首先拿取螺纹钢坯料。
在螺纹钢坯料表面进行渗碳处理,渗碳层厚度10-15微米,在渗碳层表面进行渗铝处理,渗铝层厚度3-8微米。
然后放入电炉当中进行加热200-300摄氏度。
取出以后进行退火处理,温度123-342摄氏度,时间1-2小时,消除内部应力集中的问题。
然后在阳光下暴晒2-5天,即可。
其优点在于:
本方法加工的螺纹钢,强度高,耐腐蚀性能强,是一种很好的建筑建材。适合广泛使用。

首先拿取螺纹钢坯料;
在螺纹钢坯料表面进行渗碳处理,渗碳层厚度10-15微米,在渗碳层表面进行渗铝处理,渗铝层厚度3-8微米;
然后放入电炉当中进行加热200-300摄氏度;
取出以后进行退火处理,温度123-342摄氏度,时间1-2小时,消除内部应力集中的问题;
然后在阳光下暴晒2-5天,即可。
