背景技术
我国每年有大量的废弃矿渣,主要来源于钢厂、矿区等,而矿渣大量堆积废弃对环境造成了极大的破坏。但矿渣由于具有一定的活性人们尝试将其作为建材原料,只是性能欠佳。而将矿渣制备成免烧砖不但能够减轻环境的负担,同时也变废为宝、节约自然资源,同时由其制成的免烧砖性能优良保温、隔热。

本发明的目的是提供了一种免烧砖,工艺简单,对固体废弃物利用率高,所述免烧砖重量轻、强度较好、耐久性好,对能源消耗较小对环境无污染。
本发明技术方案为:其原料(按重量比计)组成为水泥35份、矿渣55份、硅灰20份、乳胶粉10份、石膏6份、石英砂20份、木质纤维5份、纤维素3-5份、水5份、发泡剂0.1份、减水剂0.05份,所述免烧砖其工艺采用现有技术来制备。

本发明工艺简单,对固体废弃物利用率高,所述免烧砖重量轻、强度较好、耐久性好,对能源消耗较小对环境无污染,重量轻、且无污染,产品抗裂性、韧性较好。
