Abstract
本发明属于孵化技术领域,具体涉及一种种蛋补蛋液及其制备方法,该种蛋补蛋液是由以下重量份原料组成:白乳胶30-40份,金银花粉2-3份,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.3-0.6份,柠檬酸钙0.1-0.3份,甘油2-3份。本发明不仅能够修补放射型或裂缝型此类较轻的破损种蛋,且能够修补洞孔型等破损程度较严重的种蛋,使用本发明提供的补蛋液进行修补后,种蛋的孵化率高,孵化后的幼雏健康状态好,无不良影响;本发明操作简单异行,节省人力及物力成本。

技术领域
本发明属于孵化技术领域,具体涉及一种种蛋补蛋液及其制备方法。
背景技术
种蛋场在孵化种蛋时,容易发生种蛋的破损,种蛋一旦破损就失去了利用价值,种蛋及孵化后的鸭苗价格较高,造成了种蛋场的损失,大大的增加了孵化成本。
种蛋根据不同程度的破损和形状,将破损种蛋分成凹陷或洞孔型,裂缝型和放射型三类,对于裂缝型及放射型破损种蛋,修补后的种蛋孵化率能达到80%以上,而对于凹陷或孔洞型的破损程度严重的种蛋,采用现有技术中的普通胶水、白乳胶或浆糊等进行修补后孵化,种蛋孵化率较低,且操作繁琐,需多次进行修补,且修补后需要用甲醛和高锰酸钾进行熏蒸20min,操作繁琐,孵化率最多为75%。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的凹陷或孔洞型等大面积破损种蛋修补后孵化率低,操作繁琐等问题,本发明提供了一种能够提高修补后种蛋的孵化率的种蛋补蛋液。
本发明为了实现上述目的所采用的技术方案为:
本发明提供了一种种蛋补蛋液,是由以下重量份原料组成:白乳胶30-40份,金银花粉2-3份,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.3-0.6份,柠檬酸钙0.1-0.3份,甘油2-3份。
进一步的,本发明所述最优化的原料配比为:白乳胶36份,金银花粉2份,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.6份,柠檬酸钙0.2份,甘油2份。
本发明还提供了一种种蛋补蛋液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将甘油水浴加热至35-38℃,然后将抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯及柠檬酸钙加入甘油中,搅拌均匀,得混合液;
(2)混合液降至室温24-25℃时,将重量份白乳胶、金银花粉加入混合液中,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明所述的金银花粉为将干金银花粉碎得到粉末,为120目。
本发明提供的补蛋液,适量添加金银花粉,金银花具有广谱抗菌性能,能够抑制种蛋壳所携带的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等病菌,从而减少蛋壳破碎导致种蛋被污染的几率;甘油具有保湿性能,既能够预先溶解柠檬酸钙,增强白乳胶的粘结性能,同时,保证种蛋内部水分不会快速散失,调节湿度;同时,在抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯的协同作用下,使补蛋液的修补后的密封程度好,使修复的部分具有同蛋壳差不多的通透性,从而保证气体交换及水分的流通,提高孵化率。
本发明的优点为:
(1)本发明不仅能够修补放射型或裂缝型此类较轻的破损种蛋,且能够修补洞孔型等破损程度较严重的种蛋,使用本发明提供的补蛋液进行修补后,种蛋的孵化率高,孵化后的幼雏健康状态好,无不良影响;
(2)本发明操作简单易行,节省人力及物力成本。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进行进一步的阐述,应该明白的是,下述说明仅是为了解释本发明,并不对其内容进行限定。
实施例1
一种种蛋补蛋液,是由以下重量份原料组成:白乳胶36份,金银花粉3份,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.6份,柠檬酸钙0.2份,甘油2份。
制备方法如下:
(1)将甘油水浴加热至35-38℃,然后将抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯及柠檬酸钙加入甘油中,搅拌均匀,得混合液;
(2)混合液降至24℃后,将重量份白乳胶、金银花粉加入上述混合液中,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例2
一种种蛋补蛋液,是由以下重量份原料组成:白乳胶30份,金银花粉2份,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.3份,柠檬酸钙0.1份,甘油3份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种种蛋补蛋液,是由以下重量份原料组成:白乳胶40份,金银花粉3份,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.5份,柠檬酸钙0.3份,甘油2份。
制备方法同实施例1。
效果试验:
试验材料:选取蛋清未流出,破损存放时间为2天的樱桃谷SM3型鸭子种蛋,破损程度均为孔洞型,均不采用甲醛和高锰酸钾进行熏蒸。
试验方法:将破损的种蛋分为若干组,其中三组实验组采用本发明实施例1-3提供的种蛋补蛋液进行修补严密;设立对照组,对照组采用单一白乳胶进行修补;同时设立空白对照组,破损的种蛋不采用任何修补,直接放入孵化设备中进行孵化。入孵第六天照验,观察胚胎发育情况,统计受精数,出雏数、受精蛋孵化率及孵化小鸭后的健雏率,具体统计结果见表1。

将本实验重复进行三次,使用本发明提供的补蛋液进行修补后的种蛋平均受精蛋孵化率约为92.65%。同时,在修补过程中,对于破损较大的种蛋,本发明提供的补蛋液涂抹1-2遍即可修复严密,而采用单一白乳胶时,其用量为本发明提供的补蛋液的2-3倍,且需晾置时间长,则需要反复多次进行修补才能将其修补严密,其使用量且采用白乳胶或浆糊进行修补时,由于事先未经熏蒸杀菌工序,则其破损种蛋可能受到污染,导致孵化率更低。使用本发明提供的补蛋液后,能够减少破损蛋的废弃率,大大的降低了成本。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受实施例的限制,其它任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所做的改变、修饰、组合、替代、简化均应为等效替换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种种蛋补蛋液,其特征在于,是由以下重量份原料组成:白乳胶30-40份,金银花粉2-3份,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.3-0.6份,柠檬酸钙0.1-0.3份,甘油2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的种蛋补蛋液,其特征在于,所述原料为:白乳胶36份,金银花粉2份,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.6份,柠檬酸钙0.2份,甘油2份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的种蛋补蛋液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将甘油水浴加热至35-38℃,然后将抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯及柠檬酸钙加入甘油中,搅拌均匀,得混合液;
(2)混合液降至室温后,再将重量份白乳胶、金银花粉加入混合液中,搅拌均匀即可。
