Abstract

本发明公开了一种豆干分切机，包括机架、矩形槽和控制器，矩形槽的一端设置有推料装置、另一端设置有分切装置；推料装置包括推料板和固定在机架上驱动推料板的第一电动缸；分切装置包括纵向分切刀和横向分切刀装置，纵向分切刀包括矩形边框和平行并列设置在矩形边框内的若干刀片；横向分切刀装置包括刀架、第二电动缸、以及横向分切刀。本发明豆干分切机，工作时将豆干放置在矩形槽中，通过控制器控制第一电动缸实现将豆干推向分切装置，并通过控制器控制第二电动缸驱动横向分切刀上下移动，实现豆干的横向分切，横向分切后的豆干被推向纵向分切刀实现纵向分切，纵向分切后的豆干即变成若干小块状，分切工作效率高。

豆干分切机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品机械，特别涉及一种分切豆干的机械。
背景技术
在生产豆干食品过程中，需要将大块的豆干分切成小片，然后再进行的拌料、包装、灭菌等后续工序。
现有技术中的豆干分切机一般只能实现一个方向的分切，即将大片的豆干分写成长条状，长条状的豆干需要再通过其它设备分切成小片，分切工序多，生产效率低。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明的目的是提供一种豆干分切机，以解决现有技术中的豆干分切机不能一次性将大片的豆干分切成小块，分切工作效率低的技术问题。
本发明豆干分切机，包括机架和固定在机架上用以放置豆干的矩形槽，所述矩形槽的一端设置有推料装置，矩形槽的另一端设置有分切装置；
所述推料装置包括与矩形槽滑动配合的推料板和固定在机架上驱动推料板水平运动的第一电动缸；
所述分切装置包括设置在矩形槽口部的纵向分切刀和横向分切刀装置，所述纵向分切刀包括通过螺钉固定在矩形槽口部端面上的矩形边框和平行并列设置在矩形边框内的若干刀片；所述横向分切刀装置包括设置在矩形槽两侧的刀架、竖直固定在刀架上的第二电动缸、以及固定在第二电动缸的伸缩杆下部的横向分切刀；
所述豆干分切机还包括控制第一电动缸和第二电动缸的控制器。
进一步，所述机架上还设置有与矩形槽纵向平行的导轨，所述刀架与导轨滑动配合，所述刀架上还设置有将其余导轨固定的螺钉。
进一步，所述机架上还设置有下料槽。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明豆干分切机，工作时将豆干放置在矩形槽中，通过控制器控制第一电动缸实现将豆干推向分切装置，并通过控制器控制第二电动缸驱动横向分切刀上下移动，实现豆干的横向分切，横向分切后的豆干被推向纵向分切刀实现纵向分切，纵向分切后的豆干即变成若干小块状，分切工作效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
如图所示，本实施例豆干分切机，包括机架1和固定在机架上用以放置豆干的矩形槽2，所述矩形槽的一端设置有推料装置，矩形槽的另一端设置有分切装置；
所述推料装置包括与矩形槽滑动配合的推料板3和固定在机架上驱动推料板水平运动的第一电动缸4；
所述分切装置包括设置在矩形槽口部的纵向分切刀5和横向分切刀装置，所述纵向分切刀包括通过螺钉固定在矩形槽口部端面上的矩形边框51和平行并列设置在矩形边框内的若干刀片52；所述横向分切刀装置包括设置在矩形槽两侧的刀架6、竖直固定在刀架上的第二电动缸7、以及固定在第二电动缸的伸缩杆下部的横向分切刀8；
所述豆干分切机还包括控制第一电动缸和第二电动缸的控制器9。
本实施例豆干分切机，工作时将豆干放置在矩形槽中，通过控制器控制第一电动缸实现将豆干推向分切装置，并通过控制器控制第二电动缸驱动横向分切刀上下移动，实现豆干的横向分切，横向分切后的豆干被推向纵向分切刀实现纵向分切，纵向分切后的豆干即变成若干小块状，分切工作效率高。
作为对本实施例的改进，所述机架上还设置有与矩形槽纵向平行的导轨10，所述刀架与导轨滑动配合，所述刀架上还设置有将其余导轨固定的螺钉11，通过沿导轨调节刀架的位置，即可调节豆干块的长度，可切出不同规格的豆干，通用性更好。
作为对本实施例的改进，所述机架上还设置有下料槽12，通过下料槽12将分切后的豆干导入接料装置中，可避免豆干散落到接料装置外造成浪费。

1.一种豆干分切机，其特征在于：包括机架和固定在机架上用以放置豆干的矩形槽，所述矩形槽的一端设置有推料装置，矩形槽的另一端设置有分切装置；
所述推料装置包括与矩形槽滑动配合的推料板和固定在机架上驱动推料板水平运动的第一电动缸；
所述分切装置包括设置在矩形槽口部的纵向分切刀和横向分切刀装置，所述纵向分切刀包括通过螺钉固定在矩形槽口部端面上的矩形边框和平行并列设置在矩形边框内的若干刀片；所述横向分切刀装置包括设置在矩形槽两侧的刀架、竖直固定在刀架上的第二电动缸、以及固定在第二电动缸的伸缩杆下部的横向分切刀；
所述豆干分切机还包括控制第一电动缸和第二电动缸的控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的豆干分切机，其特征在于：所述机架上还设置有与矩形槽纵向平行的导轨，所述刀架与导轨滑动配合，所述刀架上还设置有将其余导轨固定的螺钉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的豆干分切机，其特征在于：所述机架上还设置有下料槽。
