本发明涉及一种集装箱型组合房屋及其建造方法。本发明主要由发泡水泥复合底板、墙板、顶板,以及异形底梁、异形顶梁、异形柱组合连接固定而成;其中,所述的异形底梁、异形顶梁、或异形柱的形状与所述的发泡水泥复合底板或墙板、顶板钢边肋的形状相互配套设置,并采用机械方式或焊接方式进行连接固定。本发明具有承重保温、隔热、耐久、抗震、质轻、优良的防火性能和隔声性能;具有良好的耐酸、耐碱、等腐蚀性,适合各种潮湿、腐蚀性强的环境使用;并具有防水、密封等优点。本发明安装操作简便,快捷,牢固,易于维护;本发明具有低碳环保、建造时间短、运输便捷,无需拆装、可循环使用。本发明是一种节能环保的绿色建筑产品。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑领域,特别指一种集装箱型组合房屋及其建造方法。
背景技术
目前,在建筑领域中传统的集装箱式房屋,一般广泛应用于建筑工地临时办公和临时住所、野外作业场所等领域。现有的集装箱式房屋,一般采用旧集装箱改造而成或采用夹心彩钢板组装而成,这种集装箱式房屋均采用钢材质作为房屋主体,由于钢材本身的导热性能就非常高,导致其保温隔热性差,隔声性低,房屋能耗较大。还有一种木制的集装箱式房屋,其不足是不能防火;且其保温隔热性差,隔声性低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术不足而提供一种由发泡水泥复合板材预制的、简单快捷、可实现工业化生产的集装箱型组合房屋及其建造方法。本发明可提前将上水管件、下水管件、用电设备以及门、窗等基础设备设施的预制安装在发泡水泥复合板内;并在工厂内完成防水与内外装修的施工,本发明具有质轻、承重保温、隔热、耐久、抗震、以及防火、防水性能和隔声性能,它是一种节能环保的绿色建筑产品。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种集装箱型组合房屋,其特征在于:它主要由发泡水泥复合底板、发泡水泥复合墙板、发泡水泥复合顶板,以及异形底梁、异形顶梁、异形柱组合连接固定而成;其中,所述的异形底梁、异形顶梁、或异形柱的形状与所述的发泡水泥复合底板或发泡水泥复合墙板、发泡水泥复合顶板钢边肋的形状相互配套设置,并采用机械方式或焊接方式进行精准、快速的连接固定。
其中,所述的发泡水泥复合底板,由钢边框、钢筋桁架、钢丝网、无机发泡水泥芯材、上下水泥砂浆面层复合构成;其中,钢丝网与钢边框连接固定;在发泡水泥复合底板内可设有下水管件,包括:排水管、地漏等。
发泡水泥复合墙板,由钢边框、钢丝网、钢筋桁架、无机发泡水泥芯材、上下水泥砂浆面层复合构成;其中,钢丝网与钢边框连接固定;在发泡水泥复合墙板内可设有上水管、上水接头、开关暗盒、电线管;复合墙板可预留门、窗洞口。
发泡水泥复合顶板,由钢边框、钢丝网、钢筋桁架、无机发泡水泥芯材、上下水泥砂浆面层复合构成;其中,钢丝网与钢边框连接固定;在发泡水泥复合顶板内可设有灯口暗盒、管线;并可预留通风、检修洞口。
在所述的集装箱型组合房屋的内外面,可采用各种装饰装修材料进行装修,以满足不同风格的卫生间装饰装修要求。
一种集装箱型组合房屋的建造方法,其方法步骤包括:
A、根据客户实际需求,所采用的发泡水泥复合底板、发泡水泥复合墙板、发泡水泥复合顶板均在工厂内进行工业化的定制生产,并按照设计要求将上下水管件、用电设备、以及门、窗口等预制在发泡水泥复合板材内;
B、将异形底梁分别与相互配套设置的发泡水泥复合底板中的底板钢边肋、及发泡水泥复合墙板中的墙板钢边肋对接设置,并采用机械方式或焊接方式连接固定;
C、将异形柱分别与相互配套设置的发泡水泥复合墙板中的墙板钢边肋、及另一块发泡水泥复合墙板中的墙板钢边肋对接设置,并采用机械方式或焊接方式连接固定;
D、将异形顶梁分别与相互配套设置的发泡水泥复合墙板中的墙板钢边肋、及发泡水泥复合顶板中的顶板钢边肋对接设置,并采用机械方式或焊接方式连接固定。
其中,所述的集装箱型组合房屋,可根据需求在工厂内完成防水与内外装修施工。
所述的发泡水泥复合板,可依据建造层数及强度的不同要求,在板材内增设加强筋结构,以提高整体承力强度。
所述的集装箱型组合房屋集承重保温于一体化,亦可依据不同地区温度情况的不同,而改变发泡水泥板材的厚度;或者加入导热系数更小的聚氨酯材料。

本发明集装箱型组合房屋主要用于三层以下房屋建筑组合。本发明可广泛应用于灾区救险、军营建设及宿舍、办公等预制型建筑设施。本发明可应用于山坡、邱林、草原、沙漠、河畔、高原等地域环境。

如图5-1所示,本发明中所述的异形底梁41(短侧)分别与相互配套设置的发泡水泥复合底板1中的底板钢边肋106、及发泡水泥复合墙板2中的墙板钢边肋206对接设置,并采用焊接方式连接固定。
如图5-2所示,本发明中所述的异形底梁41’(长侧)分别与相互配套设置的发泡水泥复合底板1中的底板钢边肋106、及发泡水泥复合墙板2中的墙板钢边肋206对接设置,并采用焊接方式连接固定。
