Abstract

本发明涉及汽车的驱动装置,尤其,上述汽车的驱动装置包括:引擎,利用通过燃烧燃料所获得的能量来驱动;驱动电机,包括转子及定子,上述转子直接与上述引擎的曲轴相连接,上述转子具有与上述曲轴相同的旋转轴,上述定子以收容于上述转子的内侧的方式与上述引擎相结合,来使上述转子旋转,从而本发明的汽车的驱动装置提供如下优点,即,不仅可提高汽车燃油经济性,而且还可实现混合动力汽车的引擎周边结构设计的多样化。

Description

汽车的驱动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车的驱动装置,更详细地,涉及辅助引擎的电机直接与引擎轴相连接的汽车的驱动装置。
背景技术
一般情况下,在混合动力汽车中,怠速停止和起动(ISG,IdleStopandGo)功能通过反复进行关闭(OFF)或开启(ON)引擎发动的动作,由此提高汽车燃油经济性。搭载怠速停止和起动功能的汽车具有可提高5~15%汽车燃油经济性的效果。
通常,具有怠速停止和起动功能的汽车利用向飞轮传递动力的集成启动/发电一体化(ISG)电机,来不仅执行初始发动引擎,而且还从怠速停止(IdleStop)转换到怠速起动(IdleGo)。
若需初始发动引擎或基于从怠速停止转换到怠速起动而需重新发动引擎,则上述集成启动/发电一体化电机利用电池的电流来被驱动,并使飞轮旋转,从而发动引擎。
上述集成启动/发电一体化电机根据设置位置被分为皮带驱动集成启动/发电一体化(B-ISG)电机和C-集成启动/发电一体化电机,上述皮带驱动集成启动/发电一体化电机作为内转型转子类型的电机,借助皮带与飞轮相连接,上述C-集成启动/发电一体化电机作为外转型转子类型的电机,直接与飞轮轴相连接。
图1为基于现有技术的皮带驱动集成启动/发电一体化电机相对于引擎的设置立体图,图2为图1的详细结构图,图3为图1的皮带驱动集成启动/发电一体化电机的分解立体图。
如图1至图3所示,基于现有技术的皮带驱动集成启动/发电一体化电机10作为内转型转子类型的电机,上述皮带驱动集成启动/发电一体化电机10包括:变换器11(Inverter);刷子12;后盖13(RearCase),在上述后盖13的内部形成规定空间;前盖14(FrontCase);定子15(Stator),固定于规定空间的内部;转子组件16(RotorAssembly),在定子15的内部旋转;前端轴承17(FrontBearing)及后端轴承18(RearBearing),分别与转子组件16的前端轴部和后端轴部相结合;滑动环19(Slip-ring),介于刷子12和转子组件16之间;以及电机滑轮20,与转子组件16的前端轴部相连接。
其中,如图2所示,皮带驱动集成启动/发电一体化电机10采用如下结构,即,在设于引擎1的曲轴(附图中未标附图标记)的飞轮5和电机滑轮20之间连接驱动皮带7来传递动力。
但是,如图1至图3所示,基于现有技术的皮带驱动集成启动/发电一体化电机10不仅很难调节扭矩功率值,而且虽然存在为了产生高扭矩而增加皮带驱动集成启动/发电一体化电机10的体积的方案,但在此情况下,存在如下缺点,即,由于频繁发生引擎1周边部位受损的现象,因而很难采用增加皮带驱动集成启动/发电一体化电机10体积的设计,并且,由于上述皮带驱动集成启动/发电一体化电机10采用通过驱动皮带7传递动力的结构,因此需以具有规定的滑轮比(曲轴滑轮:电机滑轮=2.5:1)的方式设计上述飞轮5及电机滑轮20,由此还需高速运行,而且,因驱动皮带7的动力损失(Beltloss),导致按照新的欧洲驾驶循环(NEDC)标准,仅得到5%的汽车燃油经济性效果。
作为参考,如图2所示,基于现有技术的皮带驱动集成启动/发电一体化电机10与用于控制电机的变换器11和用于供给12V电源的转换器21(LCD)相连接,如上所述,上述皮带驱动集成启动/发电一体化电机10以借助驱动皮带7传递动力的方式与引擎1的飞轮5相连接。并且,根据不同情况,通过单独的皮带(参照图2的附图标记7B)连接,来可使从引擎1输出的动力用于驱动水泵30或动力转向泵40及空气调节部的压缩机50的动力源。
发明内容
本发明用于解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供汽车的驱动装置,上述汽车的驱动装置不仅直接与引擎的曲轴相连接,并同时执行用于与水泵、动力转向泵及空气调节部的压缩机皮带连接的驱动滑轮的作用,从而可提高汽车燃油经济性,并可谋求汽车的驱动装置的小型化。
