背景技术
连接有混炼装置的注射装置的不同设计是从现有技术公知的。混炼机优选为双螺杆挤出机,取决于材料的类型其是同向旋转或反向旋转。注射装置优选为活塞式注射成型机。混炼机连续工作与注射成型机非连续工作的解决方案在实践中被应用。在注射过程中,注射成型机不能占用材料。然后材料的存贮或加工区别于各自的解决方案。
从EP1144174B1已知,一种混配-注射-成型装置,其中2注射成型机通过一个连续工作的双螺杆挤出机交替地提供熔体。
先进或先出通过连续进入一个方向的流动在这里得以实现。
从EP1306187B1已知另外一种解决方案。在此解决方案中,材料贮存器被设置在注射成型装置和混炼机之间。一个止动阀朝向贮存器防止在注射过程中倒流。

在另一个实施例中,WO01/78963A1描述了一种用于活塞式注射成型机的注射装置,该活塞式注射成型机带有挤出机作为塑化装置。挤出机的前端通过一条熔体线与活塞式注射装置的注射空间相连接。熔体线具有一个止动阀。当止动阀关闭时,背压长度向后增加到挤出机中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混炼-注塑-成型装置,其由可商购的基本上不重构的组件(装置)组成。在其中在注射成型过程期间,连续获得的均质的复合物熔体被连续地存贮在一个不连续工作的螺杆式注射成型机2中,或者以这样的一种方式被缓存,在接下来的注射成型周期,贮存器10完全被清空。
本发明涉及一种混炼-注射-成型装置,包含一个混炼机1,尤其是一个双螺杆挤出机3,用于生产至少一种塑料材料和其它添加剂的均质熔体,和一个与混炼机1连接的螺杆式注射成型机2。
所述混炼机1到注射成型机2的连接可在注射成型机2的气缸的不同区域来实现。根据本发明,混炼机1与注射成型机2以这样一种方式连接,即材料供给从混炼机1到标准材料提供部6(螺杆式注射成型机2的标准料斗),注射成型螺杆5的区域是一个用于通过混炼机1连续生产的材料的贮存器10。
在第一种实施方式中,本发明涉及一种混炼-注射-成型装置,包括一个混炼机1,尤其是一个双螺杆挤出机3,用于生产至少一种塑料材料和其它添加剂的物质上和热地均质复合熔体12;和一个带有标准进料区6的螺杆式注射成型机2,其特征在于,所述混炼机1的出口通过连接装置8在没有螺杆式注射成型机2的背压下,直接与螺杆式注射成型机2的标准进料区6连接,所述注射成型机2具有一个进料空间作为用于由混炼机1连续生产的复合物的贮存器10;和一个用于计量填充水平的混炼机1的传感器7。
在一个具体的实施方式中,该材料从混炼机1被直接引入到无刚性连接的注射成型机2的标准料斗;且该计量空间用作材料贮存器10。因此,该材料12松弛到常压状态,但向着螺杆头部,即,拥塞空间或预螺杆空间11,自然地被压实。
具体实施方式
在下文中,参照图1描述了根据本发明的装置的操作。
混炼机1开始复合物的生产。
直到某些物质的和热的均匀性已达到,该复合物通过启动阀9被排出。
当启动阀9关闭时,物质上和热均匀的复合物12(复合熔体)被输送到螺杆式注射成型机2。注射成型机2的螺杆5开始旋转。螺杆5的旋转运动输送复合物12前进,在螺杆头部的前方,进入拥塞空间或预螺杆空间11,直到已经积累了足够的用于注射过程的复合物。因为在拥塞空间或预螺杆空间11积聚的压力,螺杆5被轴向压缩。
通过朝着喷嘴轴向移动螺杆5,单向阀被关闭,该复合物在高压下通过喷嘴和进料通道被注入到模腔。
在此期间,螺杆5的螺杆螺纹被设置在连接装置8的下游朝向混炼机1的标准进料区6,注射成型机2被来自于混炼机1的新的复合物填满。此时,螺杆5不旋转。
在接下来的周期中,螺杆5开始再次旋转;计量过程重新开始。根据本发明的解决方案,其中连接装置8不在螺杆5的标准进料区6内,而在从标准进料区6的输送方向上螺杆5长度的前三分之一到四分之一区域内,通过以任何速率连续的复合物进料来实现,所有的复合物在下一个注射成型周期被注射/计量出来,且旧的复合物不能积累。
在注射成型机2的标准进料区6,一方面优选设置一个传感器7,其监控注射成型机2的填充水平并在所设置的贮存器10溢出时关闭混炼机1。另一方面,或同时,在一个具体实施方式中,该区域被施加真空。
对于空气敏感的材料,这个区域可以用保护气体来净化。
在一个具体的实施方式中,复合物被直接挤出到注射成型机2的标准进料区6。混炼机1开始复合物的生产。直到已经达到物质的和热的均匀性,该复合物通过启动阀9被排出。当启动阀9关闭时,复合物被输送到注射成型机2的标准进料区6,螺杆5开始旋转。所有的复合物由此被向前输送,在螺杆头部的前面,进入拥塞空间或预螺杆空间11,直到已经积累了足够的用于注射过程的熔体。因为在拥塞空间或预螺杆空间11中积聚的压力,螺杆5被轴向压缩。

