本发明涉及一种蒸发冷节能护理剂及其应用。蒸发冷节能护理剂,包括下列重量分数的组分:十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵1%-2%、聚丙烯酸7%-11%、苯丙三氮唑1.2%-2%、渗透剂0.1%-0.2%、羟基乙叉二膦酸21%-26%、硅酸钠1.5%-3%,余量为水。本发明的蒸发冷节能护理剂,其可分散蒸发冷表面污垢、实现阻垢防腐、显著提高蒸发冷换热能力、延长设备寿命,具有保障安全、节能增效、节水环保的综合效益。

蒸发冷节能护理剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蒸发冷节能护理剂及其应用。
背景技术
蒸发冷又叫蒸发式冷凝器、冷却(凝)器,是一种高效换热装置,具有结构紧凑、占用空间小、投资小、换热效率高等优点,在石油化工、轻工医药、制冷空调、食品冷藏等诸多行业中得到广泛应用。但正因其换热效率高、蒸发速度快,换热管表面极易结垢,进而降低换热管传热系数,降低***制冷效率,增大能耗,缩短设备寿命。此外,多数蒸发冷为镀锌装置,金属锌是活泼的两性金属,导致一般的水处理药剂和清洗药剂都会破坏镀锌层,因此,蒸发冷应用过程中的保养防护问题备受关注。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种蒸发冷节能护理剂。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:蒸发冷节能护理剂,包括下列重量分数的组分:十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵1%-2%、聚丙烯酸7%-11%、苯丙三氮唑1.2%-2%、渗透剂0.1%-0.2%、羟基乙叉二膦酸21%-26%、硅酸钠1.5%-3%,余量为水。
所述的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
本发明的蒸发冷节能护理剂通过以下方法配制成:将各组分按照配比混合均匀后,用NaOH调节pH至中性即可。
本发明的蒸发冷节能护理剂为无色至淡黄色透明液体,可与水以任意比例混溶,呈中性,安全无毒。
本发明的蒸发冷节能护理剂适用范围:食品、化工、石油、化肥、造纸、酿造、医药、水产等蒸发冷水***均可使用。
本发明的蒸发冷节能护理剂使用方法如下:
1)对于一般的蒸发冷,护理液投加量为保有水量的3%;
2)对于已经结垢的设备,护理液投加量为10%,2-3天置换排污一次,连续添加15-21天。如果达到理想的除垢效果,以后投加量改为3%;
3)日常运行,控制水的pH值7~9,总固溶6000mg/L,自动排污和补水即可,操作十分简便。
本发明的蒸发冷节能护理剂,其可分散蒸发冷表面污垢、实现阻垢防腐、显著提高蒸发冷换热能力、延长设备寿命,具有保障安全、节能增效、节水环保的综合效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1蒸发冷节能护理剂,包括下列重量分数的组分:十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵1%、聚丙烯酸8%、苯丙三氮唑1.2%、渗透剂0.1%、羟基乙叉二膦酸21%、硅酸钠2%,余量为水。
实施例2蒸发冷节能护理剂,包括下列重量分数的组分:十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵2%、聚丙烯酸11%、苯丙三氮唑2%、渗透剂0.2%、羟基乙叉二膦酸26%、硅酸钠3%,余量为水。将上述各组分按照配比混合均匀后,用NaOH调节pH至中性即可。
实施例3本实施例是采用本发明的蒸发冷节能护理剂对烟台海发食品公司蒸发冷清洗保养工程。
设备型号为ZHX-1200,长4.2m,宽2.4m,换热面积为280-300m2,水池保有水量为1.2m3。冷却水使用地下水,平均10-15天进行一次水置换,使用时间1.5年,镀锌管壁和侧面挡水板结垢严重,管间空隙多被堵塞。形成的垢结构致密、厚度3-5mm,经分析,主要成分为硅酸盐、硫酸盐、二氧化硅、菌藻粘泥等。水质状况如表1所示。

考虑到集水池内的水总溶固大、盐度高,先进行置换排污,然后投加本发明的护理剂0.12t进行循环,视清洗液浊度2-3天置换排污一次,共置换6次后,蒸发冷镀锌管上的垢清除率达到客户要求,对镀锌层基本无破坏。最后投加0.036t护理剂,并在日常进行监测补加,7个月后运转良好,基本未形成新垢。

1.蒸发冷节能护理剂,其特征在于,包括下列重量分数的组分:十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵1%-2%、聚丙烯酸7%-11%、苯丙三氮唑1.2%-2%、渗透剂0.1%-0.2%、羟基乙叉二膦酸21%-26%、硅酸钠1.5%-3%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蒸发冷节能护理剂,其特征在于,所述的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蒸发冷节能护理剂,其特征在于,通过以下方法配制成:将各组分按照配比混合均匀后,用NaOH调节pH至中性即可。