当墙外有雨水流入时,首先沿着异形底梁41或异形底梁41’的缝隙沿向内流动,由于异形底梁的凸起结构,在遇到高差竖边时,受到重力作用,不能沿凸台面向上爬升,阻挡了雨水的渗入。故发泡水泥复合底板1与发泡水泥复合墙板2的连接阻挡了水的进入,有效起到了防水作用。
如图6所示,本发明中所述的异形柱5分别与相互配套设置的发泡水泥复合墙板2中的墙板钢边肋206、及另一块发泡水泥复合墙板2中的墙板钢边肋206对接设置,并采用焊接方式连接固定。
外墙板竖缝渗水的主要原因是液体的毛细现象,即雨水进入墙板间细小的缝隙,在液体浸润角与液体表面张力的共同作用下,顺缝隙方向水平甚至竖直向上的流动。由于异形柱5与发泡水泥复合墙板之间有效配合,在没有毛细作用的情况下,雨水只能受重力作用,顺空腔向地面流去。故异形柱5与墙板之间的连接,也有效起到了防水作用。
如图7所示,本发明中所述的异形顶梁42分别与相互配套设置的发泡水泥复合墙板2中的墙板钢边肋206、及发泡水泥复合顶板3中的顶板钢边肋306对接设置,并采用焊接方式连接固定。
在本发明整体集装箱房屋内外,可采用各种装饰装修材料进行装修施工,以满足各种风格卫生间装饰装修要求。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据不同的设计需求,将本发明实施例中发泡水泥复合板材之间的连接方式可以进行自由组合。上述实施例为本发明的优选实施例,但并不局限于上述几种方式。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的集装箱型组合房屋,其特征在于:所述的发泡水泥复合底板,由钢边框、钢筋桁架、钢丝网、无机发泡水泥芯材、上下水泥砂浆面层复合构成;其中,钢丝网与钢边框连接固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集装箱型组合房屋,其特征在于:所述的发泡水泥复合底板内可设有下水管件,包括:排水管、地漏。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集装箱型组合房屋,其特征在于:所述的发泡水泥复合墙板,由钢边框、钢丝网、钢筋桁架、无机发泡水泥芯材、上下水泥砂浆面层复合构成;其中,钢丝网与钢边框连接固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的集装箱型组合房屋,其特征在于:所述的发泡水泥复合墙板内可设有上水管、上水接头、开关暗盒、电线管;复合墙板可预留门、窗洞口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的集装箱型组合房屋,其特征在于:所述的发泡水泥复合顶板,由钢边框、钢丝网、钢筋桁架、无机发泡水泥芯材、上下水泥砂浆面层复合构成;其中,钢丝网与钢边框连接固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的集装箱型组合房屋,其特征在于:所述的发泡水泥复合顶板内可设有灯口暗盒、管线;并可预留通风、检修洞口。
8.根据权利要求1至7所述的集装箱型组合房屋,其特征在于:所述的发泡水泥复合板,可依据建造层数及强度的不同要求,在板材内增设加强筋结构,以提高整体承力强度。
9.根据权利要求1至7所述的集装箱型组合房屋,其特征在于:所述的集装箱型组合房屋,可依据不同地区温度情况的不同,而改变发泡水泥板材的厚度;或者加入导热系数更小的聚氨酯材料。
10.一种集装箱型组合房屋的建造方法,其方法步骤包括:
A、根据客户实际需求,所采用的发泡水泥复合底板、发泡水泥复合墙板、发泡水泥复合顶板均在工厂内进行工业化的定制生产,并按照设计要求将上下水管件、用电设备、以及门、窗口预制在发泡水泥复合板材内;
B、将异形底梁分别与相互配套设置的发泡水泥复合底板中的底板钢边肋、及发泡水泥复合墙板中的墙板钢边肋对接设置,并采用机械方式或焊接方式连接固定;
C、将异形柱分别与相互配套设置的发泡水泥复合墙板中的墙板钢边肋、及另一块发泡水泥复合墙板中的墙板钢边肋对接设置,并采用机械方式或焊接方式连接固定;
D、将异形顶梁分别与相互配套设置的发泡水泥复合墙板中的墙板钢边肋、及发泡水泥复合顶板中的顶板钢边肋对接设置,并采用机械方式或焊接方式连接固定。
11.根据权利要求10所述的集装箱型组合房屋的建造方法,其特征在于:所述的集装箱型组合房屋,可根据需求在工厂内完成防水或内外装修施工。
12.根据权利要求10所述的集装箱型组合房屋的建造方法,其特征在于:所述的发泡水泥复合板,可依据建造层数及强度的不同要求,在板材内增设加强筋结构,以提高整体承力强度。
13.根据权利要求10所述的集装箱型组合房屋的建造方法,其特征在于:所述的集装箱型组合房屋,可依据不同地区温度情况的不同,而改变发泡水泥板材的厚度;或者加入导热系数更小的聚氨酯材料。
