本发明公开一种仿古砖,属于陶瓷砖技术领域,仿古砖的坯料均按如下重量百分比组份配制:铝矾土21%、镁质土7%、膨润土6%、停前砂11%、太李砂18%、瑞昌土12%、云母15%、胡砂头10%;仿古砖的烧制温度为,前温区:面温860~1015℃,底温960~1010℃;中温区:面温1035~1128℃,底温1025~1120℃;高温区:面温1125~1200℃,底温1130~1205℃。本发明通过调整仿古砖的坯料组份和配比,使不同规格的仿古砖可于同窑炉中烧制,避免建造多个窑炉,降低了投资额度,本发明同窑炉烧制的仿古砖具有色泽度好、硬度高、吸水率低、耐磨性强等优点,极大的提高了仿古砖的烧制质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷砖技术领域,具体涉及一种仿古砖。
背景技术
随着国民经济的增长,人们生活水平的日益提高,人们的审美能力和对居住环境的要求也随之提高,尤其是对用于室内、外装潢的仿古砖的要求更是日益提高。现有的仿古砖随着工艺的发展,在外观、色泽、硬度、吸水率、耐磨度等方面均取得了较大的进步,同时上述进步的取得也导致仿古砖的生产需求巨大的投资额度,生产成本也居高不下,而且,现有的仿古砖在色泽度、质量方面依然存在不足。因此,提供一种色泽度好、质量高的低成本仿古砖成为现阶段亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提出一种仿古砖,解决现有技术中仿古砖的色泽度差、质量低生产成本高的技术问题。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明的技术方案提供一种仿古砖,包括同窑炉烧制的第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖,所述第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖的坯料均按如下重量百分比组份配制:铝矾土21%、镁质土7%、膨润土6%、停前砂11%、太李砂18%、瑞昌土12%、云母15%、胡砂头10%;其中,所述仿古砖于窑炉内的烧制温度为,前温区:面温860~1015℃,底温960~1010℃;中温区:面温1035~1128℃,底温1025~1120℃;高温区:面温1125~1200℃,底温1130~1205℃。
优选的,所述第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖的面釉料均按如下重量百分比组份配制:801熔块3%、815熔块16%、高岭土8%、锂长石30%、滑石3%、方解石8%、氧化锌2%、钾长石4%、碳酸钡2%、烧土16%、硅酸锆8%;其中,每100克面釉料加三聚磷酸钠0.75克、甲基0.35克。
优选的,所述第一规格仿古砖的底釉料按如下重量百分比组份配制:高岭土8%、锂长石17%、滑石40%、石英6%、烧土20%、硅酸锆6%、高硼粉3%,且每100克底釉料添加三聚磷酸钠0.4克、甲基0.2克。
优选的,所述第二规格仿古砖的底釉料按如下重量百分比组份配制:高岭土8%、锂长石18%、滑石51%、氧化铝3%、石英6%、烧土8%、硅酸锆6%,且每100克底釉料添加三聚磷酸钠0.4克、甲基0.2克。
优选的,所述第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖的成型坯砖的尺寸分别为657*657mm和867*867mm。
优选的,所述仿古砖按第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖交替排列进入窑炉内烧制。
优选的,每排所述第一规格仿古砖为三片,每排所述第二规格仿古砖为两片。
优选的,所述仿古砖还包括着色料,所述着色料包括红料和白料,所述红料与白料的重量百分比为20~40%:80~60%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果包括:通过调整仿古砖的坯料组份和配比,使不同规格的第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖可于同一窑炉中烧制,避免了建造多个窑炉,降低了投资额度,而且本发明同窑炉烧制的第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖均具有色泽度好、硬度高、吸水率低、耐磨性强等优点,极大的提高了仿古砖的烧制质量。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的实施例提供了一种仿古砖,包括同窑炉烧制的第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖,所述第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖的坯料均按如下重量百分比组份配制:铝矾土21%、镁质土7%、膨润土6%、停前砂11%、太李砂18%、瑞昌土12%、云母15%、胡砂头10%;其中,所述仿古砖于窑炉内的烧制温度为,前温区:面温860~1015℃,底温960~1010℃;中温区:面温1035~1128℃,底温1025~1120℃;高温区:面温1125~1200℃,底温1130~1205℃。
