本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种微皱锦棉弹力面料及其制作工艺。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对衣服面料的选择要求越来越讲究,不仅要求面料穿着大方得体,更讲究面料的舒适性和修身性。锦棉面料是由锦纶丝加氨纶和棉纱加氨纶交织而成的的面料,因其舒适性而广受人们喜爱。但是目前现有的锦棉面料存在以下不足:第一,面料强力不能保证,经常只有7N左右;第二,不具有弹力,不能起到修身效果;第三,没有微皱的美感;此外,现有的锦棉面料的制作工艺存在以下不足:通过酵素洗后,织物的强力严重下降,严重影响了锦棉面料的性能。
因此对锦棉面料的制作工艺进行改进研究就显得极为重要,尤其是对一种微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺的研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种微皱锦棉弹力面料及其制作工艺,用本发明制作工艺制得的微皱锦棉弹力面料具有良好的强力和弹力,具有微皱的美感。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,打卷:将纺织胚布进行连接,配制染色所需的长度,进行打卷;
步骤二,冷堆:将步骤一打卷后的纺织胚布于85-95℃下,以45-55m/min的速度过化料槽进行冷堆,时间23-25h,化料槽内助剂用量如下:NaOH45-55g/L,精炼酶5-15g/L,去油剂1-5g/L,过氧化氢10-20g/L;
步骤三,定型预缩:将步骤二冷堆后的纺织胚布在开幅定型机上进行定型预缩,温度175-185℃,速度25-35m/min,幅宽168-173cm;
步骤四,缸内酵素洗去毛,将步骤三定型预缩好的纺织胚布入溢流染机:
①酸冲缸:以水量计算加入冰醋酸0.8-1.2g/L,20-30℃下运行10min后排液;
②酵素洗:以水量计算加入冰醋酸0.3-0.5g/L,使染液PH值达到4.5-6.0,再加入酵素0.2-0.4g/L,升温至55-65℃并保温55-65min,确认布面毛效后排液;
③碱中和:以水量计算加入NaCO30.9-1.1g/L,升温至45-55℃,保温10min后排液;
步骤五,染活性棉:将步骤四经过洗涤后的纺织胚布进行染色,染缸内依次加入以下助剂及染料:按水量计加入芒硝20-100g/L,加入时间为10-20min,加入纺织胚布重量的0.5%-5%的染料,加入时间为20-30min,升温至55-65℃,保温20-30min,按水量计再加入纯碱20-40g/L,加入时间为30-40min,pH值为11-12,加入纯碱后保温25-35min,取样确认颜色;
步骤六,皂洗:上述染棉结束后,将所述纺织胚布水洗2-3遍;再对所述纺织胚布进行皂洗:以水量计,加皂洗剂0.5-1.5g/L,升温至90-95℃,保温20min进行皂洗,pH控制为7.0;
步骤七,染尼龙:将经过皂洗后的纺织胚布染尼龙,染缸内按水量计先加入水质量的1.2%-1.7%的酸性匀染剂,加入时间为3-5min,再加入纺织胚布重量的0.5%-5%的染料,加入时间为30-40min,依色系加入冰醋酸,调整pH为4.0-6.5,升温至100℃,保温30-60min,取样确认颜色,颜色确认后排液,入水洗布2-3次;
步骤八,固色:将经过步骤七染色后的纺织胚布进行固色,固色时按水量依次加入以下助剂:固色剂1-4g/L、冰醋酸0.3-1g/L,固色时pH保持在3.5-5.5,保持温度为70-85℃,保温时间为20-40min,排液,水洗干净后出布,得绳状布;
步骤九,展布:将步骤八得到的绳状布开幅成平幅状,落在布车内供后续加工,速度为40-50m/min;
步骤十,烘干定型:将步骤九开幅后的的胚布烘干;将烘干后的纺织胚布的布面进行
定型整理以达到规定要求,幅宽全幅160-165cm;
步骤十一,成检包装:对布进行检验分等后进行包装,即得所述微皱锦棉弹力面料。
更进一步的,所述的微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺,其中步骤五和步骤七中所述染料在使用前,先用水溶解,染料和水的质量比为1:15。
