本发明涉及一种组合刀具,其设有一刀杆,刀杆上安装有若干把键槽刀,每把键槽刀通过紧固螺钉和楔块安装固定在刀杆上相应的槽中,键槽刀切削刃与工件接触长度小于10㎜。楔块由内六角螺钉固定,内六角螺钉拉动楔块夹紧键槽刀。本发明每把键槽刀切削刃与工件接触面积大大减少,避免出现震刀、避刀等现象,提高了工件加工质量和机床寿命。其结构简单,价格低廉,操作使用方便,特别适用于键槽宽度≥16㎜的键槽插销加工使用。

本发明涉及一种组合刀具,具体地说是一种组合刀具。
背景技术
我们知道,目前,在轮毂上加工键槽,常用的有两种方法:一是在拉床上用拉刀拉削,拉刀造价高;二是在插(刨)床上插削,键槽刀制作简单,但键槽刀切削刃与工件接触宽度大,只能插削键槽宽度≤14㎜的键槽,当插削键槽宽度≥16㎜的键槽就会出现震刀、避刀等现象,影响工件加工质量和机床寿命。目前,市场上没有用来加工16㎜≤键槽宽度≤28㎜的专用组合刀具。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,使用方便、灵活,成本低廉的的键槽加工组合刀具。其适用于插削加工键槽宽度≥16㎜的键槽。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种组合刀具,其设有一刀杆,其特征在于:刀杆上安装有若干把键槽刀,每把键槽刀通过紧固螺钉和楔块安装固定在刀杆上相应的槽中,键槽刀切削刃与工件接触长度小于10㎜。
本发明所说的楔块由内六角螺钉固定,内六角螺钉拉动楔块夹紧键槽刀。
本发明由于采用上述结构,一刀杆上安装有若个把键槽刀,对照现有技术,每把键槽刀切削刃与工件接触面积大大减少,避免出现震刀、避刀等现象,提高了工件加工质量和机床寿命。本发明结构简单,价格低廉,操作使用方便,特别适用于键槽宽度≥16㎜的键槽插销加工使用。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述:利用紧固螺钉固定住键槽刀,
从图1中可以看出,一种组合刀具,其设有一刀杆2,其特征在于:刀杆2上安装有若干把键槽刀1,每把键槽刀1通过紧固螺钉3和楔块5安装固定在刀杆2上相应的槽中,键槽刀1切削刃与工件接触长度小于10㎜。利用紧固螺钉3固定住每把键槽刀1,使多把键槽刀的切削刃位于同一基面上。
本发明所说的楔块5由内六角螺钉4固定,内六角螺钉4拉动楔块5夹紧键槽刀1。
本发明使用时,多把键槽刀的切削刃处于同一基面,当插床滑枕向下移动插削时,由多把键槽刀共同完成机床每次进给键槽深度加工。每把键槽刀切削刃与工件接触面积大大减少,避免出现震刀、避刀等现象,提高了工件加工质量和机床寿命。本发明结构简单,价格低廉,操作使用方便,特别适用于键槽宽度≥16㎜的键槽插销加工使用。减少了切削刃与工件的接触面积。

1.一种组合刀具,其设有一刀杆,其特征在于:刀杆上安装有若干把键槽刀,每把键槽刀通过紧固螺钉和楔块安装固定在刀杆上相应的槽中,键槽刀切削刃与工件接触长度小于10㎜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合刀具,其特征是:所说的楔块由内六角螺钉固定,内六角螺钉拉动楔块夹紧键槽刀。
