Abstract
"FILME DE CAMADA INTERMEDIáRIA PARA VIDRO LAMINADO E VIDRO LAMINADO". O objeto da presente invenção é proporcionar um filme de camada intermediária para vidro laminado que apresenta excelente isolamento térmico ou transmissão de onda eletromagnética e que é adequado para produção de um vidro laminado tendo excelentes características fundamentais de desempenho requeridas para o vidro laminado, tais como transparência, especialmente um bom obscurecimento, uma apropriada intensidade de ligação entre um filme de camada intermediária e o vidro, resistência à penetração, absorção de impacto, resistência ao desgaste e outras. Também, o objeto da presente invenção é fornecer um vidro laminado produzido mediante uso do filme de camada intermediária acima mencionado. Esses objetivos são realizados pelo filme de camada intermediária para vidro laminado que compreende uma resina adesiva, em que o diâmetro médio de partícula do óxido de índio revestido de estanho, e/ou óxido de estanho revestido de antimónio varia de O a 80 nm e o número de partículas de óxido de índio revestido de estanho e/ou óxido de estanho revestido de antimónio com um diâmetro de partícula não menor que 100 nm é disperso não mais que 1 por 1 <109>2 e, também, por um vidro laminado produzido pela interposição do dito filme de camada intermediária para vidro laminado, entre pelo menos um par de folhas de vidro tendo uma taxa de transmissão de luz visível ( Tv ) de não menos que 65% nos raios de luz de 380 a 780 nm, uma taxa de transmissão de radiação solar ( Ts ) nos raios de luz de não menos que 300 a 2500 nm de não mais que 80% da taxa de transmissão de luz visível ( Tv ) acima mencionada, o valor de obscurecimento ( H ) de até 1,0% e a proteção de onda eletromagnética ( <30> dB ) de não mais que 10 dB no comprimento de onda de 10 a 2000 MHz.
