Abstract

本发明提供了一种防静电膜,包括从上至下设置的抗静电PP层、染色PE层、抗静电PE层、抗紫外线PE层以及抗静电PP层。本发明设置有上、下两层抗静电PP层和中间的抗静电PE层,使抗静电效果更加明显;设置有染色PE层,满足彩色包装需要;设置有抗紫外线PE层,满足抗紫外线包装需要。

一种防静电膜及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜材料领域,尤其涉及一种防静电膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,薄膜类材料在包装的领域应用广泛,随着IT行业的迅速发展,也大量采用价廉物美的薄膜类材料包装,包装薄膜大量使用的各种塑料绝缘性高,容易产生静电,因此在电子产品的运输、储存的过程中,由于电磁感应和摩擦的原因,容易产生静电积累,使各种电子元件内部静电电位增高,产生高压放电现象,从而影响所包装的商品的质量,甚至对其造成破坏,造成经济损失。同时,缺乏足够柔韧性、抗震性的这类包装材料不能对电子产品提供足够的保护,也难以避免对产品造成的破坏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是根据上述现有技术的不足,提供一种具有防静电功能包装用的薄膜及其制备工艺。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种防静电膜,包括从上至下设置的抗静电PP层、染色PE层、抗静电PE层、抗紫外线PE层以及抗静电PP层。
进一步地,所述抗静电PP层的材料为三元共聚丙烯,所述染色PE层、抗静电PE层和抗紫外线PE层的材料为线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜。
进一步地,所述抗静电PP层厚度为20~80微米,所述染色PE层厚度为20~50微米,所述抗静电PE层厚度为20~80微米,所述染色PE层厚度为20~50微米。
一种如上述的防静电膜的制备工艺,其步骤如下:a.配料,b.熔融挤出,c.拉伸,d.冷却电晕,e.收卷分切;
a.配料:所述抗静电PP层的组分包括95~99%wt三元共聚丙烯和1~5%wt抗静电剂;所述染色PE层的组分46.5~48.5%wt茂金属低密度聚乙烯、46.5~48.5%wt低密度聚乙烯以及3~7%wt染色剂;所述抗静电PE层的组分46.5~48.5%wt茂金属低密度聚乙烯、46.5~48.5%wt低密度聚乙烯以及3~7%wt抗静电剂;所述抗紫外线PE层的组分46.5~48.5%wt茂金属低密度聚乙烯、46.5~48.5%wt低密度聚乙烯以及3~7%wt紫外线吸收剂;
b.熔融挤出:染色PE层、抗静电PE层和抗紫外线PE层的配料分别在三台主挤出机加热成熔融状态,抗静电PP层分别在两台辅助挤出机中加热成熔融状态,上述熔体分别经过过滤,在五层模头中汇合挤出厚片,挤出温度为165~215℃,挤出频率为20~45HZ;
c.拉伸:将冷却后的厚片预热后,在120~136℃下纵向拉伸4~5倍得到薄片;将纵向拉伸后的薄片预热后,在160~170℃下横向拉伸5~6倍得到薄膜;
d.冷却电晕:经拉伸后的薄膜冷却后进行表面电晕处理;
e.收卷分切:将电晕处理后的薄膜经牵引收成母卷,牵引速度为60~65M/min,最后分切成薄膜成品。
进一步地,所述三元共聚丙烯采用5C37F树脂,所述抗静电剂采用SAS93树脂;所述低密度聚乙烯采用4203树脂,所述茂金属低密度聚乙烯采用2045G树脂,所述染色剂采用JEY-3016树脂,所述紫外线吸收剂采用UV-327树脂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明设置有上、下两层抗静电PP层和中间的抗静电PE层,使抗静电效果更加明显;设置有染色PE层,满足彩色包装需要;设置有抗紫外线PE层,满足抗紫外线包装需要。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种防静电膜,包括从上至下设置的抗静电PP层、染色PE层、抗静电PE层、抗紫外线PE层以及抗静电PP层。所述抗静电PP层的材料为三元共聚丙烯,所述染色PE层、抗静电PE层和抗紫外线PE层的材料为线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜。
所述抗静电PP层厚度为20~80微米,优选为50微米;所述染色PE层厚度为20~50微米,优选为20微米;所述抗静电PE层厚度为20~80微米,优选为50微米;所述染色PE层厚度为20~50微米,优选为20微米。
实施例1,一种如上述的防静电膜的制备工艺:
配料:所述抗静电PP层的组分包括950g三元共聚丙烯和50g抗静电剂;所述染色PE层的组分465g茂金属低密度聚乙烯、465g低密度聚乙烯以及70g染色剂;所述抗静电PE层的组分465g茂金属低密度聚乙烯、465g低密度聚乙烯以及70g抗静电剂;所述抗紫外线PE层的组分465g茂金属低密度聚乙烯、465g低密度聚乙烯以及70g紫外线吸收剂。其中,所述三元共聚丙烯采用5C37F树脂,所述抗静电剂采用SAS93树脂;所述低密度聚乙烯采用4203树脂,所述茂金属低密度聚乙烯采用2045G树脂,所述染色剂采用JEY-3016树脂,所述紫外线吸收剂采用UV-327树脂。
染色PE层、抗静电PE层和抗紫外线PE层的配料分别在三台主挤出机加热成熔融状态,抗静电PP层分别在两台辅助挤出机中加热成熔融状态,上述熔体分别经过过滤,在五层模头中汇合挤出厚片,挤出温度为165~215℃,挤出频率为20~45HZ。将冷却后的厚片预热后,在120~136℃下纵向拉伸5倍得到薄片;将纵向拉伸后的薄片预热后,在160~170℃下横向拉伸6倍得到薄膜。经拉伸后的薄膜冷却后进行表面电晕处理,将电晕处理后的薄膜经牵引收成母卷,牵引速度为62M/min,最后分切成薄膜成品。
实施例2,一种如上述的防静电膜的制备工艺:
配料:所述抗静电PP层的组分包括990g三元共聚丙烯和10g抗静电剂;所述染色PE层的组分485g茂金属低密度聚乙烯、485g低密度聚乙烯以及30g染色剂;所述抗静电PE层的组分485g茂金属低密度聚乙烯、485g低密度聚乙烯以及30g抗静电剂;所述抗紫外线PE层的组分485g茂金属低密度聚乙烯、485g低密度聚乙烯以及30g紫外线吸收剂。其中,所述三元共聚丙烯采用5C37F树脂,所述抗静电剂采用SAS93树脂;所述低密度聚乙烯采用4203树脂,所述茂金属低密度聚乙烯采用2045G树脂,所述染色剂采用JEY-3016树脂,所述紫外线吸收剂采用UV-327树脂。

