Abstract
本发明提供了一种带有装饰窗的金属门扇，其采用夹层结构，包括面板层、夹心层和底板层，面板层和底板层都采用金属面板制成，所述面板层上设有至少一个装饰窗，每个装饰窗内均固定安装有金属照片或玻璃画；当面板层的装饰窗内安装金属照片时，其对应位置的夹心层采用填充材料进行填充；当面板层的装饰窗内安装玻璃画时，其对应位置的夹心层采用装饰门花进行加固。本金属门扇由于在其装饰窗内可设置色彩丰富内容生动的金属照片或玻璃画，因此可根据客户的需求为每个家庭单独定制出与众不同且与环境更加协调的金属门扇，充分满足客户的个性化要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属门扇，具体是一种带有装饰窗的金属门扇。
背景技术
金属门扇由于具有坚固耐用且易于加工的特性，应用十分广泛，但目前市面上的金属门扇往往千篇一律、色彩单调、结构简单、造型生硬，不易与周围环境及室内环境相协调，因此显得不太美观，随着人们生活水平的提高，每家每户都希望能拥有一个更具个性化且更加美观的金属门扇。
金属照片是一种新兴的数码影像印刷技术，其利用特殊的工艺技术，使用专门设备，将照片直接制作在特制的金属板上。金属照片的效果比纸质照片更清晰，更靓丽，由于具有极其强烈的金属质感，使照片显得更高档更豪华，而且金属照片耐水洗、耐腐蚀、耐强光暴晒、不褪色，理论上保存时间可超过百年。
玻璃画是玻璃增值技术的一种，其核心技术是在玻璃上应用特殊的工艺和设备将图片或影像进行全透、高清、高度保真和色彩还原的艺术处理，制作出完美的影像，其画面绚丽不失清雅，生动不失精致，而且玻璃画也具有耐水洗、耐腐蚀、耐强光暴晒的特性。
为了构建更具个性化且更加美观的金属门扇，我们在金属门扇上设置装饰窗，并在装饰窗内设置色彩丰富、内容生动的金属照片或玻璃画，从而为每个家庭构建出与众不同且与环境更加协调的金属门扇。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有装饰窗的金属门扇，以解决目前市面上的金属门扇千篇一律过于单调且与环境不协调的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种带有装饰窗的金属门扇，其特征是：所述金属门扇采用夹层结构，包括面板层、夹心层和底板层，面板层和底板层都采用金属面板制成，所述面板层上设有至少一个装饰窗，每个装饰窗内均固定安装有金属照片或玻璃画；当面板层的装饰窗内安装金属照片时，其对应位置的夹心层采用填充材料进行填充；当面板层的装饰窗内安装玻璃画时，其对应位置的夹心层采用装饰门花进行加固。
优选的，所述底板层上也设有至少一个装饰窗，每个装饰窗内均固定安装有金属照片或玻璃画。
优选的，所述填充材料可采用泡沫或蜂窝纸。
优选的，所述面板层上的装饰窗设有上、下两个。
优选的，所述面板层和底板层可以采用不锈钢板材、铝合金板材、铜板材或镀铝锌钢板进行制作。
优选的，所述装饰窗的边框上还设有一圈装饰镶边。
优选的，所述玻璃画可以采用冰晶玻璃画、艺术玻璃画、魔漫印象玻璃画、工艺玻璃画或水晶玻璃画等。
优选的，所述金属门扇可以是单开门扇、子母门扇、双开门扇或四开门扇。
本发明的有益效果为：本带有装饰窗的金属门扇由于在其面板层和底板层的装饰窗内可设置色彩丰富内容生动的金属照片或玻璃画，因此可根据客户的需求为每个家庭单独定制出与众不同且与环境更加协调的金属门扇，充分满足客户的个性化要求，使门扇除了作为门进行基本使用外，还可以当作一件艺术装饰品进行欣赏，从而美化了人们的生活环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
以面板层上设有上下两个装饰窗的单开金属门扇为例，如图1至图3所示，本金属门扇采用夹层结构，包括面板层1、夹心层2和底板层3，面板层1和底板层3都采用金属面板制成，所述面板层1上设有上、下两个装饰窗4，每个装饰窗4内均固定安装有金属照片或玻璃画，玻璃画可以采用冰晶玻璃画、艺术玻璃画、魔漫印象玻璃画、工艺玻璃画或水晶玻璃画等，装饰窗4的边框上还设有一圈装饰镶边5；当面板层1的装饰窗4内安装金属照片时，其对应位置的夹心层2采用泡沫或蜂窝纸等填充材料进行填充；当面板层1的装饰窗4内安装玻璃画时，其对应位置的夹心层2采用装饰门花6进行加固，以起到防盗的作用。
另外，为了使金属门扇的内侧也能和外侧一样和谐美观，所述金属门扇的底板层3上也可以设有相应的装饰窗4，装饰窗4内可根据门内的装修风格选择安装相应金属照片或玻璃画。

Claims (8)
1.一种带有装饰窗的金属门扇，其特征是：所述金属门扇采用夹层结构，包括面板层（1）、夹心层（2）和底板层（3），面板层（1）和底板层（3）都采用金属面板制成，所述面板层（1）上设有至少一个装饰窗（4），每个装饰窗（4）内均固定安装有金属照片或玻璃画；当面板层（1）的装饰窗（4）内安装金属照片时，其对应位置的夹心层（2）采用填充材料进行填充；当面板层（1）的装饰窗（4）内安装玻璃画时，其对应位置的夹心层（2）采用装饰门花（6）进行加固。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属门扇，其特征是：所述底板层（3）上也设有至少一个装饰窗（4），每个装饰窗（4）内均固定安装有金属照片或玻璃画。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属门扇，其特征是：所述填充材料采用泡沫或蜂窝纸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的金属门扇，其特征是：所述面板层（1）上的装饰窗（4）设有上、下两个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的金属门扇箱，其特征是：所述面板层（1）和底板层（3）采用不锈钢板材或铝合金板材或铜板材或镀铝锌钢板进行制作。
6.根据权利要求1所述的金属门扇，其特征是：所述装饰窗（4）的边框上还设有一圈装饰镶边（5）。
7.根据权利要求1所述的金属门扇，其特征是：所述玻璃画采用冰晶玻璃画或艺术玻璃画或魔漫印象玻璃画或工艺玻璃画或水晶玻璃画。
8.根据权利要求1所述的金属门扇，其特征是：所述金属门扇是单开门扇或子母门扇或双开门扇或四开门扇。
