本发明涉及汽车装饰技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度汽车贴膜。
背景技术
汽车贴膜就是在车辆前后挡风玻璃、侧窗玻璃以及天窗上贴上一层薄膜状物体,而这层薄膜状物体也叫做太阳膜或者叫做防爆隔热膜。它作用主要是阻挡紫外线、阻隔部分热量以及防止玻璃突然爆裂导致的伤人等情况发生,同时根据太阳膜的单向透视性能,达到保护个人隐私的目的。现有的汽车强度较低,防爆能力差,对人的安全存在潜在的威胁。

为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种韧性好,强度高,防爆裂能力强,隔热效果好,经济环保的高强度汽车贴膜。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种高强度汽车贴膜,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚丙烯酸8-10份,硅酮6-9份,氢氧化钠5-7份,天然乳化剂7-10份,十二烷基硫酸钠4-7份,PVC30-35份,二氧化钛5-9份,乙基纤维素7-8份,增韧剂EOC6-9份,异丙醇3-5份,防霉剂6-8份,碳酸钙7-10份,聚乙烯醇10-13份,增塑剂DOP4-8份,环氧大豆油7-11份。
上述的高强度汽车贴膜,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