在本发明的汽车的驱动装置的优选一实施例中,汽车的驱动装置包括:引擎,利用通过燃烧燃料所获得的能量来驱动;驱动电机,包括转子及定子,上述转子直接与上述引擎的曲轴相连接,上述转子具有与上述曲轴相同的旋转轴,上述定子以收容于上述转子的内侧的方式与上述引擎相结合,来使上述转子旋转。
其中,上述转子的外周可呈使驱动皮带卷绕的滑轮形状。
并且,上述转子盖可以以以具有向上述引擎侧开口的“匚”字形的截面的方式形成内部空间,上述定子可收容于上述内部空间。
并且,本发明还可包括用于接收上述驱动皮带的驱动力的水泵、动力转向泵及空气调节部中的压缩机。
优选地,上述转子可包括:转子盖,与上述引擎的曲轴的前端相结合,来遮蔽上述引擎的曲轴的外侧;滑轮部,从上述转子盖的边缘向上述引擎侧延伸,来形成用于收容上述定子的内部空间,并使驱动皮带卷绕。
并且,上述转子盖和上述滑轮部可形成为一体。
并且,可在上述滑轮部的内侧面固定有多个磁铁,而相邻的磁铁的极性相异。
并且,上述滑轮部可呈当使上述驱动皮带卷绕时收容一部分驱动皮带的槽形状。
并且,上述驱动电机可以为内置式永磁电机(IPM,InteriorPermanentMagnetmotor)。
并且,上述驱动电机可以为绕线转子同步电机(WRSM,WoundRotorSynchronousMotor)。
并且,上述驱动电机可借助以下模式驱动:电动汽车模式(ElectricVehiclemode),仅利用上述驱动电机的动力;混合动力电动汽车模式(HybridElectricVehiclemode),以上述引擎的旋转力作为主动力,并以上述驱动电机的旋转力作为辅助动力;以及再生制动模式(RB,RegenerativeBrakingmode),当基于汽车的制动或惯性行驶时,通过上述驱动电机的发电来回收制动能量及惯性能量,以此对电池进行充电。
根据本发明的汽车的驱动装置的优选一实施例,可实现如下多种效果。
第一,通过电机直接与引擎的曲轴相连接,可减少因皮带驱动而产生的动力损失,来提高汽车燃油经济性。
第二,由于对借助皮带接收引擎的动力的水泵、动力转向泵及空气调节部的压缩机等起到驱动滑轮的作用,因此可实现产品的紧凑化。
第三,可通过去除双张力器(DualTensioner)来节省费用。
第四,可提高即使对现有的引擎的改造最小化也充分适用的通用性。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的汽车的驱动装置的优选一实施例进行详细说明。
图4为表示本发明的汽车的驱动装置的优选一实施例的立体图,图5为图4的详细结构图,图6为图4的分解立体图。
如图4至图6所示,在本发明的汽车的驱动装置的优选一实施例中,本发明的汽车的驱动装置包括:引擎101,利用通过燃烧燃料所获得的能量来驱动;驱动电机100,作为发动引擎101的电机,提供初始起动力。
众所周知,混合动力汽车为通过一同使用引擎101和利用电池的电源驱动的驱动电机100来获得最为有效的汽车燃油经济性,由此提高经济性的汽车。
虽然未图示,但混合动力汽车可包括:混合动力控制器(HCU,HybridControlUnit)(未图示),用于控制汽车的整体工作;引擎控制器(ECU,EngineControlUnit)(未图示),用于控制引擎101的工作;变速控制器(TCU,TransmissionControlUnit)(未图示),用于控制变速器的工作;以及电池控制器(BCU,BatteryControlUnit)(未图示),用于控制并管理电池,对驱动电机100的控制通过变换器170来实现。
其中,从执行起动发电机的功能的观点出发,驱动电机100还被称为集成启动/发电一体化(ISG,IntegratedStarter&Generator)电机或混合动力集成启动/发电一体化(HSG,Hybridstarter&Generator)电机。
以如上所述的结构形成的混合动力汽车通过以下行驶模式来获得更加有效的汽车燃油经济性:电动汽车模式(ElectricVehiclemode),仅利用驱动电机100的动力;混合动力电动汽车模式(HybridElectricVehiclemode),以引擎101的旋转力作为主动力,并以驱动电机100的旋转力作为辅助动力;以及再生制动模式(RB,RegenerativeBrakingmode),当基于汽车的制动或惯性行驶时,通过驱动电机100的发电来回收制动能量及惯性能量,以此对电池进行充电。
