Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-2, a foot-operated page turning music stand comprises a bracket 1, a pedal device 4 is connected with a page turning device 3 through a transmission device 5, and an adsorption device 2 is arranged on the page turning device 3;
the page turning device 3 drives the adsorption device 2 to swing between pages at two sides of the bracket 1. When the music score page turning device is used, referring to fig. 1, the adsorption device 2 of the page turning device 3 is located on the left side of the support 1, at this time, the adsorption device 2 adsorbs a music score page, the pedal device 4 enables the page turning device 3 to drive the adsorption device 2 to swing to the right side of the support 1, the adsorption device 2 drives the music score page to reach the right side of the support 1, the adsorption device 2 is separated from the music score page, therefore, the music score page is turned, the pedal device 4 is loosened, the page turning device 3 drives the adsorption device 2 to return to the left side of the support 1, and the next page turning operation is waited.
In the preferred scheme, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the adsorption device 2 is arranged at the end of a sliding rod 33, and the sliding rod 33 is slidably arranged at one end of a swinging rod 34; with this structure, the swing of the swing lever 34 is prevented from interfering with the page turning of the music page, and the structure also facilitates the detachment of the adsorption device 2 from the music page.
In the preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the other end of the swing link 34 is connected to the transmission 5. With this structure, the swing motion of the swing link 34 is achieved.
In the preferred scheme, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a limiting block 31 is arranged on the swing rod 34 near the end of the sliding rod 33, in this example, the limiting block 31 is a nut, threads are arranged on the end of the swing rod 34, the limiting block 31 is fixedly arranged on the end of the swing rod 34 in a double-nut mode, and a second reset spring 32 is arranged between the sliding rod 33 and the limiting block 31; with this structure, the slide bar 33 can slide along the swing bar 34.
In the preferred scheme, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sliding rod 33 slides along the guide rail, and the guide rail at least comprises a first guide rail section 35 and a second guide rail section 36, wherein the first guide rail section 35 is a curve with equal radius, the second guide rail section 36 is a curve with radius tending to increase, and the center of the first guide rail section 35 is the swing center of the swing rod 34. With this structure, during the swing of the swing lever 34, the slide bar 33 slides along the guide rail; and guided by the second guide rail section 36, the slide bar 33 also slides along the swing rod 34 and gradually moves away from the swing center of the swing rod 34, so that the adsorption device 2 is separated from the music page in a near relative translation manner, and the adsorption device 2 cannot influence the music page in the process that the swing rod 34 drives the adsorption device 2 to return to the left side of the bracket 1. The starting point between the second guide rail section 36 and the first guide rail section 35 is located at a position exceeding 1/2 of the entire swing stroke of the swing lever 34, so as to avoid the adsorption device 2 from being separated from the music page prematurely, thereby causing page turning failure, as shown in fig. 2. In the process that the slide bar 33 slides along the swing rod 34, when the suction device 2 adopting the negative pressure suction mode is adopted, air can gradually enter between the suction device 2 and the music page, so that the suction device 2 and the music page are easy to separate. In a preferred embodiment, at a position where the slide bar 33 contacts the guide rail, an extension portion extending at least to one side is provided on the slide bar 33 to prevent the slide bar 33 from being turned over during sliding, which is not shown in the drawing.
In an alternative scheme, the adsorption device 2 is an electrostatic adsorption sheet. With this structure, the adsorption device 2 adsorbs the music page by means of electrostatic adsorption. In this example, a plastic sheet is used as the electrostatic adsorption sheet. The structure is suitable for the thinner music score pages.
In another alternative, as shown in fig. 2, in the adsorption device 2, a suction cup 21 is mounted at the end of a sliding rod 33, the suction cup 21 is communicated with a negative pressure cylinder 23 through a pipeline 22, and a piston 24 in the negative pressure cylinder 23 is connected with a pedal device 4 through a first sleeve stay 45. With this structure, when the pedal device 4 is depressed, the first sleeve cord 45 pulls the piston 24 to make the rodless chamber in the negative pressure cylinder 23 generate negative pressure, and air between the suction cup 21 and the score page is evacuated, thereby sucking the score page.
