本发明公开了一种指关节假体,包括:指关节(1),包括相连的球窝头(11)和指关节柄部(12),指关节柄部(12)靠近球窝头(11)一端的两侧设置有凸起的第一纵筋(13);掌指关节(2),包括相连的球头(21)和掌指关节柄部(22),掌指关节柄部(22)靠近球头(21)一端的两侧设置有凸起的第二纵筋(23),第二纵筋(23)与第一纵筋(13)可嵌入病患体内以防止掌指关节(2)与指关节(1)在病患体内旋转。本发明的一种指关节假体,加强了表面的粗糙度,有利于骨长入,以延长假体寿命,假体植入稳定、手术方便,柄形有利于指关节血供,并设置有纵筋,有助于抗旋转以方便植入。

一种指关节假体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用假体,尤其涉及一种指关节假体。
背景技术
如图1所示,为现有的指关节假体,为一整体的硅酮橡胶体,植入手术的目的之一是为了减少磨损颗粒的产生,但是磨损颗粒的现象是不能消除的,因为所有运动的部件(例如:植入物与骨相接触),都将会发生一定程度的磨损,在正常生物力学的外力作用下就会发生临床可见的严重磨损,而非正常或过度的外力会进一步增加磨损的程度。
由此可见,上述现有的指关节假体在结构与使用上,显然仍存在有不便与缺陷,而亟待加以进一步改进,如何研制一种新型指关节结构,假体植入稳定、方便,柄形有利于指关节血供,并有效抗旋转的方便植入的新型结构的指关节假体,是本领域当前的重要研究课题之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种植入稳定、可抗旋转的指关节假体。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种指关节假体的具体技术方案为:
一种指关节假体,包括:指关节,包括相连的球窝头和指关节柄部,指关节柄部靠近球窝头一端的两侧设置有凸起的第一纵筋;掌指关节,包括相连的球头和掌指关节柄部,掌指关节柄部靠近球头一端的两侧设置有凸起的第二纵筋,第二纵筋与第一纵筋可嵌入病患体内以防止掌指关节与指关节在病患体内旋转。
本发明的一种指关节假体的优点在于:
1)可代替人工指关节的假体,加强了表面的粗糙度,有利于骨长入,以延长假体寿命,假体植入稳定、手术方便,从而更加适于实用;
2)设计成方柄结构,柄形有利于指关节血供,并设置有纵筋,有助于抗旋转以方便植入;
3)可确保关节置换初期和后期的稳定性,减少了磨损和摩擦颗粒的产生;
4)被植入体内的材料具有良好的耐磨性和生物相容性,通过骨水泥或生物固定,可具有良好的稳定性;
5)指关节为超高分子量聚乙烯材料,采用符合人体解剖型的结构,对患者的适用范围更大。

具体实施方式
为了更好的了解本发明的目的、结构及功能,下面结合附图,对本发明的一种指关节假体做进一步详细的描述。
如图1和图2所示,其示为本发明的一种指关节假体,包括指关节1和掌指关节2,指关节1包括球窝头11和指关节柄部12,球窝头11与指关节柄部12固定相连,指关节柄部12靠近球窝头一端的两侧设置有凸起的第一纵筋13;掌指关节2包括球头21和掌指关节柄部22,掌指关节柄部22与球头21固定相连,掌指关节柄部22靠近球头21一端的两侧设置有凸起的第二纵筋23,掌指关节柄部22远离球头21的一端固定***在掌骨内与掌骨相连,其中,第一纵筋13与第二纵筋23可嵌入在病患体内以防止掌指关节2与指关节1在病患体内旋转,具有抗旋转性,通过固定指关节1与掌指关节2以固定指关节假体。
进一步,指关节1球窝头11上远离指关节柄部12的一端设置有凹槽,掌指关节2的球头21可包容在凹槽内,球头21可在凹槽内转动以带动掌指关节2相对于指关节1转动。
进一步,指关节1采用超高分子量聚乙烯材料制造,掌指关节2采用Ti6Al4V或CoCrMo材料制造,为符合人体的运动,根据人体解剖型结构对上述结构进行形状设计,指关节柄部12与掌指关节柄部22均呈方柄型,有利于指关节血供并可方便植入,可通过调整指关节柄部12与掌指关节柄部22的尺寸,两个柄部相组合可形成多种指关节假体,以适应不同髓腔形态的病患。优选的是,本发明中的第一纵筋13与第二纵筋23相互垂直设置,增加了指关节1与掌指关节2的抗旋转性。
进一步,在掌指关节柄部11的表面上喷砂或喷钛粉,以使掌指关节2的柄部22表面上具有砂层或钛粉层,增加了表面粗糙度,有利于骨长入。此外,本发明的指关节假体通过生物或骨水泥固定在病患上,具有良好的稳定性,并且本发明中的关节面通过打磨后为抛光面,可减少磨损和磨损颗粒的产生。
本发明的一种指关节假体,可代替人工指关节的假体,加强了表面的粗糙度,有利于骨长入,以延长假体寿命,假体植入稳定、手术方便,从而更加适于实用;设计成方柄结构,柄形有利于指关节血供,并设置有纵筋,有助于抗旋转以方便植入;可确保关节置换初期和后期的稳定性,减少了磨损和摩擦颗粒的产生;被植入体内的材料具有良好的耐磨性和生物相容性,通过骨水泥或生物固定,可具有良好的稳定性;指关节为超高分子量聚乙烯材料,采用符合人体解剖型的结构,对患者的适用范围更大。

Claims (2)

1.一种指关节假体,其特征在于,包括:
指关节(1),包括相连的球窝头(11)和指关节柄部(12),指关节柄部(12)靠近球窝头(11)一端的两侧设置有凸起的第一纵筋(13);
掌指关节(2),包括相连的球头(21)和掌指关节柄部(22),掌指关节柄部(22)靠近球头(21)一端的两侧设置有凸起的第二纵筋(23),第二纵筋(23)与第一纵筋(13)可嵌入病患体内以防止掌指关节(2)与指关节(1)在病患体内旋转;
其中,第一纵筋(13)与第二纵筋(23)相互垂直设置;指关节(1)的球窝头(11)上远离指关节柄部(12)的一端设置有凹槽,掌指关节(2)的球头(21)可包容在凹槽内,球头(21)可在凹槽内转动以带动掌指关节(2)相对于指关节(1)转动;指关节(1)采用超高分子量聚乙烯材料制造;掌指关节(2)采用Ti6Al4V或CoCrMo材料制造;指关节柄部(12)与掌指关节柄部(22)均呈方柄型,可通过调整指关节柄部(12)与掌指关节柄部(22)的尺寸,以组合成多种形状的指关节假体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的指关节假体,其特征在于,掌指关节(2)的柄部(22)表面上具有砂层或钛粉层。
