Abstract

本发明提供一种防晒隔热玻璃板。所述防晒隔热玻璃板包括外层子板、内层子板和中间膜层,所述中间膜层夹设于所述外层子板和所述内层子板之间,所述外层子板为光色玻璃,所述内层子板为钢化玻璃。与相关技术相比,本发明提供的防晒隔热玻璃板,玻璃板中的外层子板采用光色玻璃,当受到太阳光和紫外光的辐照下可改变其颜色,降低其透光度,使得室内光线柔和,起到防晒效果。玻璃板的所述中间膜层由热塑性树脂形成,能够阻挡太阳光中的紫外光进入室内,且防御能力持久。

技术领域
本发明涉及阳光房技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于阳光房的防晒隔热玻璃板。
背景技术
阳光房也称为玻璃房,采用玻璃和金属框架搭建的全透明非传统结构的建筑,以达到享受阳光,亲近自然的目的。
近年来,从屏蔽进入阳光房内的太阳辐射能量、缓解阳光房内的温度上升以及冷却室内设备等目的出发,建筑用玻璃需采用隔热玻璃。
相关技术中,建筑玻璃主要采用钢化夹层玻璃,其在防爆功能和火灾中抗爆功能上有较完善的技术研究,但其防晒隔热效果还达不到使用者的要求。
因此,有必要提供一种防晒隔热玻璃板解决上述问题。
发明内容
为解决阳光房能屏蔽太阳辐射的问题,本发明提供一种结构简单,且具有良好遮阳节能性的防晒隔热玻璃板。
本发明提供一种防晒隔热玻璃板,所述防晒隔热玻璃板包括外层子板、内层子板和中间膜层,所述中间膜层夹设于所述外层子板和所述内层子板之间,所述外层子板为光色玻璃,所述内层子板为钢化玻璃。
优选的,所述中间膜层由热塑性树脂形成。
优选的,所述中间膜层的热塑性树脂中含有吸收紫外线的添加剂。
优选的,所述中间膜层的厚度为0.38-1.9mm。
优选的,所述光色玻璃为在玻璃原料中加入光色材料制成。
优选的,所述外层子板和所述内层子板的厚度均为8mm。
与相关技术相比,本发明提供的防晒隔热玻璃板,玻璃板中的所述外层子板采用光色玻璃,当受到太阳光和紫外光的辐照下可改变其颜色,降低其透光度,使得室内光线柔和,起到防晒效果。玻璃板的所述中间膜层由热塑性树脂形成,能够阻挡太阳光中的紫外线进入室内,且防御能力持久。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
请参阅图1,为本发明防晒隔热玻璃板的结构示意图。所述防晒隔热玻璃板1包括外层子板11、内层子板12和中间膜层13。所述中间膜层13夹设于所述外层子板11和所述内层子板12之间。
安装时,所述外层子板11朝向室外设置,所述内层子板12朝向室内设置。
所述外层子板11为光色玻璃,其厚度为8mm。光色玻璃为在玻璃原料中加入光色材料制成,所述光色材料的成分中含有溴化银和微量氧化铜。在通常条件下,玻璃是透明的,当受到可见光或紫外光的照射时,其中的溴化银发生分解,产生银原子,银原子吸收可见光,当银原子聚集到一定数量是,射在玻璃上的光大部分被吸收,使原来无色透明的玻璃变成灰黑色,降低其透光度,使室内的光线柔和,起到防晒效果。当太阳光或紫外线减弱后,光色材料再度化合,恢复原透明度,使所述外层子板11能够透光。所述外层玻子板11根据可见光和紫外光的光照强度自动着色和褪色的过程是可逆的,其中的光色材料不产生消耗,使所述防晒隔热玻璃板1的防晒隔热性能持久。
所述内层子板12为钢化玻璃,其厚度为8mm。钢化玻璃具有防爆功能,实用安全可靠性高。
所述中间膜层13由热塑性树脂形成,并在所述热塑性树脂中加入吸收紫外线的添加剂,使中间膜层13还具有吸收紫外光的能力。所述中间膜层13的厚度为0.38-1.9mm。具体应用中,所述中间膜层的厚度可以为0.38mm、0.5mm、0.76mm、1.14mm、1.52mm或1.9mm中的任意一种,或者是该厚度范围内的其他厚度尺寸。增加所述中间膜层13的设置,使得所述防晒隔热玻璃板1防御紫外线的能力达到90%以上。
除本实施方式外,所述外层子板11可以为多层,且相邻两层外层子板11之间夹设所述中间膜层13,多层所述外层子板11的设置,可以使最外层光色玻璃没有吸收完全的可见光和紫外光再次被吸收,防晒隔热效果更好。
除本实施方式外,所述内层子板12可以为多层,相邻两层所述内层子板12之间夹设所述中间膜层13,使所述防晒隔热玻璃板1由所述外层子板11、多层所述内层子板12及夹设于所述外层子板11和所述内层子板12之间以及相邻两层所述内层子板13之间的中间膜层13组成。多层所述内层子板12及多层中间膜层13的综合作用,使所述防晒隔热玻璃板1隔热效果更好。
与相关技术相比,本发明提供的防晒隔热玻璃板的外层子板采用光色玻璃,当受到太阳光和紫外光的辐照下可改变其颜色,降低其透光度,使得室内光线柔和,起到防晒效果,同时所述防晒隔热玻璃板的中间膜层由热塑性树脂形成,能够阻挡太阳光中的紫外光进入室内,且防御能力持久。

1.一种防晒隔热玻璃板,其特征在于,所述防晒隔热玻璃板包括外层子板、内层子板和中间膜层,所述中间膜层夹设于所述外层子板和所述内层子板之间,所述外层子板为光色玻璃,所述内层子板为钢化玻璃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防晒隔热玻璃板,其特征在于,所述中间膜层由热塑性树脂形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防晒隔热玻璃板,其特征在于,所述中间膜层的热塑性树脂中含有吸收紫外线的添加剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防晒隔热玻璃板,其特征在于,所述中间膜层的厚度为0.38-1.9mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防晒隔热玻璃板,其特征在于,所述光色玻璃为在玻璃原料中加入光色材料制备而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防晒隔热玻璃板,其特征在于,所述外层子板和所述内层子板的厚度均为8mm。