As shown in fig. 2, a first restoring spring 25 is preferably provided between the negative pressure cylinder 23 and the piston 24. When the pedal device 4 is released, the first return spring 25 returns the piston 24, and air is introduced between the suction cup 21 and the score page, thereby disengaging the suction cup 21 from the score page.
Since the swing stroke is generally required to be long, but the stroke for generating the negative pressure is only required to be short, as in fig. 2, a further preferred embodiment is that a double pedal structure is adopted, a first sleeve pull rope 45 is connected with a first pedal 41 in the pedal device 4, the first pedal 41 is hinged with a second pedal 42 through a first hinged support 43, the second pedal 42 is connected with the transmission device 5 through a second sleeve pull rope 46, and the second pedal 42 is hinged with a fixed second hinged support 44. The pedal structure in this example is only schematic, and for convenience in operation, the fixed pulley mechanism is added to make the operation of the pedal more convenient and reduce the interference to the foot. With this structure, the first pedal 41 is set to a shorter stroke to provide power for the negative pressure adsorption operation, and the second pedal 42 is set to a longer stroke to provide power for the swing of the swing link 34. Therefore, the whole page turning operation is smoother, the realization is facilitated, and the complexity of the mechanism is simplified.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, in the transmission 5, the gear 51 is connected to the rocker 34. The gear 51 is in meshed connection with a rack 52, the rack 52 is supported on a linear guide, the rack 52 is connected with a third return spring 53, and the rack 52 is also connected with the pedal device 4 through a second sleeve cord 46. With this structure, the swing motion of the swing lever 34 is realized.
In the preferred embodiment, in the transmission 5, the shaft of the gear 51 is connected to the swing rod 34, the gear 51 is meshed with the rack 52, the rack 52 is connected to the third return spring 53, and the rack 52 is further connected to the first pedal 41 through the second sleeve cord 46.
In another alternative, as shown in fig. 3, in the transmission device 5, a sprocket 55 is connected with the swing rod 34, a chain 54 is wound outside the sprocket 55, one end of the chain 54 is fixedly connected with the sprocket 55, and the other end is connected with the pedal device 4. With this structure, the swing motion of the swing link 34 is realized, and the structure is simpler.
Taking the best embodiment as an example, the following steps are described for the operation of the present invention: under the action of the third return spring 53 or the fourth return spring 56, the suction cup 21 of the suction device 2 is positioned on the left side of the stand 1 in fig. 2, and the suction cup 21 is in contact with the music page.
When the page needs to be turned, the first pedal 41 is firstly pressed to drive the first sleeve pull rope 45 to enable the piston 24 to act, the rodless cavity of the negative pressure cylinder 23 generates negative pressure, and the sucker 21 adsorbs the music page. The second pedal 42 is continuously depressed, the second sleeve pull rope 46 drives the rack 52 or the chain 54 to act, the gear 51 or the chain wheel 55 is driven to rotate, the swing rod 34 is driven to swing, the corresponding slide rod 33 and the sucker 21 swing along with the rack, the music score page turns, and when the slide rod 33 slides along the first guide rail section 35, no relative movement exists between the sucker 21 and the music score page. When the slide bar 33 slides along the second guide rail section 36, the sucker 21 and the music page have relative movement, and the swing stroke of the swing rod 34 exceeds 1/2 of the swing stroke of the whole swing rod. The sucker 21 is gradually far away from the swinging circle center of the swing rod 34, and the sucker 21 is gradually separated from the music page. When the slide bar 33 slides to the tail end of the second guide section 36, the suction cup 21 is completely separated from the music page. Thereby completing the whole page turning process. The first pedal 41 and the second pedal 42 are released, and the swing link 34 is reset under the action of the third return spring 53 or the fourth return spring 56. Waiting for the next page turning action.
The foregoing embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without collision. The protection scope of the present invention is defined by the claims, and the protection scope includes equivalent alternatives to the technical features of the claims.
