本发明涉及一种食品金花茶蜂粮颗粒和制备工艺。它是在现有的蜂粮食品的基础上所进行的研究,本发明包括金花茶蜂粮颗粒的配方和制备工艺。配方工艺为:取金花茶花粉800g、蜂蜜150g、纯化水50g、乳酸菌液15g、酵母菌液15g、金花茶细粉200g,经灭菌、发酵、粉碎、混合、制粒、整粒、分装。本产品适用于蜜蜂及各类人群,又提高免疫力,增强体质等特征。

本发明涉及一种金花茶蜂粮颗粒食品的配方和制备工艺,具体是一种金花茶蜂粮颗粒的配方和制备工艺。
背景技术
金花茶含有400多种营养物质。富含茶多糖、茶多酚、总皂甙、总黄酮、茶色素、咖啡因、蛋白质、维生素B1、B2、维生素C、维生素E、叶酸、脂肪酸、B-胡萝卜素等多种天然营养成份;含有茶氨酸、苏氨酸等几十种氨基酸,以及富含有多种对人体具有重要保健作用的天然有机锗(Ge)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)、锌(Zn)、钒(V)等微量元素,和钾(K)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)等宏量元素。金花茶的功效:金花茶具有明显的降血糖和尿糖作用,能有效的改善糖尿病“三高”症状。可有效降低血脂,降低胆固醇,降血压,改善因高血压而引起的各种不适应症状。金花茶在有效降低血糖、血压的同时,增强心脏收缩,减少心脏博动数,降低血清中胆固醇和B-脂蛋白,促进胰岛素分泌、增强免疫力、调节血流量,防止动脉粥样硬化,抗菌消炎、清热解毒、通便利尿去湿,增进肝脏代谢、防癌抑制肿瘤生长等。可止渴化痰,保肝利胆,泻下,解痉,有卵胞激素作用,解热镇痛,利尿等。
蜂蜜中含各种微量维生素,其中有维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素C、维生素D、维生素K、尼克酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素、胆碱等。含氮化合物中有蛋白质、胨、氨基酸等。尚含转化酶、过氧化氢酶、淀粉酶、氧化酶、还原酶等酶类,并含乙酰胆碱。灰分中主要含镁、钙、钾、钠、硫、磷以及微量元素铁、铜、锰、镍等。有机酸中含有柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、甲酸、乙酸等。蜂蜜是一种营养丰富的食品,蜂蜜中含有的葡萄糖和果糖,约占65~80%。蜂蜜中的果糖和葡萄糖易被人体吸收。蜂蜜对某些慢性病还有一定的疗效。常服蜂蜜对于心脏病、高血压、肺病、眼病、肝脏病、痢疾、便秘、贫血、神经***疾病、胃和十二指肠溃疡病等都有良好的辅助医疗作用。外用还可以治疗烫伤、滋润皮肤和防治冻伤。
金花茶花粉氨基酸含量居常见花粉之首,微量元素及血酸含量也高于其他花粉。可防止动脉硬化和肿瘤,美容护肤也首选花粉。另外,可提神醒脑,提高神经的兴奋性。花粉富含多种氨基酸、蛋白质、维生素以及生物活性物质,即营养皮肤,又能祛除各种色素斑点。
乳酸菌可提供必需氨基酸和各种维生素(维生素B族和K等),提高矿物元素的生物活性,增强动物的营养代谢,促进动物生长。乳酸菌能调节胃肠道正常菌群、维持微生态平衡,从而改善胃肠道功能。提高食物消化率和生物效价;降低血清胆固醇,控制内毒素;对一些腐败菌和低温细菌有较好的抑制作用抑制肠道内腐败菌生长:能明显激活巨噬细胞的吞噬作用,诱导产生干扰素、促进细胞***、产生抗体及促进细胞免疫等,提高机体免疫力。乳酸菌可用于防治腹泻、下痢、肠炎、便秘和由于肠道功能紊乱引起的多种疾病以及皮肤炎症。
酵母菌是一种可食用的、营养丰富的单细胞微生物,除了蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂类以外,酵母还富含多种维生素、矿物质和酶类。酵母中还有一种很强的抗氧化物,可以保护肝脏,有一定的解毒作用。酵母里的硒、铬等矿物质能抗衰老、抗肿瘤、预防动脉硬化,并提高人体的免疫力。
