本发明公开了一种软管焊接用环形单面涂层钢带的涂层方法,包括步骤如下:一、超声波除油;二、高温除油;三、通电流,加入氯化镍,盐酸常温表面冲击镍;四、钢带烘干组装;五、将工装整体预热,均匀的将底漆喷涂在钢带表面;六、将工装整体放入恒温烤箱,120℃保温10~15分钟;七、二次涂层:待温度到50度时,将特氟龙面漆均匀的喷涂在钢带表面;八、二次烧结:恒温烤箱380℃保温20~30分钟即可。本发明的通过除油和两次喷涂烧结,以及工装的设计,实现了无涂层开裂或不实,无背面飞溅涂料、无边缘毛刺,喷涂效果好,质量达到国际标注,生产成品率大大提升,售价远低于国外同类产品,节约了使用者的购买成本。

Description

一种软管焊接用环形单面涂层钢带的涂层方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种软管焊接用环形单面涂层钢带的涂层方法,属于环形钢带加工技术领域。
背景技术
目前用于医药、化妆品、牙膏等软管的热封口的设备主要使用的是加热钢带,这种钢带一面涂敷特殊涂层,另一面则不能有涂料附着,喷涂特殊涂层的一面在使用过程中涂层不能脱落,涂层必须均匀,涂层厚度一致,一旦涂层不符合要求就会造成大批量的软管报废,而另一面如果附着了涂料则会对生产设备造成损伤。现有的这种钢带,国内主要依赖进口,一根钢带的进口价格少则2千,多则上万。
环形单面涂层钢带的加工是将涂料喷涂在薄钢带的一面上,这种看似简单的加工需要至少喷涂和加热两道工序,但是,如何解决在喷涂过程中,出现的油性涂料吸水,钢带背面飞溅涂料以及钢带边缘涂层大量毛刺,以及涂层局部开裂或附着不实的问题,是工序设计急需解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明目的是克服现有技术存在的上述缺点,提供一种喷涂效果好,无涂层开裂或不实,无背面飞溅涂料、无边缘毛刺的软管焊接用环形单面涂层钢带的涂层方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术手段是:一种软管焊接用环形单面涂层钢带的涂层方法,包括步骤如下:
一、超声波除油:以115~125g/l加入除油粉,温度设定68~72℃,超声除油8~12分钟;
二、高温除油:而后将超声波除油后的钢带放入340~360℃的保温下,保持8~12分;
三、表面冲击镍:将步骤二处理后的钢带通电流10A/DM2,加入氯化镍195~210g/l,盐酸135~145g/l,常温冲击5分钟;
四、钢带烘干组装:步骤三冲击后的钢带以纯净水冲洗,115~125℃烘干后装上工装;
五、首次涂层:将工装整体预热到60-65℃,取出工装,待温度达到50℃时,均匀的将底漆喷涂在钢带表面;
六、首次烧结:将工装整体放入恒温烤箱,温度设定120℃,保温10~15分钟;
七、二次涂层:将工装整体取出后,待温度到50度时,将面漆均匀的喷涂在钢带表面;
八、二次烧结:将工装整体放入恒温烤箱,温度设定380℃,保温时长20~30分钟即可。
进一步的,所述步骤一中除油粉为FN-400除油粉。
进一步的,所述步骤五中使用的底漆以及步骤七中使用的面漆均为特氟龙漆。
进一步的,所述工装包括中间支架和椭圆环板,椭圆形板的接缝处通过连接块连接,椭圆形板的外壁上沿椭圆形板周向设有若干钢带撑起单元,相邻两个钢带撑起单元之间设有隔断,每个钢带撑起单元包括与钢带宽度相同的钢带撑起凸台以及设置在钢带撑起凸台上下边缘的凹槽,每个钢带撑起凸台横向位置的连接块上都设置有钢带张紧机构;钢带张紧机构包括弧形撑、横杆、定位柱以及调节螺栓,横杆连接在弧形撑的两端,定位柱与横杆固定连接并通过插孔插接在连接块上,调节螺栓穿过连接块上开有的螺孔与横杆螺纹连接。
本发明的有益效果是:通过除油和两次喷涂烧结,以及工装的设计,实现了无涂层开裂或不实,无背面飞溅涂料、无边缘毛刺,喷涂效果好,质量达到国际标注,生产成品率大大提升,售价远低于国外同类产品,节约了使用者的购买成本。