更进一步的,所述的微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺,其中步骤十中所述烘干的温度为170-185℃,速度为30-50m/min。
更进一步的,所述的微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺,其中步骤十中所述定型时的温度为170-185℃,速度为20-40m/min。
本发明还提供一种由所述的微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺制得的微皱锦棉弹力面料。

实施例1
微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,打卷:将纺织胚布进行连接,配制染色所需的长度,进行打卷;
步骤二,冷堆:将步骤一打卷后的纺织胚布于90℃下,以50m/min的速度过化料槽进行冷堆,时间24h,化料槽内助剂用量如下:NaOH50g/L,精炼酶10g/L,去油剂3g/L,过氧化氢15g/L;

步骤五,染活性棉:将步骤四经过洗涤后的纺织胚布进行染色,染缸内依次加入以下助剂及染料:按水量计加入芒硝60g/L,加入时间为15min,加入纺织胚布重量的3%的染料,加入时间为25min,升温至60℃,保温25min,按水量计再加入纯碱30g/L,加入时间为35min,pH值为11,加入纯碱后保温30min,取样确认颜色,其中所述染料在使用前,先用水溶解,染料和水的质量比为1:15;
步骤六,皂洗:上述染棉结束后,将所述纺织胚布水洗2-3遍;再对所述纺织胚布进行皂洗:以水量计,加皂洗剂1g/L,升温至93℃,保温20min进行皂洗,pH控制为7.0;
步骤七,染尼龙:将经过皂洗后的纺织胚布染尼龙,染缸内按水量计先加入水质量的1.5%的酸性匀染剂,加入时间为4min,再加入纺织胚布重量的3%的染料,加入时间为35min,依色系加入冰醋酸,调整pH为5,升温至100℃,保温45min,取样确认颜色,颜色确认后排液,入水洗布2-3次,其中所述染料在使用前,先用水溶解,染料和水的质量比为1:15;
步骤八,固色:将经过步骤七染色后的纺织胚布进行固色,固色时按水量依次加入以下助剂:固色剂3g/L、冰醋酸0.6g/L,固色时pH保持在4.5,保持温度为80℃,保温时间为30min,排液,水洗干净后出布,得绳状布;
步骤九,展布:将步骤八得到的绳状布开幅成平幅状,落在布车内供后续加工,速度为45m/min;
步骤十,烘干定型:将步骤九开幅后的的胚布烘干,烘干的温度为175℃,速度为40m/min;将烘干后的纺织胚布的布面进行定型整理以达到规定要求,定型时的温度为180℃,速度为30m/min,幅宽全幅162cm;
步骤十一,成检包装:对布进行检验分等后进行包装,即得所述微皱锦棉弹力面料。
实施例2
微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,打卷:将纺织胚布进行连接,配制染色所需的长度,进行打卷;
步骤二,冷堆:将步骤一打卷后的纺织胚布于85℃下,以45m/min的速度过化料槽进行冷堆,时间25h,化料槽内助剂用量如下:NaOH45g/L,精炼酶5g/L,去油剂1g/L,过氧化氢10g/L;
步骤三,定型预缩:将步骤二冷堆后的纺织胚布在开幅定型机上进行定型预缩,温度175℃,速度25m/min,幅宽168cm;
步骤四,缸内酵素洗去毛,将步骤三定型预缩好的纺织胚布入溢流染机:
①酸冲缸:以水量计算加入冰醋酸0.8g/L,20℃下运行10min后排液;
②酵素洗:以水量计算加入冰醋酸0.3g/L,使染液PH值达到4.5,再加入酵素0.2g/L,升温至55℃并保温65min,确认布面毛效后排液;
③碱中和:以水量计算加入NaCO30.9g/L,升温至45℃,保温10min后排液;
