Abstract

本发明提供一种高档办公座椅革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)按照座椅革用途设计普通PU的配方配制浆料,将浆料涂于特殊基布上,入水凝固、水洗、烘干,制得仿皮质的基材;2)按照座椅革用途设计普通PU或水性PU配方配制浆料,将浆料涂于离型纸上,加热烘干,制得座椅革面层;3)再把接着剂涂于座椅革面层上,100度烘半干,并与仿皮质的基材贴合;4)120度烘干,跟离型纸分离;5)进行面层涂饰,烘干、卷取;6)揉纹。本发明方法生产的座椅革具有柔软、表面触感丝滑,耐光照,耐水解,易去污,便于加工,适合座椅加工工艺,达到高档办公座椅革要求的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及座椅革的制备方法,具体涉及一种环保型高档办公座椅革的制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对办公座椅的质量要求、环保要求、舒适要求也越来越高。为了能满足人们对办公座椅各方面的要求,这种环保型高档办公座椅革成为人造革生产领域研究开发的迫切需求。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明的目的是提供一种环保型高档办公座椅革的制备方法,所述方法在制造过程中使用环保材料,生产清洁,产品触感柔软舒适,满足客户对高档座椅用革的需求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下。
本发明提供一种环保型高档办公座椅革的制备方法,包括以下六个步骤:
(1)按照座椅革用途设计PU配方A来配制浆料,将配制好的浆料涂于基布上,入水凝固、水洗、烘干,制得仿皮质基材;
(2)按照座椅革用途设计PU配方B来配制浆料,将配置好的浆料涂于离型纸上,加热烘干,制得座椅革面层;
(3)再把接着剂涂于所述座椅革面层上,烘半干之后,与所述仿皮质基材贴合;
(4)然后通过烘干使得所述离型纸被分离,然后将其卷曲成为半成品;
(5)将所述半成品表面涂饰耐刮涂层并烘干;再涂饰防污涂层,并再次烘干后将其卷曲;以及
(6)添加滑爽剂过水揉两次,卷曲后即制得所述环保型高档办公座椅革。
进一步地,所述PU配方A为100重量份的聚氨酯树脂、100重量份的DMF、10重量份的木质粉、2重量份的渗透剂、2重量份的流平剂、0.5重量份的有机硅柔软剂、2重量份的色浆的混合物。
进一步地,所述PU配方B为100重量份的聚氨酯树脂、70重量份的DMF、20重量份的乙酯、13-15重量份的色粉的混合材料。
进一步地,所述仿皮质基材的厚度在0.78-0.85mm范围内,所述仿皮质基材的烘干为120度-140度之间阶梯加热烘干。
进一步地,所述座椅革面层的厚度在0.13-0.15mm范围内,所述座椅革面层的烘干为100度-120度之间阶梯加热烘干。
进一步地,步骤(3)中的烘干为100度下烘干。
进一步地,步骤(4)中的烘干为120度-130度之间阶梯加热烘干。
进一步地,步骤(5)中的两次烘干分别为130度和160度下烘干。
进一步地,步骤(6)中添加滑爽剂的比例为1‰。
通过本发明的环保型高档办公座椅用革的制备方法,在生产过程中使用环保材料,生产清洁,产品触感柔软舒适,后加工容易,满足了客户对办公座椅用革的需求。

具体实施方式
为充分公开的目的,以下将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。应当理解,以下所述的具体实施例仅用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。
参照图1,本发明提供的高档办公座椅革的制备方法包含以下步骤:
1)按照座椅革用途设计普通PU的配方A配制浆料,将浆料涂于特殊基布上,入水凝固、水洗、烘干,制得仿皮质的基材,基材厚度在0.78-0.85mm范围内;配方A为100重量份的聚氨酯树脂、100重量份的DMF、10重量份的木质粉、2重量份的渗透剂(比如s-11)、2重量份的流平剂(比如s-7)、0.5重量份的有机硅柔软剂(比如CT-2000)、2重量份的色浆的混合物。凝固浓度为15%,烘干温度为120-140度阶梯温度加热烘干。车速7-8m/min。
2)按照座椅革用途设计普通PU或水性PU配方的配方B来配制浆料,将浆料涂于离型纸上,涂层厚度需控制在0.13-0.15mm范围内,加热烘干,制得座椅革面层;配方B为100重量份的聚氨酯树脂、70重量份的DMF、20重量份的乙酯、13-15重量份色粉的混合材料。涂层厚度需控制在0.13-0.15mm以内,烘干温度100-120度阶梯温度加热烘干,烘干时间为5分钟。
3)再把接着剂涂于座椅革面层上,涂层厚度0.13-0.15mm,100度烘半干,并与仿皮质的基材贴合;配方同步骤2),100度温度烘半干,适合贴合为宜。
4)贴合后,在120度-130度烘干,跟离型纸分离、卷曲。
5)将上述半成品移至后处理车间在其表面涂饰耐刮涂层,120目,130度烘干。再涂饰防污涂层,100目,160度烘干、卷取。
6)揉纹,1‰滑爽剂,过水揉两次,卷曲制得所述座椅革。

Claims (9)

1.一种环保型高档办公座椅革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下六个步骤:
(1)按照座椅革用途设计PU配方A来配制浆料,将配制好的浆料涂于基布上,入水凝固、水洗、烘干,制得仿皮质基材;
(2)按照座椅革用途设计PU配方B来配制浆料,将配置好的浆料涂于离型纸上,加热烘干,制得座椅革面层;
(3)再把接着剂涂于所述座椅革面层上,烘半干之后,与所述仿皮质基材贴合;
(4)然后通过烘干使得所述离型纸被分离,然后将其卷曲成为半成品;
(5)将所述半成品表面涂饰耐刮涂层并烘干;再涂饰防污涂层,并再次烘干后将其卷曲;以及
(6)添加滑爽剂过水揉两次,卷曲后即制得所述环保型高档办公座椅革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高档办公座椅革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PU配方A为100重量份的聚氨酯树脂、100重量份的DMF、10重量份的木质粉、2重量份的渗透剂、2重量份的流平剂、0.5重量份的有机硅柔软剂、2重量份的色浆的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高档办公座椅革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PU配方B为100重量份的聚氨酯树脂、70重量份的DMF、20重量份的乙酯、13-15重量份的色粉的混合材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高档办公座椅革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述仿皮质基材的厚度在0.78-0.85mm范围内,所述仿皮质基材的烘干为120度-140度之间阶梯加热烘干。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高档办公座椅革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述座椅革面层的厚度在0.13-0.15mm范围内,所述座椅革面层的烘干为100度-120度之间阶梯加热烘干。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高档办公座椅革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中的烘干为100度下烘干。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高档办公座椅革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中的烘干为120度-130度之间阶梯加热烘干。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高档办公座椅革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中的两次烘干分别为130度和160度下烘干。
9.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高档办公座椅革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)中添加滑爽剂的比例为1‰。