实施例3,一种如上述的防静电膜的制备工艺:
配料:所述抗静电PP层的组分包括980g三元共聚丙烯和20g抗静电剂;所述染色PE层的组分470g茂金属低密度聚乙烯、470g低密度聚乙烯以及60g染色剂;所述抗静电PE层的组分470g茂金属低密度聚乙烯、470g低密度聚乙烯以及60g抗静电剂;所述抗紫外线PE层的组分470g茂金属低密度聚乙烯、470g低密度聚乙烯以及60g紫外线吸收剂。其中,所述三元共聚丙烯采用5C37F树脂,所述抗静电剂采用SAS93树脂;所述低密度聚乙烯采用4203树脂,所述茂金属低密度聚乙烯采用2045G树脂,所述染色剂采用JEY-3016树脂,所述紫外线吸收剂采用UV-327树脂。
染色PE层、抗静电PE层和抗紫外线PE层的配料分别在三台主挤出机加热成熔融状态,抗静电PP层分别在两台辅助挤出机中加热成熔融状态,上述熔体分别经过过滤,在五层模头中汇合挤出厚片,挤出温度为165~215℃,挤出频率为20~45HZ。将冷却后的厚片预热后,在120~136℃下纵向拉伸4倍得到薄片;将纵向拉伸后的薄片预热后,在160~170℃下横向拉伸5倍得到薄膜。经拉伸后的薄膜冷却后进行表面电晕处理,将电晕处理后的薄膜经牵引收成母卷,牵引速度为62M/min,最后分切成薄膜成品。

1.一种防静电膜,其特征在于:包括从上至下设置的抗静电PP层、染色PE层、抗静电PE层、抗紫外线PE层以及抗静电PP层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电膜,其特征在于:所述抗静电PP层的材料为三元共聚丙烯,所述染色PE层、抗静电PE层和抗紫外线PE层的材料为线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电膜,其特征在于:所述抗静电PP层厚度为20~80微米,所述染色PE层厚度为20~50微米,所述抗静电PE层厚度为20~80微米,所述染色PE层厚度为20~50微米。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的防静电膜的制备工艺,其步骤如下:a.配料,b.熔融挤出,c.拉伸,d.冷却电晕,e.收卷分切;

b.熔融挤出:染色PE层、抗静电PE层和抗紫外线PE层的配料分别在三台主挤出机加热成熔融状态,抗静电PP层分别在两台辅助挤出机中加热成熔融状态,上述熔体分别经过过滤,在五层模头中汇合挤出厚片,挤出温度为165~215℃,挤出频率为20~45HZ;
c.拉伸:将冷却后的厚片预热后,在120~136℃下纵向拉伸4~5倍得到薄片;将纵向拉伸后的薄片预热后,在160~170℃下横向拉伸5~6倍得到薄膜;
d.冷却电晕:经拉伸后的薄膜冷却后进行表面电晕处理;
e.收卷分切:将电晕处理后的薄膜经牵引收成母卷,牵引速度为60~65M/min,最后分切成薄膜成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防静电膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述三元共聚丙烯采用5C37F树脂,所述抗静电剂采用SAS93树脂;所述低密度聚乙烯采用4203树脂,所述茂金属低密度聚乙烯采用2045G树脂,所述染色剂采用JEY-3016树脂,所述紫外线吸收剂采用UV-327树脂。
