技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温防火的橱柜用板材,属于橱柜家居制造领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对家居的选择,尤其是对家居产品材质的要求越来越高,既要求环保无污染性,也要求耐磨经用,还要求美观实用,因此各类家居板材正朝着不同维度的方向发展。由于橱柜是置于厨房内的家居产品,因此橱柜产品的板材除了需要满足上述要求外,还需要满足耐火防潮等需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温防火的橱柜用板材,该板材制得的橱柜不仅耐高温防火,而且防潮性能也很好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种耐高温防火的橱柜用板材,从外到内依次由防火层、上加强层、芯层、下加强层和防潮层组成;
其中,所述防火层由如下质量份数的组分组成:60~80份聚丙烯、30~40份粘结剂、15~20份增塑剂、20~25份增韧剂、15~25阻燃剂、20~30份玻璃纤维、20~30份硅酸铝纤维、3~5份磷酸铝钠、15~20份石灰石粉、3~5份氯化钾、5~8份双醛淀粉、3~5份铝矾土、6~8份硅酸钠、2~3份氯化石蜡、2~3份氯化橡胶、3~5份硼酸铝、6~8份环氧树脂、1~2份氮化铝粉、10~20份聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、6~10份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2~3份四氧化三铁以及2~4份硫酸亚铁;
所述芯层为木质纤维板,所述芯层由如下质量份数的组分组成:50~60份植物纤维粉末、30~40份玻璃纤维、40~50份硼酸钠、20~30份苯乙烯、20~25份胶粘剂以及20~30份脲醛树脂;
所述防潮层的一面固定黏贴在所述下加强层上,所述防潮层的另一面上设有多个镂空状凹槽,每个所述镂空状凹槽内设有碳颗粒层或所述防潮层另一面上附有吸水树脂膜。
其中,所述防火层的厚度为2~3mm,所述上加强层的厚度为1~1.5mm,所述芯层的厚度为2~3mm,所述下加强层的厚度为1~1.5mm,所述防潮层的厚度为2mm。
其中,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝按质量比1∶1的混合。
其中,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按体积比1∶1的混合。
其中,所述增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。
其中,所述碳颗粒层的厚度为1mm。
其中,所述吸水树脂膜的厚度为0.5~1mm。
有益效果:相比于现有技术中橱柜用板材都是简单的纤维板,本发明耐高温防火橱柜用板材带有多层结构,不仅外侧含有防火层,内侧还含有防潮层,且在芯层的上下两层设置了加强层,从而提高了板材的强度,本发明板材中的防火层具有良好的耐高温性能,从而有效提高了板材的防火效果,板材中的防潮层能有效吸收橱柜内空气中的水蒸气,从而保持橱柜内干燥,防止放置在橱柜内的物品产生潮气。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,本发明耐高温防火橱柜用板材,从外到内依次由防火层1、上加强层2、芯层3、下加强层4和防潮层5组成,防火层1、上加强层2、芯层3、下加强层4和防潮层5相邻两者之间通过防水性的粘合剂固定贴合,上加强层2和下加强层4为高密度板;其中,防火层1由如下质量份数的组分组成:60~80份聚丙烯、30~40份粘结剂、15~20份增塑剂、20~25份增韧剂、15~25阻燃剂、20~30份玻璃纤维、20~30份硅酸铝纤维、3~5份磷酸铝钠、15~20份石灰石粉、3~5份氯化钾、5~8份双醛淀粉、3~5份铝矾土、6~8份硅酸钠、2~3份氯化石蜡、2~3份氯化橡胶、3~5份硼酸铝、6~8份环氧树脂、1~2份氮化铝粉、10~20份聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、6~10份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2~3份四氧化三铁以及2~4份硫酸亚铁,阻燃剂为氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝按质量比1∶1的混合,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按体积比1∶1的混合,增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物;芯层3为木质纤维板,芯层3由如下质量份数的组分组成:50~60份植物纤维粉末、30~40份玻璃纤维、40~50份硼酸钠、20~30份苯乙烯、20~25份胶粘剂以及20~30份脲醛树脂;防潮层5一面固定黏贴在下加强层4上,防潮层5的另一面上设有多个镂空状凹槽9,每个镂空状凹槽9内设有碳颗粒层6,碳颗粒层6的厚度为1mm;或者防潮层5的另一面上附有吸水树脂膜7,吸水树脂膜7的厚度为0.5mm,当吸水树脂膜7达到吸水饱和时,可以将该膜从板材上撕下,重新粘附新的吸水膜上去。