实施例:
从奥地利,施韦特贝格,恩格尔公司商购得到的型号为杜奥恩格尔23000-17290的注射成型机,以及从德国,斯图加特,科倍隆公司商购得到的型号为STS-65的带有40D处理段长度的双螺杆挤出机(混炼机)被采用。双螺杆挤出机具有用于掺入填料常见的螺杆结构,且具有重力计量。
通过这个重力计量,该配方,其组成为65%(重量)的矿物填料(重晶石),17%(重量)的热塑性烯烃(TPO),17%(重量)的聚丙烯(PP)和1%(重量)通常的热稳定剂,以300千克/小时的排出率计量加入到双螺杆挤出机中。
两台机器通过一个短的熔体线/连接装置相连接,其中一个启动阀是集成的。通过此启动阀,所述启动材料被排放到位于启动阀的下面的淬火槽。
现在,当由重力计量报告信号“配方O.K.”时,启动阀在设定的时间段后关闭,以确保没有被设定的、非均质的复合物被引流到注射成型过程中。
在启动阀关闭时,该注射成型机的计量螺杆开始旋转且计量复合物向前,然后将其压入到注射模具中。
在注射和向前挤压的过程中,由双螺杆挤出机生产的复合物被缓存在连接装置和注射成型机的计量螺杆的标准进料区之间的自由容积内,然后在下一周期中,全部被输送到注射成型机的拥塞空间或预螺杆空间。
在这种应用实例中,注射模具是用于为汽车工业制备声学元件的隔板模具。
然而,在螺杆几何形状和配方的相应调整后,上述实施例可以应用于任何产品上,工厂原则上对材料的混合是经济有效的。

Claims (8)

1.一种混炼-注射-成型装置,包括一个混炼机(1),尤其是一个双螺杆挤出机,用于生
产至少一种塑料材料和其它添加剂的物质上和热地均质复合熔体;和一个带有标准进料区(6)的螺杆式注射成型机(2),其特征在于,所述混炼机(1)的出口通过连接装置(8)在没有螺杆式注射成型机(2)的背压下,直接与螺杆式注射成型机(2)的标准进料区(6)连接,所述注射成型机(2)具有一个进料空间作为用于由混炼机(1)连续生产的复合物的贮存器(10);以及一个用于计量填充水平的混炼机(1)的传感器(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混炼-注射-成型装置,其特征在于,从连接装置(8)到标准进料区(6)的螺杆(5)区域被设计成这样一种方式,存储于贮存器(10)的复合物总是在随后的注射成型周期/计量周期被全部计量。
