Abstract

本发明公开了一种金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料,包括以下组分:硅酸盐或溶胶或有机物改性溶胶中的至少一种、纳米氧化物分散液、碱金属的磷酸盐、抑制剂、润湿剂和溶剂;本发明的金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料相对于目前的耐磨涂料具有更高的耐磨性、耐酸耐碱性和易清洁性,适合用于厨具、卫具等金属器皿的表面处理,对基材具有良好的保护作用,防止基材被磨损,并使基材表面具有易清洁的作用。

一种金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料。
背景技术
金属基材在人们的日常生活中起着非常重要的作用,是设备组合过程中必不可少的部件。如何提高金属基材的耐磨性能一直需要解决的问题。现有的金属基材表面用涂料的耐磨性能低,并且其抗划伤性能和光泽差,耐老化性能低。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料,能有效保护基材,防止基材被磨损,具有更高的耐磨性、耐酸耐碱性、耐洗刷性和易清洁性,适合用于厨具、卫具及玻璃等表面处理。
本发明的技术方案为:一种金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料,包括以下组分:硅酸盐或溶胶或有机物改性溶胶中的至少一种、纳米氧化物分散液、碱金属的磷酸盐、抑制剂、润湿剂和溶剂;其中,
所述硅酸盐为硅酸锂、硅酸钠、硅酸钾、硅酸钙或硅酸锆中的至少一种;
所述溶胶为硅溶胶、铝溶胶中的至少一种;
所述有机物改性溶胶为有机物改性硅溶胶或有机物改性铝溶胶中的至少一种;
所述纳米氧化物分散液为气相二氧化硅分散液、纳米氧化钙分散液、纳米碳酸钙分散液、纳米氧化锌分散液或纳米氧化锆分散液中的至少一种;
所述碱金属的磷酸盐为磷酸镁、磷酸铝、磷酸钠、磷酸钾和磷酸钙中的至少一种;
所述抑制剂为三乙醇胺或二乙醇胺中的至少一种;
所述润湿剂为乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、改性硅氧烷或聚山梨醇酯中的至少一种;
所述溶剂为水。
所述有机物改性溶胶的有机物成分占改性溶胶重量比为0.5%-3%,优选为1%-2%。
所述有机物成分为γ-缩水甘油醚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷或环氧硅烷低聚物。
所述润湿剂的添加量为涂料总量的0.01%~2%,优选为0.05%~1%;
优选地,本发明的金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料,其包括下列按质量百分比的组分:硅酸盐0-30%、溶胶0-20%、改性溶胶0-20%、纳米氧化物分散液1-5%、碱金属的磷酸盐1-5%、抑制剂1-10%、润湿剂0.01-2%、水余量。
优选地,本发明的金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料,其包括下列按质量百分比的组分:硅酸锂7%、硅酸纳3%、硅酸钾12%、硅溶胶13%、铝溶胶2.5%、纳米氧化锆分散液2%、磷酸铝2.2%、三乙醇胺6.5%、改性硅氧烷0.8%、水51%。
优选地,本发明的金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料,其包括下列按质量百分比的组分:硅酸锂7%、硅酸纳3%、硅酸钾12%、铝溶胶3.7%、2%环氧硅烷低聚物改性的硅溶胶12.8%、纳米氧化锆分散液2%、磷酸铝2.2%、三乙醇胺6.5%、改性硅氧烷0.8%、水50%。
本发明所述的硅酸盐与溶胶或改性溶胶对涂料的成模性具有影响,硅酸盐与溶胶或改性溶胶的比例优选为1:(0.7-1),溶胶或改性溶胶的含量过多会影响涂料的透明性与成模性,使得涂料透明度不够以及附着力差涂层易脱落。
本发明所述的有机物改性溶胶有助于提高涂料的附着力、耐刮花性和耐水煮性。
本发明所述的纳米氧化物分散液具有耐水、耐洗刷、耐污性能,有助于提高涂料的成膜性,提高附着力,提高涂料涂层的耐摩擦性、耐水煮、耐洗刷性。
本发明所述的磷酸盐有助于提高涂料的亲水性,有利于基材的清洁。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料相对于目前的耐磨涂料具有更高的耐磨性、耐酸耐碱性和易清洁性,适合用于厨具、卫具等金属器皿的表面处理,对基材具有良好的保护作用,防止基材被磨损,且具有亲水性、耐水煮,使基材表面具有易清洁的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
实施例1至实施例5的金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料,其各组分配比见表1:

按照表1中的实施例1~实施例7的配方制备涂料,采用喷涂方式在120mm×150mm的拉丝不锈钢板上制作涂层;先在低温下(如50℃)烘烤10min,再在180℃烘烤60min;实施例1~5的检测性能见表2。

从上述性能检测结果可得:实施例1至实施例3涂层各项性能较优,尤其是采用了环氧硅烷低聚物改性硅溶胶的实施例3,虽然其亲水角较大,但是其耐摩擦力较其他实施例优,经过5000次摩擦试验后亲水角从15°变化为18°,变化不明显,可见环氧硅烷低聚物改性硅溶胶对提高涂料的耐摩擦性具有明显帮助;实施例4不采用纳米氧化物分散液时,耐摩擦性最差,而实施例5不采用磷酸铝时,其亲水角较大且耐摩擦性较差。
本发明使用的环氧硅烷低聚物改性硅溶胶购自信越化学工业株式会社MP200。

Claims (4)

1.一种金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料,其特征在于,包括以下组分:硅酸盐、溶胶、有机物改性溶胶、纳米氧化物分散液、碱金属的磷酸盐、抑制剂、润湿剂和溶剂;其中,
所述硅酸盐为硅酸锂、硅酸钠、硅酸钾、硅酸钙或硅酸锆中的至少一种;
所述溶胶为硅溶胶、铝溶胶中的至少一种;
所述有机物改性溶胶为有机物改性硅溶胶或有机物改性铝溶胶中的至少一种;所述有机物改性溶胶中的有机物成分占改性溶胶重量比为0.5%-3%,所述有机物成分为γ-缩水甘油醚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷或环氧硅烷低聚物;
所述纳米氧化物分散液为气相二氧化硅分散液、纳米氧化钙分散液、纳米碳酸钙分散液、纳米氧化锌分散液或纳米氧化锆分散液中的至少一种;
所述碱金属的磷酸盐为磷酸镁、磷酸铝、磷酸钠、磷酸钾和磷酸钙中的至少一种;
所述抑制剂为三乙醇胺或二乙醇胺中的至少一种;
所述润湿剂为乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、改性硅氧烷或聚山梨醇酯中的至少一种;所述润湿剂的添加量为涂料总量的0.01%~2%;
所述溶剂为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料,其特征在于,所述有机物成分占改性溶胶重量比为1%-2%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料,其特征在于,所述润湿剂的添加量为涂料总量的0.05%~1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的金属表面用的高耐磨透明涂料,其特征在于,包括下列按质量百分比的组分:硅酸锂7%、硅酸纳3%、硅酸钾12%、铝溶胶3.7%、2%环氧硅烷低聚物改性的硅溶胶12.8%、纳米氧化锆分散液2%、磷酸铝2.2%、三乙醇胺6.5%、改性硅氧烷0.8%、水50%。