防火层1的厚度为2~3mm,上加强层2的厚度为1~1.5mm,芯层3的厚度为2~3mm,下加强层4的厚度为1~1.5mm,防潮层5的厚度为2mm。

本发明耐高温防火橱柜用板材,从外到内依次包括防火层1、上加强层2、芯层3、下加强层4和防潮层5;其中,防火层1由如下质量份数的组分组成:60份聚丙烯、30份粘结剂、15份增塑剂、20份增韧剂、15阻燃剂、20份玻璃纤维、20份硅酸铝纤维、3份磷酸铝钠、15份石灰石粉、3份氯化钾、5份双醛淀粉、3份铝矾土、6份硅酸钠、2份氯化石蜡、2份氯化橡胶、3份硼酸铝、6份环氧树脂、1份氮化铝粉、10份聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、6份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2份四氧化三铁以及2份硫酸亚铁,阻燃剂为氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝按质量比1∶1的混合,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按体积比1∶1的混合,增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物;芯层3为木质纤维板,芯层3由如下质量份数的组分组成:50份植物纤维粉末、30份玻璃纤维、40份硼酸钠、20份苯乙烯、20份胶粘剂以及20份脲醛树脂;防潮层5一面固定黏贴在下加强层4上,防潮层5的另一面上设有多个镂空状凹槽9,每个镂空状凹槽9内设有碳颗粒层6,碳颗粒层6的厚度为1mm;或者防潮层5的另一面附有吸水树脂膜7,吸水树脂膜7的厚度为0.5mm;防火层1的厚度为3mm,上加强层2的厚度为1mm,芯层3的厚度为3mm,下加强层4的厚度为1mm,防潮层5的厚度为2mm。
实施例2
本发明耐高温防火橱柜用板材,从外到内依次包括防火层1、上加强层2、芯层3、下加强层4和防潮层5;其中,防火层1由如下质量份数的组分组成:80份聚丙烯、40份粘结剂、20份增塑剂、25份增韧剂、25阻燃剂、30份玻璃纤维、30份硅酸铝纤维、5份磷酸铝钠、20份石灰石粉、5份氯化钾、8份双醛淀粉、5份铝矾土、8份硅酸钠、3份氯化石蜡、3份氯化橡胶、5份硼酸铝、8份环氧树脂、2份氮化铝粉、20份聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、10份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、3份四氧化三铁以及4份硫酸亚铁,阻燃剂为氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝按质量比1∶1的混合,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按体积比1∶1的混合,增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物;芯层3为木质纤维板,芯层3由如下质量份数的组分组成:60份植物纤维粉末、40份玻璃纤维、50份硼酸钠、30份苯乙烯、25份胶粘剂以及30份脲醛树脂;防潮层5一面固定黏贴在下加强层4上,防潮层5的另一面上设有多个镂空状凹槽9,每个镂空状凹槽9内设有碳颗粒层6,碳颗粒层6的厚度为1mm;或者防潮层5的另一面附有吸水树脂膜7,吸水树脂膜7的厚度为0.5mm;防火层1的厚度为2mm,上加强层2的厚度为1.5mm,芯层3的厚度为2mm,下加强层4的厚度为1.5mm,防潮层5的厚度为2mm。
实施例3
