Abstract

本发明公开了一种显示器及其背光模组,该背光模组包括:电路板、条形光源、卡扣以及量子管,条形光源固定于电路板;卡扣固定于电路板上;量子管卡入卡扣中,且量子管与条形光源平行间隔设置;量子管位于导光板和条形光源之间,条形光源射出的光线经量子管后到达导光板。通过上述方式,本发明能够保证背光模组中量子管的发光效率较高,从而使背光模组的色域值保持在较高的状态。

显示器及其背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示器及其背光模组。
背景技术
目前,显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,消费者对设备的色彩鲜明度要求越来越高,这就需要提高显示装置的色域值;而背光模组则是显示装置中的一个重要部件,其灯条的色域势必要求越来越高。
背光模组通常包括光源和导光板,光源发出的光射入导光板,使导光板发光,为提高液晶背光模组的色域值,因此采用玻璃管封装量子点材料的量子管设计,在光源和导光板之间设置量子管,然而由于量子管较脆容易破损,导致显示异常,特别是由于光源邻近量子管设置,光源容易碰到量子管,光源工作时温度较高极容易影响量子管的发光效率,导致色域值急剧降低。
因此,需要提供一种显示器及其背光模组,以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种显示器及其背光模组,能够避免背光模组中的量子管被高温的条形光源接触,避免高温影响量子管的发光效率,从而避免背光模组的色域值降低。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种背光模组,背光模组包括:电路板;条形光源,固定于电路板;卡扣,固定于电路板上;量子管,卡入卡扣中,且量子管与条形光源平行间隔设置;导光板,量子管位于导光板和条形光源之间,条形光源射出的光线经量子管后到达导光板。
其中,卡扣包括底面、与底面垂直连接的两个间隔设置的侧面以及分别与两个侧面垂直相接且向相对的外侧展开的两个翼面,卡扣的底面与电路板的背面固定连接,翼面与电路板的正面固定连接,量子管卡合于两个侧面之间。
其中,量子管和条形光源之间的距离大于等于翼面的宽度。
其中,卡扣数量为两个,两个卡扣分别固定于电路板上与量子管的两端部对应的位置,量子管的两端部分别卡入对应位置的卡扣中。
其中,自电路板的端部开设与卡扣的侧面对应的两条卡缝,卡扣的两侧面自电路板的端部***卡缝中进而将卡扣组装至电路板。
其中,卡扣的侧面与卡缝过盈配合。
其中,卡扣的底面抵接电路板的背面,翼面抵接电路板的正面。
其中,条形光源包括多个沿直线排列且相互间隔的条形LED灯,多个条形LED灯分别与电路板固定。
其中,背光模组进一步包括:背框,导光板、电路板、条形光源、量子管以及卡扣均位于背框内部;光学膜片和反射片,导光板位于光学膜片和反射片之间,光学膜片在导光板的出光面一侧,反射片在导光板的出光面相对的另一侧;中框,中框、条形光源和量子管位于导光板的侧面。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种显示器,显示器包括显示面板和背光模组,背光模组用于为显示面板提供背光,背光模组为上述的背光模组。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明通过卡扣将量子管固定在电路板,且固定后量子管与条形光源平行间隔设置,能够避免背光模组中的量子管被高温的条形光源接触,避免高温影响量子管的发光效率,从而避免背光模组的色域值降低,能够保证背光模组中量子管的发光效率较高,从而使背光模组的色域值保持在较高的状态。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。
请一并参阅图1、图2、图3以及图4,图1是本发明背光模组优选实施例的结构示意图;图2是本发明背光模组中电路板、卡扣、量子管以及条形光源的安装结构示意图;图3是本发明卡扣的结构示意图;图4是图2中I区域的局部放大图。在本实施例中,背光模组包括:导光板10、电路板11、条形光源12、卡扣13以及量子管14;且优选地背光模组还可以包括:背框15、光学膜片16、反射片17以及中框18。
条形光源12,固定于电路板11。优选地,条形光源12以胶贴的方式固定于电路板11的正面111。
卡扣13,固定于电路板11上。
量子管14,卡入卡扣13中,且量子管14与条形光源12平行间隔设置。当量子管14卡入卡扣后,保证量子管14与条形光源12的间隙,避免条形光源12的发热影响量子管14的工作效率。
导光板10,量子管14位于导光板10和条形光源12之间,条形光源12射出的光线经量子管14后到达导光板10。
导光板10、电路板11、条形光源12、量子管14以及卡扣13均位于背框15内部。
导光板10位于光学膜片16和反射片17之间,光学膜片16在导光板10的出光面一侧,反射片17在导光板10的出光面相对的另一侧。
中框18、条形光源12和量子管14位于导光板10的侧面。中框18优选为胶框,设置在导光板10的周围,条形光源12和量子管14仅位于导光板10的一侧,即本发明背光模组为侧入式背光模组。反射片17以及光学膜片16通过遮光双面胶(图未示)固定在中框18上。遮光双面胶一方面用来定位光学膜片16和反射片17,另一方面用来遮光。条形光源12和导光板10之间设计有量子管14,这样条形光源12发出的光线激发量子管14中的量子点材料,发出高色域的光线经过导光板10射出,实现背光的高色域目的。优选地,量子管14为玻璃管中封装量子点材料形成。
优选地,卡扣13包括底面131、与底面131垂直连接的两个间隔设置的侧面133以及分别与两个侧面133垂直相接且向相对的外侧展开的两个翼面132,卡扣13的底面131与电路板11的背面112固定连接,翼面132与电路板11的正面111固定连接,量子管14卡合于两个侧面133之间。
优选地,卡扣13的侧面133上有两个缺口,在卡扣13的成型过程中,两个翼面132弯折到与侧面133垂直时形成该两个缺口。这样便可以节省材料以及,不需要另外焊接翼面。
优选地,量子管14和条形光源12之间的距离s大于等于翼面133的宽度d。
优选地,卡扣13数量为两个,两个卡扣13分别固定于电路板11上与量子管14的两端部对应的位置,量子管14的两端部分别卡入对应位置的卡扣13中。图2中仅示出一个卡扣13但本领域技术人员完全可以想象在量子管14的另一端也可以同样的方式设置一个卡扣13。
优选地,自电路板11的端部开设与卡扣13的侧面133对应的两条卡缝21,卡扣13的两侧面133自电路板11的端部***卡缝21中进而将卡扣13组装至电路板11。
优选地,卡扣13的侧面133与卡缝21过盈配合。
优选地,卡扣13的底面131抵接电路板11的背面112,翼面132抵接电路板11的正面111。
优选地,条形光源12包括多个沿直线排列且相互间隔的条形LED灯121,多个条形LED灯121分别与电路板11固定。优选地,多个条形LED灯121分别通过胶贴的形式固定于电路板11的正面。
优选地,背框15优选为铁框。
优选地,背光模组还包括遮光胶层20,遮光胶层20设置在电路板11的背面112。
优选地,电路板11通过双面胶19与中框18固定连接。
请参阅图5,图5是本发明的显示器的结构示意图。显示器包括上述任意实施例中的背光模组31和显示面板32,背光模组31用于为显示面板32提供背光。