在本发明的汽车的驱动装置的优选一实施例中,重点公开使以往的驱动电机100和引擎101之间的动力传递结构摆脱皮带动力传递方式来谋求巨大提高汽车燃油经济性。
为此,驱动电机100包括:转子120,上述转子120直接与引擎101的曲轴105相连接,上述转子具有与曲轴105相同的旋转轴;以及定子110,上述定子110以收容于转子120的内侧的方式与引擎101相结合,来使转子120旋转。
即,在以往的皮带驱动方式中,在引擎1的一侧设用于设置驱动电机10的规定空间后,在上述空间设置驱动电机10,并通过皮带连接设于引擎1的曲轴的飞轮5和设于驱动电机10的旋转轴的电机滑轮20来传递动力,但在本发明的优选一实施例中,无需另设用于设置驱动电机100的空间,而在安装有飞轮的空间直接安装由外转型转子形成的驱动电机100,使转子120直接与曲轴105相结合(直接连接)。
在本发明的汽车的驱动装置的优选一实施例中,通过使驱动电机100直接与引擎101的曲轴105相连接,由此可通过消除以往需另设用于设置驱动电机10的设置空间而受到的设置空间的制约,来提高引擎101及引擎101周边结构的设计自由度。并且,由于消除以往在皮带动力传递方式中成问题的动力损失,因此可获得可提高汽车燃油经济性的效果。
尤其,由于可去除在皮带动力传递方式中的必要结构的电机滑轮20,从而可增大电机尺寸。因此,不仅可使电机10以与引擎101的曲轴105的转速相同的速度运行,而且与皮带动力传递方式相比,可提高2%的汽车燃油经济性。并且,由于本发明的方式为驱动电机100直接与曲轴105相连接的方式,因此无需设置电机轴承,因而可获得减少部件数量所带来的费用减少的效果。
另一方面,如图6所示,在本发明的汽车的驱动装置的优选一实施例中,本发明的驱动装置可驱动借助从引擎101输出的驱动力或从驱动电机100输出的驱动力来工作的水泵130、动力转向泵140及空气调节部的压缩机150
水泵130起到为防止引擎101过热而使冷却水强行循环的作用,动力转向泵140起到向动力转向柱强行泵送油的作用,空气调节部的压缩机150起到对一边进行热力学循环一边在制冷剂配管循环的制冷剂进行压缩的作用。
以往,以多级的方式设于曲轴的多个滑轮(包括飞轮)中的一个借助驱动皮带7A与上述驱动电机10的电机滑轮20相连接,并且,多个滑轮中的剩余滑轮借助单独的驱动皮带7B来分别与上述水泵30、动力转向泵40及空气调节部的压缩机50相连接,从而传递从引擎1输出的动力,但在本发明的汽车的驱动装置的优选一实施例中,通过使转子120的外周呈使驱动皮带107卷绕的形状,从而使水泵130、驱动转向泵140及空气调节部的压缩机150借助驱动皮带107来与转子120的外周相连接。
更详细地,如图5及图6所示,转子120可包括:转子盖127,与引擎101的曲轴105的前端相结合,来遮蔽引擎101的曲轴105的外侧;滑轮部128,从转子盖127的边缘向引擎101侧延伸,来形成用于收容定子110的内部空间121,并使驱动皮带107卷绕。
如上所述,转子盖127和滑轮部128的功能虽相异,但可在制造过程中使转子盖127和滑轮部128形成为一体。
转子盖127具有向上述引擎侧开口的大致呈“匚”字形的截面,上述转子盖127的内部空间121可收容固定于引擎101的定子110。
在作为转子盖127的内侧的内部空间121形成有用于使曲轴105的前端***结合的曲轴结合孔126,并且,上述内部空间121包括用于连接曲轴105和转子120的连接部129。
如图6所示,定子110可包括:主体113,呈圆形的环形状,上述主体113形成有开口部111;安装部115,向主体113的开口部111侧突出而成,用于使螺栓119固定于引擎101的曲轴105的周边;以及多个场磁铁117,沿着主体113的外周连续配置。场磁铁117可体现为三相,但优选地,上述场磁铁117体现为五相。
并且,在滑轮部128的内侧面连续排列固定有多个磁铁124,相邻的上述多个相邻磁铁124的极性相异,如上所述,在滑轮部128的外侧面形成有槽形状的卷绕部123,上述槽形状的卷绕部123用于使驱动电机100与连接水泵130、动力转向泵140及空气调节部的压缩机150相连接的驱动皮带107卷绕。
其中,如图6所示,驱动电机100可以为内置式永磁电机。由于内置式永磁电机在机械性方面强韧并衍生由突极性引起的磁阻扭矩,因此上述内置式永磁电机为适用于混合动力汽车的电机。
