Abstract

本发明提供了一种带防老化层的SBS改性沥青防水卷材，该防水卷材为层状结构，由上至下依次包括TPO防老化层、上无纺布增强层、SBS防水层和下无纺布增强层，所述上无纺布增强层和下无纺布增强层是由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维及碳纤维相互交错压制而成，其中所述聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维及碳纤维所占重量百分配比为30％～40％：30％～40％：20％～40％。本发明增设了TPO防老化层，由于TPO树脂是由EPDM/PP共混的产物，因此耐臭氧老化及耐水性极佳，将TPO防老化层作为SBS改性沥青的表层，该材料应用于屋面工程时不用做防老化层，减轻了屋面的重量，节约了工程成本。

Description

带防老化层的SBS改性沥青防水卷材
技术领域
本发明属于防水卷材技术领域，尤其是涉及一种带防老化层的SBS改性沥青防水卷材。
背景技术
SBS改性沥青防水卷材，这种卷材具有很好的耐高温性能，可以在-25到+100℃的温度范围内使用，有较高的弹性和耐疲劳性，以及高达1500%的伸长率和较强的耐穿刺能力、耐撕裂能力。适合于寒冷地区，以及变形和振动较大的工业与民用建筑的防水工程。
现有的SBS改性沥青防水卷材为了防止老化，在应用于屋面工程时必须覆盖20mm厚水泥砂浆防老化层，增加了屋面的重量，同时工程成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题，提供一种带防老化层的SBS改性沥青防水卷材。
为实现上述技术目的，达到上述技术效果，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种带防老化层的SBS改性沥青防水卷材，该防水卷材为层状结构，由上至下依次包括TPO防老化层、上无纺布增强层、SBS防水层和下无纺布增强层，所述上无纺布增强层和下无纺布增强层是由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维及碳纤维相互交错压制而成，其中所述聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维及碳纤维所占重量百分配比为30％～40％：30％～40％：20％～40％。
进一步的，所述TPO防老化层的厚度为0.8～1.2mm。
进一步的，所述SBS防水层的厚度为0.5～0.7mm。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明增设了TPO防老化层，由于TPO树脂是由EPDM/PP共混的产物，因此耐臭氧老化及耐水性极佳，将TPO防老化层作为SBS改性沥青的表层，该材料应用于屋面工程时不用做防老化层，减轻了屋面的重量，节约了工程成本。

本实施例所述的带防老化层的SBS改性沥青防水卷材，如图1所示，该防水卷材为层状结构，由上至下依次包括TPO防老化层1、上无纺布增强层2、SBS防水层3和下无纺布增强层4，所述上无纺布增强层2和下无纺布增强层4是由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维及碳纤维相互交错压制而成，其中所述聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维及碳纤维所占重量百分配比为30％～40％：30％～40％：20％～40％。
进一步的，所述TPO防老化层1的厚度为0.8～1.2mm。
进一步的，所述SBS防水层3的厚度为0.5～0.7mm。

1.一种带防老化层的SBS改性沥青防水卷材，该防水卷材为层状结构，其特征在于：由上至下依次包括TPO防老化层（1）、上无纺布增强层（2）、SBS防水层（3）和下无纺布增强层（4），所述上无纺布增强层（2）和下无纺布增强层（4）是由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维及碳纤维相互交错压制而成，其中所述聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维及碳纤维所占重量百分配比为30％～40％：30％～40％：20％～40％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带防老化层的SBS改性沥青防水卷材，其特征在于：所述TPO防老化层（1）的厚度为0.8～1.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带防老化层的SBS改性沥青防水卷材，其特征在于：所述SBS防水层（3）的厚度为0.5～0.7mm。
