上述治疗急性胃炎的中药可按常规方法制成丸剂、颗粒剂、汤剂、胶囊剂等各种剂型。其中汤剂的制备方法如下：按上述重量份配比称取以上诸药混合，加8倍量水，浸泡2小时，加热煎煮1.5小时，过滤得煎煮液一与残渣；残渣再加8倍量水，加热煎煮1小时，过滤得煎煮液二；合并煎煮液一与煎煮液二，即得汤剂。

其中：紫蔻，温中行气，健胃消食。
川棟子，舒肝行气止痛，除湿热，驱虫。
玫瑰花，理气解郁,化湿和中,活血散瘀。
薄荷，疏散风热，清利头目，利咽透疹，疏肝行气。
柴胡，解表退热，疏肝解郁，升举阳气。
苏木，活血祛瘀,消肿定痛。
五加皮，有祛风湿，补益肝肾，强筋壮骨，利水消肿的作用。
香附，理气解郁，调经止痛。
蒲公英，清热解毒，消肿散结，利尿通淋。
滑石，利水通淋，清解暑热，祛湿敛疮。
乌药，行气止痛，温肾散寒。
鱼腥草，清热解毒，利尿消肿。
多足蕨，清热利湿解毒。
瓜子金，活血散瘀，祛痰镇咳，解毒止痛。
火麻仁，润肠通便。
白花蛇舌草，清热解毒、消痛散结、利尿除湿。
陈皮，理气健脾，燥湿化痰。
紫草，凉血；活血；透疹；解毒。
麻柳叶，含水杨酸、内酯、酚性成分及大量抗坏血酸，清热解毒。
血竭，具有活血定痛，化瘀止血，生肌敛疮的功效。
菟丝子，补肾益精，养肝明目。
仙灵脾，补肾壮阳，祛风除湿。
穿心莲，有清热解毒、消炎、消肿止痛作用。
穿山龙，有舒筋活络，祛风止痛之功效。
狼毒，祛痰、消积、止痛。
栀子，泻火除烦、凉血解毒，清热利湿。
决明子，清热明目，润肠通便。
泽泻，利水渗湿；泄热通淋。
黄柏，味苦，性寒。清热解毒，泻火燥湿。
牡蛎粉，敛阴，潜阳，止汗，涩精，化痰，软坚。
金樱子，活血散瘀、拔毒收敛、祛风驱湿。
蜂房，祛风，攻毒，杀虫，止痛，抗过敏。
清风藤，祛风利湿；活血解毒。
白薇，清热凉血，利尿通淋，解毒疗疮。
知母，清热泻火，生津润燥。
辛夷，散风寒，通鼻窍。
苍耳子，散风除湿、通窍止痛。
佛手，舒肝理气，和胃止痛。
射干，清热解毒、散结消炎、消肿止痛、止咳化痰。
石斛，益胃生津，滋阴清热。
莪术，有行气解郁，破瘀，止痛的功用。
全方配伍，共奏清热解毒、利水消肿、和胃止痛之功效，对急性胃炎患者治疗效果显著。
临床资料
1.病例选择：选取来院就诊的急性胃炎患者50例，其中男26例，女24例，年龄为20-55岁。
2.治疗方法
口服本发明制得的中药汤剂，每日1剂，分2次服用，早、晚各服用1次，3天为1个疗程，连续治疗1-3个疗程。
3.疗效评价标准
治愈：症状消失，实验室检查正常；
好转：症状明显改善，实验室检查有改善；
未愈：主症未改善，实验室检查未改善。
4.治疗效果
本发明中药共治疗急性胃炎患者50例，经过1-3个疗程的治疗，治愈46例，治愈率92％，好转4例，好转率8％，未愈0例，总有效率为100％。
典型病例：
王某，男，30岁，患急性胃炎，主要症状为发热、胃部胀痛等，胃镜检查可见胃黏膜充血、水肿，诊断为急性胃炎；服用本发明中药汤剂1个疗程后好转，继续服用1个疗程治愈。

紫蔻10、川棟子7、玫瑰花10、薄荷10、柴胡12、苏木5、五加皮6、香附7、蒲公英5、滑石7、乌药12、鱼腥草5、多足蕨10、瓜子金10、火麻仁7、白花蛇舌草12、陈皮8、紫草6、麻柳叶10、血竭7、菟丝子10、仙灵脾12、穿心莲5、穿山龙6、狼毒3、栀子5、决明子10、泽泻10、黄柏10、牡蛎粉10、金樱子8、蜂房8、清风藤12、白薇12、知母7、辛夷5、苍耳子6、佛手10、射干15、石斛7、莪术10。
制备方法如下：
按上述重量份配比称取以上诸药混合，加8倍量水，浸泡2小时，加热煎煮1.5小时，过滤得煎煮液一与残渣；残渣再加8倍量水，加热煎煮1小时，过滤得煎煮液二；合并煎煮液一与煎煮液二，即得汤剂。

按常规方法制成丸剂。
实施例3
按下述重量份配比称取各中药原料：
紫蔻12、川棟子5、玫瑰花5、薄荷16、柴胡10、苏木10、五加皮9、香附5、蒲公英4、滑石13、乌药5、鱼腥草10、多足蕨15、瓜子金5、火麻仁15、白花蛇舌草15、陈皮7、紫草5、麻柳叶20、血竭10、菟丝子8、仙灵脾14、穿心莲3、穿山龙10、狼毒5、栀子3、决明子11、泽泻18、黄柏8、牡蛎粉15、金樱子17、蜂房7、清风藤17、白薇4、知母10、辛夷13、苍耳子5、佛手9、射干20、石斛10、莪术15。
按常规方法制成胶囊剂。
