本发明公开了一种活塞涂油装置，包括支撑架，所述支撑架的上端安装有平台，平台的外壁上固定有齿圈，支撑架上均匀设有连接轴，支撑架的下方设有连接架，支撑架下端安装有电机，连接轴的上端均固定有齿轮，齿轮的上端均固定有驱动板，驱动板的上端均安装有涂抹轮，支撑架上安装有气缸。本发明具有结构设计合理、使用方便等优点，实现了对活塞的涂油，并代替了人工涂抹，提高了活塞的涂油效率，节省了人力物力，并利用涂抹轮对活塞进涂抹，保证了活塞的涂油质量。

本发明涉及活塞涂油装置技术领域，具体的说是一种活塞涂油装置。
背景技术
随着我国消费水平的提高，我国汽车行业得到了长足的发展。汽车零部件生产企业脱离整车企业并形成专业化零部件集团，正成为一种全球化趋势。国际著名的汽车及零部件企业，几乎都在中国建立了合资或独资企业，引进技术合资企业已超过1000家。因此每个企业都要提高自己的生产技术，这样才在市场上占有竞争力。
在汽车发动机中，活塞是汽车发动机中作往复运动的重要机件。活塞的主要作用是承受汽缸中的燃烧压力，并将此力通过活塞销和连杆传给曲轴，为发动机提供动力。在活塞的生产过程中，活塞都是通过人工进行涂油的。因此市场上需要一种能代替人工涂油活塞的装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种活塞涂油装置。
本发明解决其技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种活塞涂油装置，包括支撑架，所述支撑架的上端安装有可旋转的平台，所述平台的外壁上固定有齿圈，所述支撑架上均匀设有可沿竖向滑动的连接轴，支撑架的下方设有连接架，所述连接轴均固定在连接架上，所述支撑架下端安装有竖向设置的电机，所述电机的轴与平台相连接，所述连接轴的上端均固定有齿轮，所述齿轮均与齿圈相啮合，齿轮的上端均固定有驱动板，所述驱动板的上端均安装有涂抹轮。使用时，电机工作，带动平台旋转，平台带动齿圈旋转，齿圈带动齿轮旋转，齿轮带动连接轴旋转，连接轴带动驱动板旋转，驱动板带动涂抹轮旋转，利用涂抹轮对活塞进行涂抹，代替了人工涂抹，提高了活塞的涂油效率。
所述支撑架上安装有沿竖向设置的气缸，所述气缸的上端与连接架的下端相连接。使用时，气缸推动连接架移动，为装置的运行提供了必要条件。
所述涂抹轮的外壁上均匀设有存油槽。使用时，存油槽内可以储存一定量的油量，保证了涂抹轮对活塞的涂抹质量。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明具有结构设计合理、使用方便等优点，实现了对活塞的涂油，并代替了人工涂抹，提高了活塞的涂油效率，节省了人力物力，并利用涂抹轮对活塞进涂抹，保证了活塞的涂油质量。

如图1至图2所示，一种活塞涂油装置，包括支撑架1，所述支撑架1的上端安装有可旋转的平台2，所述平台2的外壁上固定有齿圈3，所述支撑架1上均匀设有可沿竖向滑动的连接轴4，支撑架1的下方设有连接架5，所述连接轴4均固定在连接架5上，所述支撑架1下端安装有竖向设置的电机6，所述电机6的轴与平台2相连接，所述连接轴4的上端均固定有齿轮7，所述齿轮7均与齿圈3相啮合，齿轮7的上端均固定有驱动板8，所述驱动板8的上端均安装有涂抹轮9。使用时，电机6工作，带动平台2旋转，平台2带动齿圈3旋转，齿圈3带动齿轮7旋转，齿轮7带动连接轴4旋转，连接轴4带动驱动板8旋转，驱动板8带动涂抹轮9旋转，利用涂抹轮9对活塞进行涂抹，代替了人工涂抹，提高了活塞的涂油效率。
所述支撑架1上安装有沿竖向设置的气缸10，所述气缸10的上端与连接架5的下端相连接。使用时，气缸10推动连接架5移动，为装置的运行提供了必要条件。
所述涂抹轮9的外壁上均匀设有存油槽9a。使用时，存油槽9a内可以储存一定量的油量，保证了涂抹轮9对活塞的涂抹质量。
使用时，气缸10推动连接架5移动，当连接架5向上移动到一定的位置时，使齿轮7与齿圈3相啮合，当齿轮7啮合后，电机6工作，带动平台2旋转，平台2带动齿圈3旋转，齿圈3带动齿轮7旋转，齿轮7带动连接轴4旋转，连接轴4带动驱动板8旋转，驱动板8带动涂抹轮9旋转，最终利用涂抹轮9对活塞进行涂抹。

1.一种活塞涂油装置，包括支撑架，其特征在于：所述支撑架的上端安装有可旋转的平台，所述平台的外壁上固定有齿圈，所述支撑架上均匀设有可沿竖向滑动的连接轴，支撑架的下方设有连接架，所述连接轴均固定在连接架上，所述支撑架下端安装有竖向设置的电机，所述电机的轴与平台相连接，所述连接轴的上端均固定有齿轮，所述齿轮均与齿圈相啮合，齿轮的上端均固定有驱动板，所述驱动板的上端均安装有涂抹轮，所述支撑架上安装有沿竖向设置的气缸，所述气缸的上端与连接架的下端相连接；
所述涂抹轮的外壁上均匀设有存油槽。
