本发明涉及一种一体不同心圆弧兜孔结构保持架,属于轴承领域,由架体及设在架体上的兜孔所构成,所述的兜孔两侧圆弧中心与装在兜孔内的滚子的滚子中心不在同一位置,右侧兜孔圆弧中心在滚子中心的左侧,左侧兜孔圆弧中心在滚子中心的右侧,滚子与兜孔的接触为线接触。具有大大提高油膜形成的条件,减少滚子和保持架之间的磨损,解决保持架划伤滚子的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种一体不同心圆弧兜孔结构保持架,主要应用风电行业,适用于风电齿轮箱高速端轴承上。
背景技术
风电齿轮箱是整个风机中非常重要的部件,位于风轮主轴和发电机之间,其作用是将风轮的低转速转变为发电机需要的高转速。由于风轮转速与发电机转速之间的巨大差距,使得齿轮箱成为双馈式风力发电机组中的一个必不可少的部件。在风力发电机的运行过程中,风轮的受力状况极为恶劣,需要在急剧变化-载荷下连续运行,其所受到的各种载荷都通过主轴直接传递给齿轮箱。齿轮箱受载恶劣,损坏率位居首位。因此齿轮箱中的轴承是齿轮箱中非常重要的零部件之一,尤其对高速端轴承来说,必须满足20年的高可靠寿命。
根据国内外的实际应用情况表明在齿轮箱的所有零部件里,轴承是最薄弱的环节之一,因此轴承的各零部件在结构设计、制造等方面就显得尤为重要。其中齿轮箱高速端轴承在运转的过程中保持架划伤滚子一直是研究的重要方面。
发明内容
为了克服风电齿轮箱高速端轴承在复杂的工作环境中保持架运转时划伤滚子的问题,本发明提供了一种一体不同心圆弧兜孔结构保持架。
本发明采取的技术方案:一种一体不同心圆弧兜孔结构保持架,由架体及设在架体上的兜孔所构成,所述的兜孔两侧圆弧中心与装在兜孔内的滚子的滚子中心不在同一位置,右侧兜孔圆弧中心在滚子的中心左侧,左侧兜孔圆弧中心在滚子的中心右侧,滚子与兜孔的接触为线接触。
本发明的有益效果:本发明同现有技术相比具有大大提高油膜形成的条件,减少滚子和保持架之间的磨损,解决保持架划伤滚子的问题。

下面结合附图说明实施例:兜孔2的右侧兜孔圆弧中心4在滚子3的中心左侧,兜孔2的左侧兜孔圆弧中心5在滚子3的中心右侧,滚子3与兜孔2的接触为线接触。

1.一体不同心圆弧兜孔结构保持架,由架体(1)及设在架体(1)上的兜孔(2)所构成,其特征在于:所述的兜孔(2)两侧圆弧中心与装在兜孔(2)内的滚子(3)的滚子中心(6)不在同一位置,右侧兜孔圆弧中心(4)在滚子中心(6)左侧,左侧兜孔圆弧中心(5)在滚子中心(6)右侧,滚子(3)与兜孔(2)的接触为线接触。