具体实施方式
一种软管焊接用环形单面涂层钢带的涂层方法,包括步骤如下:
一、超声波除油:以115~125g/l加入除油粉FN-400,温度设定68~72℃,超声波除油8~12分钟;
二、高温除油:而后将超声波除油后的钢带放入340~360℃的保温下,保持8~12分;
三、表面冲击镍:将步骤二处理后的钢带通电流10A/DM2,加入氯化镍195~210g/l,盐酸135~145g/l,常温冲击5分钟;
五、钢带烘干组装:步骤三冲击后的钢带以纯净水冲洗,115~125℃烘干后装上工装;
五、首次涂层:将工装整体预热到60-65℃,取出工装,待温度达到50℃时,均匀的将特氟龙底漆喷涂在钢带表面;
六、首次烧结:将工装整体放入恒温烤箱,温度设定120℃,保温10~15分钟;
七、二次涂层:将工装整体取出后,待温度到50度时,将特氟龙面漆均匀的喷涂在钢带表面;
八、二次烧结:将工装整体放入恒温烤箱,温度设定380℃,保温时长20~30分钟即可。
如图1和图2所示的一种环形单面涂层钢带工装,包括中间支架1和椭圆环板2,椭圆形板2的接缝处通过连接块3连接,椭圆形板2的外壁上沿椭圆形板2周向设有若干钢带撑起单元,相邻两个钢带撑起单元之间设有隔断4,每个钢带撑起单元包括与钢带宽度相同的钢带撑起凸台5以及设置在钢带撑起凸台5上下边缘的凹槽6,每个钢带撑起凸台5横向位置的连接块3上都设置有钢带张紧机构7;钢带张紧机构7包括弧形撑71、横杆72、定位柱73以及调节螺栓74,横杆72连接在弧形撑71的两端,定位柱73与横杆72固定连接并通过插孔75插接在连接块3上,调节螺栓74穿过连接块3上开有的螺孔76与横杆72螺纹连接。
本发明通过除油和两次喷涂烧结,以及工装的设计,实现了无涂层开裂或不实,无背面飞溅涂料、无边缘毛刺,喷涂效果好,质量达到国际标注,生产成品率大大提升,售价远低于国外同类产品,节约了使用者的购买成本。

Claims (4)

1.一种软管焊接用环形单面涂层钢带的涂层方法,包括步骤如下:
一、超声波除油:以115~125g/l加入除油粉,温度设定68~72℃,超声除油8~12分钟;
二、高温除油:而后将超声波除油后的钢带放入340~360℃的保温下,保持8~12分;
三、表面冲击镍:将步骤二处理后的钢带通电流10A/DM2,加入氯化镍195~210g/l,盐酸135~145g/l,常温冲击5分钟;
钢带烘干组装:步骤三冲击后的钢带以纯净水冲洗,115~125℃烘干后装上工装;
五、首次涂层:将工装整体预热到60-65℃,取出工装,待温度达到50℃时,均匀的将底漆喷涂在钢带表面;

2.根据权利要求1所述的软管焊接用环形单面涂层钢带的涂层方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中除油粉为FN-400除油粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的软管焊接用环形单面涂层钢带的涂层方法,其特征在于:所述步骤五中使用的底漆以及步骤七中使用的面漆均为特氟龙漆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的软管焊接用环形单面涂层钢带的涂层方法,其特征在于:所述工装包括中间支架(1)和椭圆环板(2),所述椭圆形板(2)的接缝处通过连接块(3)连接,所述椭圆形板(2)的外壁上沿椭圆形板(2)周向设有若干钢带撑起单元,相邻两个钢带撑起单元之间设有隔断(4),每个钢带撑起单元包括与钢带宽度相同的钢带撑起凸台(5)以及设置在钢带撑起凸台(5)上下边缘的凹槽(6),每个钢带撑起凸台(5)横向位置的连接块(3)上都设置有钢带张紧机构(7);所述钢带张紧机构(7)包括弧形撑(71)、横杆(72)、定位柱(73)以及调节螺栓(74),所述横杆(72)连接在弧形撑(71)的两端,所述定位柱(73)与横杆(72)固定连接并通过插孔(75)插接在连接块(3)上,所述调节螺栓(74)穿过连接块(3)上开有的螺孔(76)与横杆(72)螺纹连接。
