从EP1144174B1已知,一种混配-注射-成型装置,其中2注射成型机通过一个连续工作的双螺杆挤出机交替地提供熔体。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混炼-注塑-成型装置,其由可商购的基本上不重构的组件(装置)组成。在其中在注射成型过程期间,连续获得的均质的复合物熔体被连续地存贮在一个不连续工作的螺杆式注射成型机2中,或者以这样的一种方式被缓存,在接下来的注射成型周期,贮存器10完全被清空。
本发明涉及一种混炼-注射-成型装置,包含一个混炼机1,尤其是一个双螺杆挤出机3,用于生产至少一种塑料材料和其它添加剂的均质熔体,和一个与混炼机1连接的螺杆式注射成型机2。
所述混炼机1到注射成型机2的连接可在注射成型机2的气缸的不同区域来实现。根据本发明,混炼机1与注射成型机2以这样一种方式连接,即材料供给从混炼机1到标准材料提供部6(螺杆式注射成型机2的标准料斗),注射成型螺杆5的区域是一个用于通过混炼机1连续生产的材料的贮存器10。

具体实施方式

混炼机1开始复合物的生产。
直到某些物质的和热的均匀性已达到,该复合物通过启动阀9被排出。
当启动阀9关闭时,物质上和热均匀的复合物12(复合熔体)被输送到螺杆式注射成型机2。注射成型机2的螺杆5开始旋转。螺杆5的旋转运动输送复合物12前进,在螺杆头部的前方,进入拥塞空间或预螺杆空间11,直到已经积累了足够的用于注射过程的复合物。因为在拥塞空间或预螺杆空间11积聚的压力,螺杆5被轴向压缩。

对于空气敏感的材料,这个区域可以用保护气体来净化。

实施例:
从奥地利,施韦特贝格,恩格尔公司商购得到的型号为杜奥恩格尔23000-17290的注射成型机,以及从德国,斯图加特,科倍隆公司商购得到的型号为STS-65的带有40D处理段长度的双螺杆挤出机(混炼机)被采用。双螺杆挤出机具有用于掺入填料常见的螺杆结构,且具有重力计量。
通过这个重力计量,该配方,其组成为65%(重量)的矿物填料(重晶石),17%(重量)的热塑性烯烃(TPO),17%(重量)的聚丙烯(PP)和1%(重量)通常的热稳定剂,以300千克/小时的排出率计量加入到双螺杆挤出机中。
两台机器通过一个短的熔体线/连接装置相连接,其中一个启动阀是集成的。通过此启动阀,所述启动材料被排放到位于启动阀的下面的淬火槽。

然而,在螺杆几何形状和配方的相应调整后,上述实施例可以应用于任何产品上,工厂原则上对材料的混合是经济有效的。
