技术领域
本发明涉及个人卫生用品技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于吸收液体***物的一次性吸湿用品。
背景技术
一次性尿布、一次性纸尿裤、训练用纸尿裤、成年人失禁用品、妇女用卫生巾等等，都是众所周知的一次性吸湿物品。这一类一次性吸湿用品的主要功能是吸收并容纳身体***物尤其是液体***物，这类用品还用在防止身体***物弄脏、弄湿或以其他方式污染衣物或与穿用者接触的其他物品，如被褥。
为了防止身体***物从一次性吸湿用品的横向两侧泄露，通常在吸收物品的纵向两侧设置有防漏隔边。但是现有的一次性吸湿用品中不能解决一次性吸收物品横向两侧泄漏的问题，尤其是使用者一次排出的液体***物较多时，现有的一次性吸湿用品不能很快的吸收，进而导致液体***物泄漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种一次性吸湿用品，能够解决使用者一次排出的液体***物较多时，一次性吸湿用品不能很快的吸收，导致液体***物泄漏的问题。为达此目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种一次性吸湿用品，包括透液性顶层、不透液性底层、设于透液性顶层与不透液性底层之间的吸收并能容纳液体的吸收层；至少一层所述吸收层包括多层吸收孔层，所述吸收孔层设置有多个吸收孔，相邻吸收孔层上的吸收孔交错设置。
作为优选，所述吸收孔内还填充有高分子吸水树脂。
作为优选，所述吸收孔层包括吸液层以及设置于吸液层上下的透液层，所述吸液层上设置有吸收孔，所述吸收孔的孔壁设置有透液层，所述透液性顶层上设置有导流槽，所述导流槽为闭合环状结构。
作为优选，所述吸收孔层层数为两层或三层。
作为优选，所述吸收孔层上的吸收孔与该吸收孔层相邻的吸收孔层上的吸收孔相互连通。
作为优选，所述吸液层材料为高分子吸水树脂。
作为优选，所述透液性顶层纵向侧边上还设置立体防漏隔边，所述立体防漏隔边倾斜设置。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种一次性吸湿用品，该一次性吸湿用品能够解决使用者一次性排出的液体量较多时不易吸收的问题。如图1-4所示，包括透液性顶层1、不透液性底层3、设于透液性顶层1与不透液性底层3之间的吸收并能容纳液体的吸收层2；所述吸收层2包括多层吸收孔层21，吸收孔层21与其相邻的吸收孔层21通过胶水粘贴在一起；至少一层所述吸收孔层21设置有多个吸收孔213，相邻吸收孔层21上的吸收孔213交错设置，所述吸收孔213内还填充有高分子吸水树脂。

实施例2
本实施例提供了一种一次性吸湿用品，如图1-4所示，包括透液性顶层1、不透液性底层3、设于透液性顶层1与不透液性底层3之间的吸收并能容纳液体的吸收层2；所述吸收层2包括多层吸收孔层21，至少一层吸收孔层21设置有多个吸收孔213，相邻吸收孔层21上的吸收孔213交错设置，所述吸收孔213内还填充有高分子吸水树脂。其中所述吸收层2包括两层或者三层吸收孔层21，所述吸收孔层21设置有吸收孔213，所述吸收孔层21包括吸液层211以及分别设置于吸液层211上下的透液层212，其中吸液层211材料为高分子吸水树脂；所述吸收孔213的孔壁设置有透液层212，该结构能够解决在使用过程中吸水材料因挤压等原因向吸收孔的中心方向移动使吸收孔变形的问题；所述透液性顶层1上设置有导流槽11，所述导流槽11为闭合环状结构，该导流槽11能够解决液体***物量大吸收孔未能全部吸收导致泄漏的问题，该导流槽能够将液体***物阻拦在其内部围成的区域内，起到了缓冲的作用。
更为具体地，如图2所示吸收孔层21上的吸收孔213与该吸收孔层21相邻的吸收孔层21上的吸收孔213间隔设置。同时吸收孔层21上的吸收孔均匀设置在吸收孔层21上。该结构能够使吸收孔内的液体***物较快的渗透到吸收层2的底部。
其他实施例中吸收孔层21上的吸收孔213与该吸收孔层21相邻的吸收孔层21上的吸收孔213相互连通，如图3所示，上下吸收孔213连通时上下吸收孔213的中心线平行，但是不在同一直线上。该种结构能够增大最上层吸收孔的容纳面积，有效的吸收更多的液体排卸物，同时还节省了吸收孔层21之间所需要的用胶量。
吸收孔213的截面形状可为矩形、梯形。本实施例中为矩形，当吸收孔截面形状为梯形时，吸收孔的大孔径朝向透液性顶层1，以方便液体***物快速流入吸收孔内。

更为具体的，吸收层2的开孔率为20％-80％，本实施例中的开孔率即为(开孔总面积/材料总面积)×100％，作为优选吸收层2的开孔率30％-50％最佳，能够有效防止液体***物突然增多不能被及时吸收的问题，同时还能够解决因开孔率过高吸收层2中的吸收材料减少导致吸收能力下降的问题。
本实施例中吸收层2厚度为1mm-10mm，作为优选，所述吸收层2厚度为3mm-6mm。吸收层2在够厚度范围内时用户使用效果最佳，且不会产生闷热感。

1.一种一次性吸湿用品，包括透液性顶层(1)、不透液性底层(3)、设于透液性顶层(1)与不透液性底层(3)之间的吸收并能容纳液体的吸收层(2)；其特征在于，所述吸收层(2)包括多层吸收孔层(21)，至少一层所述吸收孔层(21)设置有多个吸收孔(213)，相邻吸收孔层(21)上的吸收孔(213)交错设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸湿用品，其特征在于，所述吸收孔(213)内还填充有高分子吸水树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸湿用品，其特征在于，所述吸收孔层(21)包括吸液层(211)以及设置于吸液层(211)上下的透液层(212)，所述吸收孔(213)的孔壁设置有透液层(212)，所述透液性顶层(1)上设置有导流槽(11)，所述导流槽(11)为闭合环状结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸湿用品，其特征在于，所述吸液层材料为高分子吸水树脂。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一次性吸湿用品，其特征在于，所述透液性顶层纵向侧边上还设置立体防漏隔边(4)，所述立体防漏隔边(4)倾斜设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一次性吸湿用品，其特征在于，所述吸收层(2)的开孔率为20％-80％。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一次性吸湿用品，其特征在于，所述吸收层(2)的开孔率30％-50％。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一次性吸湿用品，其特征在于，所述吸收层(2)厚度为1mm-10mm。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一次性吸湿用品，其特征在于，所述吸收层(2)厚度为3mm-6mm。
