从而形成桔纹效果。

一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,由A组分与B组分组成,A组分占重量份为65,B组分占重量份为35,
所述A组分中各组分的用量按重量份计如下:
水性羟基丙烯酸树脂65
(选自天津开发区国隆化工有限公司的B229-130)
有机膨润土3
鳞片云母粉1.5
(选自灵寿县燕宾矿产品加工厂的鳞片云母粉)
磺酸盐2
水溶性含氟大分子光引发剂0.5
其结构式如下:
其中x5,y=3;R1为CH3;R2为CH2CHFCF2CF3
余量为水;
所述B组分为水分散型多异氰酸酯。
各实施例与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于表1。

一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按实施例1比例称取A组分与B组分,并充分混合,得水性丙烯酸桔纹漆;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的水性丙烯酸桔纹漆在避光的条件下,喷涂在机械设备上,使水性丙烯酸桔纹漆固化;
(3)将喷涂有水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的机械设备在光强为50W/m2的紫外灯下照射10min,机械设备表面的桔纹漆出现桔纹效果,桔纹效果纹路清晰,纹路较大。
实施例10
一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按实施例3比例称取A组分与B组分,并充分混合,得水性丙烯酸桔纹漆;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的水性丙烯酸桔纹漆在避光的条件下,喷涂在机械设备上,使水性丙烯酸桔纹漆固化;
(3)将喷涂有水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的机械设备在光强为50W/m2的紫外灯下照射10min,机械设备表面的桔纹漆出现桔纹效果,桔纹效果纹路清晰,纹路较小致密。
实施例11
一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按对比例1比例称取A组分与B组分,并充分混合,得水性丙烯酸桔纹漆;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的水性丙烯酸桔纹漆在避光的条件下,喷涂在机械设备上,使水性丙烯酸桔纹漆固化;
(3)将喷涂有水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的机械设备在光强为50W/m2的紫外灯下照射10min,机械设备表面的桔纹漆没有出现桔纹效果。
实施例12
一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按实施例2比例称取A组分与B组分,并充分混合,得水性丙烯酸桔纹漆;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的水性丙烯酸桔纹漆在避光的条件下,喷涂在机械设备上,使水性丙烯酸桔纹漆固化;
(3)将喷涂有水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的机械设备在光强为40W/m2的紫外灯下照射10min,机械设备表面的桔纹漆出现桔纹效果,桔纹效果纹路清晰,立体感强,纹路适中。
实施例13
一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按实施例4比例称取A组分与B组分,并充分混合,得水性丙烯酸桔纹漆;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的水性丙烯酸桔纹漆在避光的条件下,喷涂在机械设备上,使水性丙烯酸桔纹漆固化;
(3)将喷涂有水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的机械设备在光强为60W/m2的紫外灯下照射5min,机械设备表面的桔纹漆出现桔纹效果,桔纹效果纹路清晰,立体感强,纹路适中。
测试结果如表2。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,其特征在于:所述A组分中还包含甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,其用量按重量份计为2-10。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,其特征在于:所述防沉剂为聚酰胺酯和/或有机膨润土。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,其特征在于:所述云母为鳞片云母粉。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,其特征在于:所述分散剂为阴离子分散剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,其特征在于:所述阴离子分散剂为油酸钠、羧酸盐、硫酸酯盐或磺酸盐。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种水性丙烯酸桔纹漆,其特征在于:所述水溶性含氟大分子光引发剂的结构式如下:

(2)将步骤(1)中得到的水性丙烯酸桔纹漆在避光的条件下,喷涂在机械设备上,使水性丙烯酸桔纹漆固化;
(3)将喷涂有水性丙烯酸桔纹漆的机械设备在光强为40-60W/m2的紫外灯下照射5-10min,机械设备表面的桔纹漆出现桔纹效果。