步骤五,染活性棉:将步骤四经过洗涤后的纺织胚布进行染色,染缸内依次加入以下助剂及染料:按水量计加入芒硝20g/L,加入时间为10min,加入纺织胚布重量的0.5%的染料,加入时间为20min,升温至55℃,保温30min,按水量计再加入纯碱20g/L,加入时间为30min,pH值为11,加入纯碱后保温25min,取样确认颜色,其中所述染料在使用前,先用水溶解,染料和水的质量比为1:15;
步骤六,皂洗:上述染棉结束后,将所述纺织胚布水洗2-3遍;再对所述纺织胚布进行皂洗:以水量计,加皂洗剂0.5g/L,升温至90℃,保温20min进行皂洗,pH控制为7.0;
步骤七,染尼龙:将经过皂洗后的纺织胚布染尼龙,染缸内按水量计先加入水质量的1.2%的酸性匀染剂,加入时间为3min,再加入纺织胚布重量的0.5%的染料,加入时间为30min,依色系加入冰醋酸,调整pH为4.0,升温至100℃,保温30min,取样确认颜色,颜色确认后排液,入水洗布2-3次,其中所述染料在使用前,先用水溶解,染料和水的质量比为1:15;
步骤八,固色:将经过步骤七染色后的纺织胚布进行固色,固色时按水量依次加入以下助剂:固色剂1g/L、冰醋酸0.3g/L,固色时pH保持在3.5,保持温度为70℃,保温时间为40min,排液,水洗干净后出布,得绳状布;
步骤九,展布:将步骤八得到的绳状布开幅成平幅状,落在布车内供后续加工,速度为40-50m/min;
步骤十,烘干定型:将步骤九开幅后的的胚布烘干,烘干的温度为170℃,速度为30m/min;将烘干后的纺织胚布的布面进行定型整理以达到规定要求,定型时的温度为170℃,速度为20m/min,幅宽全幅160cm;
步骤十一,成检包装:对布进行检验分等后进行包装,即得所述微皱锦棉弹力面料。
实施例3
微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,打卷:将纺织胚布进行连接,配制染色所需的长度,进行打卷;
步骤二,冷堆:将步骤一打卷后的纺织胚布于95℃下,以55m/min的速度过化料槽进行冷堆,时间23h,化料槽内助剂用量如下:NaOH55g/L,精炼酶15g/L,去油剂5g/L,过氧化氢20g/L;
步骤三,定型预缩:将步骤二冷堆后的纺织胚布在开幅定型机上进行定型预缩,温度185℃,速度35m/min,幅宽173cm;
步骤四,缸内酵素洗去毛,将步骤三定型预缩好的纺织胚布入溢流染机:
①酸冲缸:以水量计算加入冰醋酸1.2g/L,30℃下运行10min后排液;
②酵素洗:以水量计算加入冰醋酸0.5g/L,使染液PH值达到6.0,再加入酵素0.4g/L,升温至65℃并保温55min,确认布面毛效后排液;
③碱中和:以水量计算加入NaCO31.1g/L,升温至55℃,保温10min后排液;
步骤五,染活性棉:将步骤四经过洗涤后的纺织胚布进行染色,染缸内依次加入以下助剂及染料:按水量计加入芒硝100g/L,加入时间为20min,加入纺织胚布重量的5%的染料,加入时间为30min,升温至65℃,保温20min,按水量计再加入纯碱40g/L,加入时间为40min,pH值为12,加入纯碱后保温35min,取样确认颜色,其中所述染料在使用前,先用水溶解,染料和水的质量比为1:15;
步骤六,皂洗:上述染棉结束后,将所述纺织胚布水洗2-3遍;再对所述纺织胚布进行皂洗:以水量计,加皂洗剂1.5g/L,升温至95℃,保温20min进行皂洗,pH控制为7.0;
步骤七,染尼龙:将经过皂洗后的纺织胚布染尼龙,染缸内按水量计先加入水质量的1.7%的酸性匀染剂,加入时间为5min,再加入纺织胚布重量的5%的染料,加入时间为40min,依色系加入冰醋酸,调整pH为6.5,升温至100℃,保温60min,取样确认颜色,颜色确认后排液,入水洗布2-3次,其中所述染料在使用前,先用水溶解,染料和水的质量比为1:15;
步骤八,固色:将经过步骤七染色后的纺织胚布进行固色,固色时按水量依次加入以下助剂:固色剂4g/L、冰醋酸1g/L,固色时pH保持在5.5,保持温度为85℃,保温时间为20min,排液,水洗干净后出布,得绳状布;
步骤九,展布:将步骤八得到的绳状布开幅成平幅状,落在布车内供后续加工,速度为50m/min;
步骤十,烘干定型:将步骤九开幅后的的胚布烘干,烘干的温度为185℃,速度为50m/min;将烘干后的纺织胚布的布面进行定型整理以达到规定要求,定型时的温度为185℃,速度为40m/min,幅宽全幅165cm;
