本发明公开了一种拖车用紧凑智能收绳器,包括拖车绳、饼状的外壳、用于盘绕拉车绳的绞绳盘组件和驱动机构,所述绞绳盘组件通过设置于外壳内侧壁的环形限位槽与外壳以可绕中心轴线转动连接,所述驱动机构包括电机和当拉车绳松弛时用于控制电机转动的控制组件;通过电机的转子带动绞绳盘组件转动,并可以使下垂的拖车绳自动绕绞绳盘组件缠绕,避免拖车绳由于过长而下垂到地面造成污染,当拖车绳被拉直拖车时,控制器控制电机不转动,拖车绳松弛时控制器控制电机转动,合理控制收绳速度,结构简单,外壳和绞绳盘组件可采用质量轻的高强度塑料,整体重量轻,操作安全方便,便于推广,成本低廉,易于装配。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车辅助配件领域,具体是一种拖车用紧凑智能收绳器。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,人们出行的交通工具多使用汽车,使得汽车数量持续上涨,汽车使用日趋平凡,不可避免地会发生汽车在路上发生故障无法行驶,这时候比较有效的解决方式就是由别的车辆拖行离开事故地点避免堵塞交通并进行维修,在拖行故障车辆时,两辆汽车之间通常使用拖车绳进行牵引,拖车绳的长度需要根据不同的实际状况进行调节,但是现有技术中的拖车绳的长度不可调节,而过长的拖车绳也不容易收藏放置,并且为了拖动过程中拉力瞬间过大,会使用具有弹性的拖车绳起到一定缓冲作用,但是使用这种在挂钩脱落等意外发生时,挂钩会回弹击伤车体或行人,存在一定的安全隐患。
因此,为解决以上问题,需要一种电动绞绳装置,能够根据车距调节拖车绳的长度,避免拖车绳下落到地面,并且拖车绳易于收缩并放置。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的缺陷,能够根据车距调节拖车绳的长度,避免拖车绳下落到地面,并且拖车绳易于收缩并放置。
本发明的拖车用紧凑智能收绳器,包括拖车绳、饼状的外壳、用于盘绕拉车绳的绞绳盘组件和驱动机构,所述绞绳盘组件通过设置于外壳内侧壁的环形限位槽与外壳以可绕中心轴线转动连接,所述驱动机构包括电机和当拉车绳松弛时用于控制电机转动的控制组件,所述控制组件包括安装于拉成绳上的张力传感器和用于接收所述张力传感器的输出信号的控制器,所述控制器控制电机转动,所述张力传感器固定于外壳的外侧壁且所述外壳侧壁设置过线孔;所述电机固定安装于外壳内部;电机的转子与绞绳盘组件中心固定连接并且带动绞绳盘组件转动。
进一步,所述绞绳盘组件包括绞绳盘本体和龙门架结构的绞绳架,所述绞绳架为两个且径向对称设置于绞绳盘本体中心。
进一步,所述驱动装置还包括可充电的锂电池,所述锂电池为电机和控制组件提供电源。
进一步,所述环形限位槽内设置有用于减小绞绳盘组件转动阻力的滚珠。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的拖车用紧凑智能收绳器,通过电机的转子带动绞绳盘组件转动,并可以使下垂的拖车绳自动绕绞绳盘组件缠绕,避免拖车绳由于过长而下垂到地面造成污染,同时避免拖车绳1上的挂钩脱落,当拖车绳被拉直拖车时,控制器控制电机不转动,拖车绳松弛时控制器控制电机转动,合理控制收绳速度,结构简单,外壳和绞绳盘组件可采用质量轻的高强度塑料,整体重量轻,操作安全方便,便于推广,成本低廉,易于装配。

具体实施方式
