背景技术
随着经济的迅速发展,电线电缆在各个行业、领域中都得到广泛的应用。随着电气火灾事故的频繁发生,电线电缆的阻燃问题逐渐引起世界各国的重视。电缆燃烧时释放出大量烟雾和有毒的、腐蚀性的气体是火灾中危险因素,在火灾中妨碍了人们的安全撤离和灭火工作,使生命财产遭到严重损失。同时随着通讯事业、汽车工业和计算机工业的发展,特别是航空导线、汽车用线、高温仪表电缆、石油钻井平台电缆等许多场合,越来越需要使用阻燃耐火电力电缆料。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种计算机电缆耐高温护套配方。
发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种高温防火特种绝缘套配方,它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,聚丙烯酸酯18-36份、SBS50-60份、半补强炭黑22-26份、改性纳米粉30-36份、氯丁橡胶DCR11470-100份、聚异戊二烯橡胶15-20、纳米碳酸钙粉40-55份、二茂铁12-20份、对甲苯磺酰肼22-36份、硫酸钡粉36-40份、防老剂MB33.6-55.9份、硫醇基苯骈咪唑30-60份、沙土26-50份、堇青石粉33-60份、莫来石粉30-50份、石棉粉17-30份、碳酸钙20-50份、珍珠岩14-28份、硼酸锌9-20份、硼酸铝7-35份、润滑剂20-80份。

本发明的有益效果:本发明工艺流程简洁,原料配比合理,制备方法简单,为电缆提供高质量的填充剂,原料易得,具有耐高温性,同时具有一定的阻燃性,避免了缆芯温度过高而引发安全事故,使用效果明显,保证了特征电缆的合理使用。
