具体实施方式
参照图1,其示出了根据本发明的实施方式的用于在发动机14上的曲轴与环状驱动构件16如辅助驱动带之间传递动力的隔离器10。隔离器10使环状驱动构件16与曲轴中的扭矩的振动或其他突然改变隔离,并且隔离器10使曲轴与环状驱动构件16中的扭矩的振动或其他突然改变隔离。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于隔离器或其他扭矩传递装置的弹簧组件,所述弹簧组件包括:
第一螺旋压缩弹簧和第二螺旋压缩弹簧,其中,所述第一螺旋压缩弹簧和所述第二螺旋压缩弹簧中的每一者均具有中央孔口并且具有第一端部和第二端部,其中,所述第二螺旋压缩弹簧与所述第一螺旋压缩弹簧同轴并且嵌套在所述第一螺旋压缩弹簧内;
保持器,所述保持器具有基部和柱状部,所述柱状部从所述基部延伸并进入位于所述第二螺旋压缩弹簧的所述第一端部处的所述中央孔口中;以及
弹簧壳体,所述弹簧壳体具有内部空间,所述第一螺旋压缩弹簧和所述第二螺旋压缩弹簧定位在所述内部空间中,并且所述弹簧壳体还包括基部接合孔口,所述基部接合孔口保持所述保持器的所述基部,其中,所述弹簧壳体包括驱动壁,所述驱动壁与所述第一螺旋压缩弹簧的所述第一端部和所述第二螺旋压缩弹簧的所述第一端部接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧组件,其中,所述保持器由聚合物材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹簧组件,其中,所述第一螺旋压缩弹簧和所述第二螺旋压缩弹簧由金属制成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹簧组件,其中,所述基部横跨所述第一螺旋压缩弹簧的所述第一端部和所述第二螺旋压缩弹簧的所述第一端部两者延伸。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹簧组件,其中,所述弹簧壳体由两个部件构成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的弹簧组件,其中,所述弹簧壳体包括第一部件和第二部件,所述第一部件和所述第二部件共同限定所述基部接合孔口并且提供与所述保持器的所述基部的压配合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧组件,其中,所述第一螺旋压缩弹簧和所述第二螺旋压缩弹簧是弓形的并且具有相同的弧长。
8.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧组件,其中,所述第一螺旋压缩弹簧和所述第二螺旋压缩弹簧是弓形的并且具有不同的弧长。
9.一种用于对输入构件与输出构件之间的扭转振动进行隔离的隔离器,所述隔离器包括:
第一旋转驱动构件,所述第一旋转驱动构件能够与所述输入构件和所述输出构件中的一者接合;
第二旋转驱动构件,所述第二旋转驱动构件能够与所述输入构件和所述输出构件中的另一者接合;
第一螺旋压缩弹簧和第二螺旋压缩弹簧,其中,所述第一螺旋压缩弹簧和所述第二螺旋压缩弹簧中的每一者均具有中央孔口并且具有第一端部和第二端部,其中,所述第二螺旋压缩弹簧与所述第一螺旋压缩弹簧同轴并且嵌套在所述第一螺旋压缩弹簧内;
保持器,所述保持器具有基部和柱状部,所述柱状部从所述基部延伸并进入位于所述第二螺旋压缩弹簧的所述第一端部处的所述中央孔口中;以及