本发明耐高温防火橱柜用板材,从外到内依次包括防火层1、上加强层2、芯层3、下加强层4和防潮层5;其中,防火层1由如下质量份数的组分组成:70份聚丙烯、35份粘结剂、18份增塑剂、23份增韧剂、20阻燃剂、25份玻璃纤维、25份硅酸铝纤维、4份磷酸铝钠、16份石灰石粉、4份氯化钾、6份双醛淀粉、4份铝矾土、7份硅酸钠、2.5份氯化石蜡、2.5份氯化橡胶、4份硼酸铝、7份环氧树脂、1.5份氮化铝粉、15份聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、8份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2.5份四氧化三铁以及3份硫酸亚铁,阻燃剂为氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝按质量比1∶1的混合,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按体积比1∶1的混合,增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物;芯层3为木质纤维板,芯层3由如下质量份数的组分组成:55份植物纤维粉末、35份玻璃纤维、45份硼酸钠、25份苯乙烯、22份胶粘剂以及25份脲醛树脂;防潮层5一面固定黏贴在下加强层4上,防潮层5的另一面上设有多个镂空状凹槽9,每个镂空状凹槽9内设有碳颗粒层6,碳颗粒层6的厚度为1mm;或者防潮层5的另一面附有吸水树脂膜7,吸水树脂膜7的厚度为0.5mm;防火层1的厚度为2.5mm,上加强层2的厚度为1mm,芯层3的厚度为2.5mm,下加强层4的厚度为1mm,防潮层5的厚度为2mm。
另外,本发明板材的防火层还具有良好的耐碱性,将质量百分比浓度为5%的NaOH溶液滴在防火层表面,防火层表面没有出现起泡或其他异常现象。
对实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的板材和市场上现有板材进行防火等级测试,防火等级测试标准为GB/T5464-1999,实验结果见表1:

由表1可知,相比于现有板材,本发明的板材具有更好的耐高温防火性能,不易燃烧。
对实施例1、实施例2、实施例3板材制得的橱柜和市场上现有板材组合成的橱柜进行防潮测试,春夏季节将相同的四袋花生米分别置于实施例1、实施例2、实施例3板材和市场上现有板材组合成的橱柜中,得到的结果如表2所示:

由表2可知,在空气湿度比较大的季节中,采用本发明板材得到的橱柜能够使放置在其中的物品保持更长时间的干燥度。
Claims (7)
1.一种耐高温防火的橱柜用板材,其特征在于:从外到内依次由防火层、上加强层、芯层、下加强层和防潮层组成;
其中,所述防火层由如下质量份数的组分组成:60~80份聚丙烯、30~40份粘结剂、15~20份增塑剂、20~25份增韧剂、15~25阻燃剂、20~30份玻璃纤维、20~30份硅酸铝纤维、3~5份磷酸铝钠、15~20份石灰石粉、3~5份氯化钾、5~8份双醛淀粉、3~5份铝矾土、6~8份硅酸钠、2~3份氯化石蜡、2~3份氯化橡胶、3~5份硼酸铝、6~8份环氧树脂、1~2份氮化铝粉、10~20份聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、6~10份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2~3份四氧化三铁以及2~4份硫酸亚铁;
所述芯层为木质纤维板,所述芯层由如下质量份数的组分组成:50~60份植物纤维粉末、30~40份玻璃纤维、40~50份硼酸钠、20~30份苯乙烯、20~25份胶粘剂以及20~30份脲醛树脂;
所述防潮层的一面固定黏贴在所述下加强层上,所述防潮层的另一面上设有多个镂空状凹槽,每个所述镂空状凹槽内设有碳颗粒层或所述防潮层另一面上附有吸水树脂膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防火的橱柜用板材,其特征在于:所述防火层的厚度为2~3mm,所述上加强层的厚度为1~1.5mm,所述芯层的厚度为2~3mm,所述下加强层的厚度为1~1.5mm,所述防潮层的厚度为2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防火的橱柜用板材,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝按质量比1:1的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防火的橱柜用板材,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按体积比1:1的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防火的橱柜用板材,其特征在于:所述增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防火的橱柜用板材,其特征在于:所述碳颗粒层的厚度为1mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防火的橱柜用板材,其特征在于:所述吸水树脂膜的厚度为0.5~1mm。