本实施例通过调整仿古砖的坯料组份和配比,使不同规格的第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖可于同一窑炉中烧制,避免了建造多个窑炉,降低了投资额度,而且本发明同窑炉烧制的第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖均具有色泽度好、硬度高、吸水率低、耐磨性强等优点,极大的提高了仿古砖的烧制质量。
上述仿古砖的具体制备方法如下:
(1)按如下重量百分比组份配制坯料:铝矾土21%、镁质土7%、膨润土6%、停前砂11%、太李砂18%、瑞昌土12%、云母15%、胡砂头10%;
(2)将上述坯料球磨成浆料,然后将浆料过筛并通过喷雾塔制成粉料;
(3)将步骤(2)制得粉料于料仓内陈腐2~3天后输送至压机内压制成型,成型规格分别为第一规格657*657mm和第二规格867*867mm;
(4)将上述压制成型的坯砖于干燥窑中进行干燥处理,第一规格和第二规格的坯砖上下层布置;
(5)按不同花式对干燥后的坯砖进行施釉和印花处理;
(6)将施釉和印花处理后的坯砖按第一规格和第二规格交替排列进入窑炉内烧制成仿古砖,窑炉的烧制温度为,前温区:面温860~1015℃,底温960~1010℃;中温区:面温1035~1128℃,底温1025~1120℃;高温区:面温1125~1200℃,底温1130~1205℃;
(7)将步骤(6)烧制的窑砖进行磨边处理,第一规格和第二规格的窑砖分别磨成600*600mm和800*800mm,磨边处理后进行分检包装。
本发明通过调整坯料的组份和配比,并在烧制时调整烧制的温度和釉面膨胀系数,使不同规格的坯砖均能够在相同条件下烧制为合格的仿古砖;本发明在同一窑炉中烧制不同规格的两种仿古砖,节省了投资额,降低了生产成本,而且烧制的两种规格的仿古砖均具有色泽度好、硬度高、吸水率低、耐磨性强等优点,极大的提高了仿古砖的烧制质量。
本实施例优选将步骤(5)中第一规格和第二规格坯砖的面釉料均按如下重量百分比组份配制:801熔块3%、815熔块16%、高岭土8%、锂长石30%、滑石3%、方解石8%、氧化锌2%、钾长石4%、碳酸钡2%、烧土16%、硅酸锆8%;其中,每100克面釉料加三聚磷酸钠0.75克、甲基0.35克。进一步的,所述步骤(5)中第一规格坯砖的底釉料按如下重量百分比组份配制:高岭土8%、锂长石17%、滑石40%、石英6%、烧土20%、硅酸锆6%、高硼粉3%,且每100克底釉料添加三聚磷酸钠0.4克、甲基0.2克。且所述步骤(5)中第二规格坯砖的底釉料按如下重量百分比组份配制:高岭土8%、锂长石18%、滑石51%、氧化铝3%、石英6%、烧土8%、硅酸锆6%,且每100克底釉料添加三聚磷酸钠0.4克、甲基0.2克。通过上述底釉料和面釉料的设置,有利于烧制的仿古砖具有更好的收缩率和平整度。
由于第一规格和第二规格坯砖的大小不同,不可避免不同排的坯砖之间分布疏密不一致,为了减少坯砖之间的疏密差异,本实施例在步骤(7)中每排坯砖设置为3片第一个规格或2片第二规格。但是依然存在会导致温度、气流上下波动,稳定性差,易导坯砖烧制过程中其变形度无法控制,故本实施例调整窑炉的零压位置重新设定,并将高温区延长1~1.5倍。
为了提高烧制的仿古砖的美观度,本实施例的步骤(2)还包括将浆料与着色料混合着色,所述着色料包括红料和白料,所述红料与白料的重量百分比为20~40%:80~60%。

1.一种仿古砖,其特征在于,包括同窑炉烧制的第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖,所述第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖的坯料均按如下重量百分比组份配制:铝矾土21%、镁质土7%、膨润土6%、停前砂11%、太李砂18%、瑞昌土12%、云母15%、胡砂头10%;其中,所述仿古砖于窑炉内的烧制温度为,前温区:面温860~1015℃,底温960~1010℃;中温区:面温1035~1128℃,底温1025~1120℃;高温区:面温1125~1200℃,底温1130~1205℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿古砖,其特征在于,所述第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖的成型坯砖的尺寸分别为657*657mm和867*867mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的仿古砖,其特征在于,所述仿古砖按第一规格仿古砖和第二规格仿古砖交替排列进入窑炉内烧制。
4.根据权利要求3所述的仿古砖,其特征在于,每排所述第一规格仿古砖为三片,每排所述第二规格仿古砖为两片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的仿古砖,其特征在于,所述仿古砖还包括着色料,所述着色料包括红料和白料,所述红料与白料的重量百分比为20~40%:80~60%。