但是,驱动电机100并不局限于内置式永磁电机,而在设置为内置式永磁电机的情况下,由于用于在低速区域获得较大扭矩的强磁通量具有导致在高速区域中限制电压的倾向,因此还可使用向场磁铁引用线圈的绕线转子同步电机,以此可直接控制场磁铁磁通量。
按控制模式简要说明以如上所述的方式构成的本发明的汽车的驱动装置的工作过程如下。
首先,当启动电动汽车模式时,可在引擎101停止的状态下从电池接收电源来使驱动电机100旋转运行,来使曲轴105旋转,可通过使引擎101的曲轴105旋转,来使汽车行驶。根据普通的动力传递方式,来从曲轴105向汽车的轮胎传递动力。此时,转子120以定子110为旋转中心来旋转并使曲轴105旋转,上述定子110以收容于上述转子120的内部空间的方式固定于引擎101。
另一方面,通常,混合动力电动汽车模式属于以下驱动模式中的一个,即,在引擎已被的情况下,为了节约燃料而在启动与汽车的行驶无关的驱动部(水泵130、动力转向泵140及空气调节部的压缩机150)时使驱动电机100被驱动的驱动模式,或者在引擎101临时停止的状态下,以通过涉及引擎101的初始启动来提高汽车燃油经济性的方式进行控制的驱动模式。
当启动混合动力电动汽车模式时,也通过从电池接收电源来使转子120以定子110为旋转中心旋转,并使曲轴105强行旋转来初始发动引擎101,或者借助未图示的离合器来以在从曲轴105向引擎101方向的动力被阻断的状态下启动上述水泵130、动力转向泵140及空气调节部的压缩机150的方式传递动力。
当启动再生制动模式时,若顾虑电池的放电,则在驱动引擎101时,直接与引擎101的曲轴105相连接的转子120以定子110为中心旋转,并将旋转运动变换为电能之后对电池进行充电。
以上,参照附图对本发明的汽车的驱动装置的优选一实施例进行了详细说明。但是,本发明的实施例并不局限于上述优选一实施例,可由本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员对本发明进行多种变形以及可在等同技术范围内实施本发明,这是理所当然的。因此,本发明真正的权利范围取决于后述的发明要求保护范围。

Claims (11)

1.一种汽车的驱动装置,其特征在于,包括:
引擎,利用通过燃烧燃料所获得的能量来驱动;
驱动电机,包括转子及定子,上述转子直接与上述引擎的曲轴相连接,上述转子具有与上述曲轴相同的旋转轴,上述定子以收容于上述转子的内侧的方式与上述引擎相结合,来使上述转子旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车的驱动装置,其特征在于,上述转子的外周呈使驱动皮带卷绕的滑轮形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车的驱动装置,其特征在于,还包括用于接收上述驱动皮带的驱动力的水泵、动力转向泵及空气调节部中的压缩机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车的驱动装置,其特征在于,上述转子包括:
转子盖,与上述引擎的曲轴的前端相结合,来遮蔽上述引擎的曲轴的外侧;
滑轮部,从上述转子盖的边缘向上述引擎侧延伸,来形成用于收容上述定子的内部空间,并使驱动皮带卷绕。
5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车的驱动装置,其特征在于,上述转子盖和上述滑轮部形成为一体。
6.根据权利要求4所述的汽车的驱动装置,其特征在于,
上述转子盖以具有向上述引擎侧开口的“匚”字形的截面的方式形成内部空间,
上述定子收容于上述内部空间。
7.根据权利要求4所述的汽车的驱动装置,其特征在于,在上述滑轮部的内侧面固定有多个磁铁,而相邻的磁铁的极性相异。
8.根据权利要求4所述的汽车的驱动装置,其特征在于,上述滑轮部呈当使上述驱动皮带卷绕时收容一部分驱动皮带的槽形状。
9.根据权利要求1所述的汽车的驱动装置,其特征在于,上述驱动电机为内置式永磁电机。
10.根据权利要求1所述的汽车的驱动装置,其特征在于,上述驱动电机为绕线转子同步电机。
11.根据权利要求1所述的汽车的驱动装置,其特征在于,上述驱动电机能够借助以下模式驱动:
电动汽车模式,仅利用上述驱动电机的动力;
混合动力电动汽车模式,以上述引擎的旋转力作为主动力,并以上述驱动电机的旋转力作为辅助动力;以及
再生制动模式,当基于汽车的制动或惯性行驶时,通过上述驱动电机的发电来回收制动能量及惯性能量,以此对电池进行充电。