图1为本发明的结构示意图,图2为绞绳盘组件的结构示意图,图3为图2的左视图,如图所示,本实施例中的一种电动收缩式拖车绳1总成,电动收缩式拖车绳1总成,包括拖车绳1、饼状的外壳5、用于盘绕拉车绳的绞绳盘组件和驱动机构,所述绞绳盘组件通过设置于外壳5内侧壁的环形限位槽62与外壳5以可绕中心轴线转动连接,所述驱动机构包括电机8和当拉车绳松弛时用于控制电机转动的控制组件,所述控制组件包括安装于拉成绳上的张力传感器7和用于接收所述张力传感器的输出信号的控制器4,所述控制器4控制电机8转动,所述张力传感器固定于外壳的外侧壁且所述外壳侧壁设置过线孔9;所述电机8固定安装于外壳5内部;电机8的转子3与绞绳盘组件中心固定连接并且带动绞绳盘组件转动;所述控制器为现有的51单片机,通过张力传感器检测拖车绳的张力值并将检测信号输入控制器中,控制器将输入信号与存储于控制器内的阈值(阈值张力较小)比较,当拖车时,当拖车绳的张力大于阈值时,控制器控制电机不运转,避免电能的浪费;张力传感器为现有技术,在此不再赘述;当然,壳体设置有断电开关,不用时,断电放置;通过电机的转子带动绞绳盘组件转动,并可以使下垂的拖车绳1自动绕绞绳盘组件缠绕,避免拖车绳1由于过长而下垂到地面造成污染,同时避免拖车绳1上的挂钩脱落,当拖车绳1被拉直拖车时,控制器控制电机不转动,拖车绳松弛时控制器控制电机转动,合理控制收绳速度,结构简单,外壳5和绞绳盘组件可采用质量轻的高强度塑料,整体重量轻,操作安全方便,便于推广,成本低廉,易于装配。
本实施例中,所述绞绳盘组件包括绞绳盘本体6和龙门架结构的绞绳架2,所述绞绳架2为两个且径向对称设置于绞绳盘本体6中心;所述龙门架结构的绞绳架2下端固定设置于绞绳盘本体6的表面,拖车绳1从一个通绳孔传入,并依次穿过两个龙门架,并从另一个通绳孔穿出,通过这种结构绞绳盘组件的结构,能够实现当拖车绳1完全拉直时,拖车绳1能够承受较大的拉伸力,保证拖车顺利进行。
本实施例中,所述驱动装置还包括可充电的锂电池,所述锂电池为电机8和控制组件提供电源;通过锂电池为电机8、控制器和张力传感器提供电能工作,同时电源采用可充电式的设置,方便电源循环利用,减少使用干电池,节约使用成本。
本实施例中,所述环形限位槽62内设置有用于减小绞绳盘组件转动阻力的滚珠61;所述滚珠61设置于绞线盘本体的边缘的上下两侧并通过限位槽沿绞线盘本体的径向限位(可通过减小槽口宽度避免滚珠61脱落出限位槽),保证绞绳盘组件转动顺滑,避免卡涉。

1.一种拖车用紧凑智能收绳器,其特征在于:包括拖车绳、饼状的外壳、用于盘绕拉车绳的绞绳盘组件和驱动机构,所述绞绳盘组件通过设置于外壳内侧壁的环形限位槽与外壳以可绕中心轴线转动连接,所述驱动机构包括电机和当拉车绳松弛时用于控制电机转动的控制组件,所述控制组件包括安装于拉成绳上的张力传感器和用于接收所述张力传感器的输出信号的控制器,所述控制器控制电机转动,所述张力传感器固定于外壳的外侧壁且所述外壳侧壁设置过线孔;所述电机固定安装于外壳内部;电机的转子与绞绳盘组件中心固定连接并且带动绞绳盘组件转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拖车用紧凑智能收绳器,其特征在于:所述绞绳盘组件包括绞绳盘本体和龙门架结构的绞绳架,所述绞绳架为两个且径向对称设置于绞绳盘本体中心。
3.根据权利要求2所述的拖车用紧凑智能收绳器,其特征在于:所述驱动装置还包括可充电的锂电池,所述锂电池为电机和控制组件提供电源。
4.根据权利要求3所述的拖车用紧凑智能收绳器,其特征在于:所述环形限位槽内设置有用于减小绞绳盘组件转动阻力的滚珠。