步骤十一,成检包装:对布进行检验分等后进行包装,即得所述微皱锦棉弹力面料。
对本发明实施例1至3制得的微皱锦棉弹力面料进行耐皂洗色牢度、耐水色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、水洗缩率、撕破强力及弹性恢复等性能测试,测试结果如下表所示:

由上表可见,本发明制得的微皱锦棉弹力面料具有优异的性能,不仅具有很好的强力,经纬撕破强力可达到15N以上,而且其耐皂洗性能、耐水性能、耐汗渍及耐摩擦性能均较佳,而且还具有较强的弹力效果和微皱效果。
Claims (5)
1.微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,打卷:将纺织胚布进行连接,配制染色所需的长度,进行打卷;
步骤二,冷堆:将步骤一打卷后的纺织胚布于85-95℃下,以45-55m/min的速度过化料槽进行冷堆,时间23-25h,化料槽内助剂用量如下:NaOH45-55g/L,精炼酶5-15g/L,去油剂1-5g/L,过氧化氢10-20g/L;
步骤三,定型预缩:将步骤二冷堆后的纺织胚布在开幅定型机上进行定型预缩,温度175-185℃,速度25-35m/min,幅宽168-173cm;
步骤四,缸内酵素洗去毛,将步骤三定型预缩好的纺织胚布入溢流染机:
①酸冲缸:以水量计算加入冰醋酸0.8-1.2g/L,20-30℃下运行10min后排液;
②酵素洗:以水量计算加入冰醋酸0.3-0.5g/L,使染液PH值达到4.5-6.0,再加入酵素0.2-0.4g/L,升温至55-65℃并保温55-65min,确认布面毛效后排液;
③碱中和:以水量计算加入NaCO30.9-1.1g/L,升温至45-55℃,保温10min后排液;
步骤五,染活性棉:将步骤四经过洗涤后的纺织胚布进行染色,染缸内依次加入以下助剂及染料:按水量计加入芒硝20-100g/L,加入时间为10-20min,加入纺织胚布重量的0.5%-5%的染料,加入时间为20-30min,升温至55-65℃,保温20-30min,按水量计再加入纯碱20-40g/L,加入时间为30-40min,pH值为11-12,加入纯碱后保温25-35min,取样确认颜色;
步骤六,皂洗:上述染棉结束后,将所述纺织胚布水洗2-3遍;再对所述纺织胚布进行皂洗:以水量计,加皂洗剂0.5-1.5g/L,升温至90-95℃,保温20min进行皂洗,pH控制为7.0;
步骤七,染尼龙:将经过皂洗后的纺织胚布染尼龙,染缸内按水量计先加入水质量的1.2%-1.7%的酸性匀染剂,加入时间为3-5min,再加入纺织胚布重量的0.5%-5%的染料,加入时间为30-40min,依色系加入冰醋酸,调整pH为4.0-6.5,升温至100℃,保温30-60min,取样确认颜色,颜色确认后排液,入水洗布2-3次;
步骤八,固色:将经过步骤七染色后的纺织胚布进行固色,固色时按水量依次加入以下助剂:固色剂1-4g/L、冰醋酸0.3-1g/L,固色时pH保持在3.5-5.5,保持温度为70-85℃,保温时间为20-40min,排液,水洗干净后出布,得绳状布;
步骤九,展布:将步骤八得到的绳状布开幅成平幅状,落在布车内供后续加工,速度为40-50m/min;
步骤十,烘干定型:将步骤九开幅后的的胚布烘干;将烘干后的纺织胚布的布面进行定
型整理以达到规定要求,幅宽全幅160-165cm;
步骤十一,成检包装:对布进行检验分等后进行包装,即得所述微皱锦棉弹力面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤五和步骤七中所述染料在使用前先用水溶解,染料和水的质量比为1:15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤十中所述烘干的温度为170-185℃,速度为30-50m/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤十中所述定型时的温度为170-185℃,速度为20-40m/min。
5.由权利要求1至4任一项所述的微皱锦棉弹力面料的制作工艺制得的微皱锦棉弹力面料。
