本发明公开了一种镀锌铁合金,涉及金属合金技术领域,由以下重量份的原材料制成:锌6份~10份,碳8份~13份,铜5份~9份,硅14份~17份,钛3份~7份,硼12份~18份,钙2份~5份,钨2份~4份,锰5份~11份,钡2份~5份,铁20份~40份。与现有技术相比,本发明提供一种镀锌铁合金,解决现有铁合金柔软度差,光泽度不足的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属合金技术领域,尤其是一种镀锌的铁合金材料。
背景技术
申请号为201410562553.6的专利申请提供一种铁合金,包含碳、锰、铜、钛、碲、铋、钼、锆、钨、硅,其余为铁及不可避免的杂质,能够解决防腐蚀性的问题,但不能按照上述方案制作出来的铁合金缺乏柔软度,光泽度也较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种镀锌铁合金,它可以解决现有铁合金柔软度差及光泽度不足的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种镀锌铁合金,由以下重量份的原材料制成:锌6份~10份,碳8份~13份,铜5份~9份,硅14份~17份,钛3份~7份,硼12份~18份,钙2份~5份,钨2份~4份,锰5份~11份,钡2份~5份,铁20份~40份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:锌8份,碳10份,铜7份,硅15.5份,钛5份,硼15份,钙3.5份,钨3份,锰8份,钡3.5份,铁30份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、在铁合金内加入锌可以提高铁合金的柔软度,以及提高铁合金的光泽度。
2、在铁合金中加入硼可以提高其的耐磨度。
3、在铁合金中加入钙、硅和钡可以作为生产铁合金的脱氧剂,提高铁合金的抗氧化性。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
一种镀锌铁合金,由以下重量份的原材料制成:锌6份,碳8份,铜5份,硅14份,钛3份,硼12份,钙2份,钨2份,锰5份,钡2份,铁20份。
制备方法是先将碳、铜、硅、钛、硼、钙、钨、锰、钡和铁放入电炉中熔融混合得到混合物,再将混合物出炉,浇注在模具上,然后冷却得到铁合金,将该铁合金放入氯化锌溶液中电解,完成后得到镀锌铁合金。
实施例2:
一种镀锌铁合金,由以下重量份的原材料制成:锌10份,碳13份,铜9份,硅17份,钛7份,硼18份,钙5份,钨4份,锰11份,钡5份,铁40份。
制备方法是先将碳、铜、硅、钛、硼、钙、钨、锰、钡和铁放入电炉中熔融混合得到混合物,再将混合物出炉,浇注在模具上,然后冷却得到铁合金,将该铁合金放入氯化锌溶液中电解,完成后得到镀锌铁合金。
实施例3:
一种镀锌铁合金,由以下重量份的原材料制成:锌8份,碳10份,铜7份,硅15.5份,钛5份,硼15份,钙3.5份,钨3份,锰8份,钡3.5份,铁30份。
制备方法是先将碳、铜、硅、钛、硼、钙、钨、锰、钡和铁放入电炉中熔融混合得到混合物,再将混合物出炉,浇注在模具上,然后冷却得到铁合金,将该铁合金放入氯化锌溶液中电解,完成后得到镀锌铁合金。

1.一种镀锌铁合金,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原材料制成:锌6份~10份,碳8份~13份,铜5份~9份,硅14份~17份,钛3份~7份,硼12份~18份,钙2份~5份,钨2份~4份,锰5份~11份,钡2份~5份,铁20份~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所属的镀锌铁合金,其特征在于:锌8份,碳10份,铜7份,硅15.5份,钛5份,硼15份,钙3.5份,钨3份,锰8份,钡3.5份,铁30份。