现有新资源食品-金花茶开发利用不足及人工蜂粮配方单一,制备方法不够细致,人工蜂粮生产的生产技术还不够有成熟,其生产的人工蜂粮类产品质量仍有提高的余地,市场前景广阔。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种金花茶蜂粮颗粒,具有成熟的生产技术和质量稳定的金花茶蜂粮颗粒的配方和制备工艺。
本发明包括金花茶蜂粮颗粒的配方和制备工艺。
本发明金花茶蜂粮颗粒,其原料的配方为:
金花茶花粉800g、蜂蜜150g、纯化水50g、乳酸菌液15g、酵母菌液15g和金花茶细粉200g。其中,所述的乳酸菌液中,乳酸菌浓度为4.2×109-2×1011CFU/g;所述的酵母菌液中,酵母菌浓度为1.2×107-8×107CFU/g。
金花茶蜂粮颗粒制备工艺为:
(1)取金花茶,粉碎成粉,过80目筛,称取配方量的金花茶细粉,经紫外线灭菌灯照射20-30分钟灭菌后,备用。
(2)将金花茶花粉、蜂蜜、纯化水、乳酸菌液、酵母菌液混合均匀后,放入不锈钢多功能发酵罐中发酵,发酵温度35℃±2℃,发酵15天。
(3)将步骤(1)的金花茶细粉与步骤(2)的发酵物混合,过12目筛,制粒,在70℃-80℃中干燥20小时,过10目筛,整粒。
(4)颗粒分装10g/袋。
(5)包装,检验入库。
本发明是在现有的人工蜂粮的基础上所进行的研究,做出了一种新的、比现有产品提高了营养价值和工艺制备水平的配方和制备工艺,本产品不但能起到提高免疫力,增强体质等特征,花粉更能够为人体提供多种微量元素,是现行市场中没有的新型食品。
具体实施方式
本发明包括金花茶蜂粮颗粒的配方和制备工艺。
本发明金花茶蜂粮颗粒,其原料的配方为:
金花茶花粉800g、蜂蜜150g、纯化水50g、乳酸菌液15g、酵母菌液15g和金花茶细粉200g。
金花茶蜂粮颗粒制备工艺为:
(1)取金花茶,粉碎成粉,过80目筛,称取配方量的金花茶细粉,经紫外线灭菌灯照射20-30分钟灭菌后,备用。
(2)将金花茶花粉、蜂蜜、纯化水、乳酸菌液、酵母菌液混合均匀后,放入不锈钢多功能发酵罐中发酵,发酵温度35℃±2℃,发酵15天。
(3)将步骤(1)的金花茶细粉与步骤(2)的发酵物混合,过12目筛,制粒,在70℃-80℃中干燥20小时,过10目筛,整粒。

1.一种金花茶蜂粮颗粒,其制备原料为:
金花茶花粉、蜂蜜、纯化水、乳酸菌液、酵母菌液和金花茶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金花茶蜂粮颗粒,其原料的配方为:
金花茶花粉800g、蜂蜜150g、纯化水50g、乳酸菌液15g、酵母菌液15g和金花茶细粉200g。
3.根据权利要求2所述的金花茶蜂粮颗粒,其特征在于:所述的乳酸菌液中,乳酸菌浓度为4.2×109-2×1011CFU/g;所述的酵母菌液中,酵母菌浓度为1.2×107-8×107CFU/g。
4.一种金花茶蜂粮颗粒制备工艺,其步骤为:
(1)取金花茶,粉碎成粉,过80目筛,称取配方量的金花茶细粉,经紫外线灭菌灯照射20-30分钟灭菌后,备用;
(2)将金花茶花粉、蜂蜜、纯化水、乳酸菌液、酵母菌液混合均匀后,放入不锈钢多功能发酵罐中发酵;
(3)将步骤(1)的金花茶细粉与步骤(2)的发酵物混合,过12目筛,制粒,干燥,过10目筛,整粒;
(4)颗粒分装;
(5)包装,检验入库。
5.根据权利要求4所述的金花茶蜂粮颗粒制备工艺,在步骤(2)中,发酵温度35℃±2℃,发酵15天。
6.根据权利要求4所述的金花茶蜂粮颗粒制备工艺,在步骤(3)中,制粒后在70℃-80℃中干燥20小时。
7.根据权利要求4所述的金花茶蜂粮颗粒制备工艺,在步骤(4)中,颗粒分装10g/袋。
