本发明涉及一种连接底盘与排气管的橡胶支架，具体的说是用于底盘与排气管连接起来并且可以使排气管固定在底盘上的橡胶支架，属于汽车减震设备技术领域。其包括金属支架和硫化橡胶筒，金属支架的两端设有橡胶筒安装座，每个橡胶筒安装座内连接一个圆筒形的硫化橡胶筒，每个硫化橡胶筒内中心设有一个固定柱。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，能够保证排气管与底盘的连接强度，成本较低，加工容易，使用寿命长。

本发明涉及一种连接底盘与排气管的橡胶支架，具体的说是用于底盘与排气管连接起来并且可以使排气管固定在底盘上的橡胶支架，属于汽车减震设备技术领域。
背景技术
汽车在启动后发动机工作时需吸进空气，由于发动机气缸内混合气体燃烧，要排除废气，进而需要有排气管将废气排出车外，同时排气管还具有降低噪音,排气管内有三氧催化，可以过滤排出的气体，减少对环境污染以及对人的呼吸危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种连接底盘与排气管的橡胶支架，能够保证排气管与底盘的连接强度，结构简单，成本较低，加工容易，使用寿命长。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，一种连接底盘与排气管的橡胶支架包括金属支架和硫化橡胶筒，其特征是：金属支架的两端设有橡胶筒安装座，每个橡胶筒安装座内连接一个圆筒形的硫化橡胶筒，每个硫化橡胶筒内中心设有一个固定柱；金属支架上设有两个固定螺栓孔，金属支架中部设有长圆形的减重孔，减重孔的边缘设有凸起的加强筋。
进一步的，金属支架为一字型。
进一步的，两个固定螺栓孔左右对称设置。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述：
如图1~2所示，本发明主要包括金属支架1和硫化橡胶筒2，金属支架1为一字型，金属支架1的两端设有橡胶筒安装座3，每个橡胶筒安装座3内连接一个圆筒形的硫化橡胶筒8，硫化橡胶筒8有较好的弹性，硫化橡胶筒8与金属支架1的橡胶筒安装座3之间没有相对滑动，因此工作中无磨损，无需润滑，简化了保养工作，降低了工作时的噪声。
每个硫化橡胶筒8内中心设有一个固定柱3，在使用时，固定柱3与排气管焊接连接。
金属支架1上设有两个固定螺栓孔6，两个固定螺栓孔6左右对称设置。在连接时，使用螺栓连接固定螺栓孔，从而将金属支架1固定在底盘上。
金属支架1中部设有长圆形的减重孔4，减重孔4的边缘设有凸起的加强筋5，通过加强筋5提高金属支架1的强度，通过减重孔4降低金属支架1的重量。
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，能够保证排气管与底盘的连接强度，成本较低，加工容易，使用寿命长。

Claims (3)

1.一种连接底盘与排气管的橡胶支架，包括金属支架（1）和硫化橡胶筒（2），其特征是：金属支架（1）的两端设有橡胶筒安装座（3），每个橡胶筒安装座（3）内连接一个圆筒形的硫化橡胶筒（8），每个硫化橡胶筒（8）内中心设有一个固定柱（3）；金属支架（1）上设有两个固定螺栓孔（6），金属支架（1）中部设有长圆形的减重孔（4），减重孔（4）的边缘设有凸起的加强筋（5）。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种连接底盘与排气管的橡胶支架，其特征是：所述金属支架（1）为一字型。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种连接底盘与排气管的橡胶支架，其特征是：所述两个固定螺栓孔（6）左右对称设置。
