本发明公开了一种可拆卸车用滤网，其特征在于包括条形滤网、滤网龙骨、前框和后框，滤网龙骨设有两根主骨，两根主骨通过可弯折的纵向的柔性片连接，两根主骨在柔性片两侧相反的方向上设有连接片，滤网宽度方向上与滤网龙骨间隔排布，滤网与滤网龙骨相邻的两条边分别与其靠近的连接片连接，滤网另两条边分别连接有支撑骨，支撑骨的两端分别与其靠近的连接片连接，滤网龙骨、滤网、支撑骨构成了滤网主体，柔性片弯曲滤网主体呈三角波状，三角波状的滤网主体置于后框内，后框的上下侧壁上分别设有伸入支撑骨间的三角形限位凸起；本发明可以彻底清除灰尘而不影响过滤性能，提高滤网的使用寿命，减少维护保养费用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车装配用零部件，特别是涉及一种可拆卸车用滤网。
背景技术
我国是汽车工业大国，也是汽车消费大国，汽车保有量日益增多，汽车已经成为民众不可或缺的工具，为了保证汽车能够长期稳定的运转，对车辆定期保养是必不可少的，其中就包括对气体进行过滤的滤网，如空气滤清器、空调滤网、水箱滤网等，这些滤网为了可以在较小的空间内获得较大的有效过滤面积，常常采用呈三角波状折叠的滤网，但这种滤网积尘以后波谷内的灰尘杂物很难清理，只能整体更换，这无形提高了车辆保养的成本，这仍有待于技术解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种可拆卸车用滤网。
本发明采用的技术方案为：一种可拆卸车用滤网，其特征在于包括条形滤网、滤网龙骨、前框和后框，滤网龙骨设有两根主骨，两根主骨通过可弯折的纵向的柔性片连接，两根主骨在柔性片两侧相反的方向上设有连接片，滤网宽度方向上与滤网龙骨间隔排布，滤网与滤网龙骨相邻的两条边分别与其靠近的连接片连接，滤网另两条边分别连接有支撑骨，支撑骨的两端分别与其靠近的连接片连接，滤网龙骨、滤网、支撑骨构成了滤网主体，柔性片弯曲滤网主体呈三角波状，三角波状的滤网主体置于后框内，后框的上下侧壁上分别设有伸入支撑骨间的三角形限位凸起，前框扣合在后框上，后框连接有伸入支撑骨间的三角形定位凸起。
进一步的，所述柔性片为向其纵向中线逐渐减薄的塑料片。
进一步的，所述柔性片为向其纵向中线逐渐减薄的橡胶片。
进一步的，所述滤网主体为环形。
本发明将整个滤网分成若干条形滤网片，然后用柔性片连接的龙骨将条形滤网片连接起来，形成一个整片，柔性片弯折可以形成三角波状的折叠滤网，嵌入框架内，在积尘后可以拆卸下来展开清理，可以彻底清除灰尘而不影响过滤性能，可以大大提高滤网的使用寿命，减少维护保养费用，降低用车成本。

本发明实施例一如图1至3所示，该可拆卸车用滤网设有若干条形滤网1和若干滤网龙骨2以及前框3和后框4，滤网和滤网龙骨的具体数量可以根据需要获得的有效过滤面积来确定，滤网龙骨设有两根主骨，两根主骨通过可弯折的纵向的柔性片6连接，柔性片可为向其纵向中线逐渐减薄的塑料片或橡胶片，本实施例为一体成型的塑料片，两根主骨在柔性片两侧相反的方向上设有连接片7，滤网宽度方向上与滤网龙骨间隔排布，滤网与滤网龙骨相邻的两条边分别与其靠近的连接片连接，本实施例采用热压合连接，还可以采用压条连接，滤网另两条边分别连接有支撑骨8，支撑骨的两端分别与其靠近的连接片连接，形成一个方形框架，由滤网龙骨、滤网、支撑骨构成了滤网主体，柔性片弯曲滤网主体呈三角波状，三角波状的滤网主体置于后框内，后框的上下侧壁上分别设有伸入支撑骨间的三角形限位凸起9，前框扣合在后框上，后框连接有伸入支撑骨间的三角形定位凸起10，对滤网主体实施定位，接缝处密封性能要求高的可以设置密封条。

1.一种可拆卸车用滤网，其特征在于包括条形滤网、滤网龙骨、前框和后框，滤网龙骨设有两根主骨，两根主骨通过可弯折的纵向的柔性片连接，两根主骨在柔性片两侧相反的方向上设有连接片，滤网宽度方向上与滤网龙骨间隔排布，滤网与滤网龙骨相邻的两条边分别与其靠近的连接片连接，滤网另两条边分别连接有支撑骨，支撑骨的两端分别与其靠近的连接片连接形成一个方形框架，滤网龙骨、滤网、支撑骨构成了滤网主体，柔性片弯曲使滤网主体呈三角波状，三角波状的滤网主体置于后框内，后框的上下侧壁上分别设有伸入支撑骨间的三角形限位凸起，前框扣合在后框上，后框连接有伸入支撑骨间的三角形定位凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸车用滤网，其特征在于所述柔性片为向其纵向中线逐渐减薄的塑料片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸车用滤网，其特征在于所述柔性片为向其纵向中线逐渐减薄的橡胶片。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的可拆卸车用滤网，其特征在于所述滤网主体为环形。