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括:
电路板;
条形光源,固定于所述电路板;
卡扣,固定于所述电路板上;
量子管,卡入所述卡扣中,且所述量子管与所述条形光源平行间隔设置;
导光板,所述量子管位于所述导光板和所述条形光源之间,所述条形光源射出的光线经所述量子管后到达所述导光板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述卡扣包括底面、与所述底面垂直连接的两个间隔设置的侧面以及分别与所述两个侧面垂直相接且向相对的外侧展开的两个翼面,所述卡扣的底面与所述电路板的背面固定连接,所述翼面与所述电路板的正面固定连接,所述量子管卡合于所述两个侧面之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述量子管和所述条形光源之间的距离大于等于所述翼面的宽度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述卡扣数量为两个,两个所述卡扣分别固定于所述电路板上与所述量子管的两端部对应的位置,所述量子管的两端部分别卡入对应位置的所述卡扣中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,自所述电路板的端部开设与所述卡扣的侧面对应的两条卡缝,所述卡扣的两所述侧面自所述电路板的端部***所述卡缝中进而将所述卡扣组装至所述电路板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述卡扣的侧面与所述卡缝过盈配合。
7.根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述卡扣的底面抵接所述电路板的背面,所述翼面抵接所述电路板的正面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述条形光源包括多个沿直线排列且相互间隔的条形LED灯,多个条形LED灯分别与所述电路板固定。
9.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组进一步包括:
背框,所述导光板、所述电路板、所述条形光源、所述量子管以及所述卡扣均位于所述背框内部;
光学膜片和反射片,所述导光板位于所述光学膜片和所述反射片之间,所述光学膜片在所述导光板的出光面一侧,所述反射片在所述导光板的出光面相对的另一侧;
中框,所述中框、所述条形光源和所述量子管位于所述导光板的侧面。
10.一种显示器,其特征在于,所述显示器包括显示面板和背光模组,所述背光模组用于为所述显示面板提供背光,所述背光模组为权利要求1-9任意一项所述的背光模组。
