Abstract
一种防止带锁髓内钉交锁钉退钉,包括髓内钉主钉,所述髓内钉主钉上部侧面设有交锁孔,交锁孔内设有内螺纹,交锁钉与交锁孔内的内螺纹配合,交锁钉上设有外螺纹;本发明的优点是采用不同型式的内外螺纹进行配合,因此外螺纹可以轻松旋入内螺纹中,从而起到防止退钉的目的。内、外螺纹采用不同类型,内外螺纹中存在的间隙很大,不会因为髓内钉的轻微变形而影响交锁钉的打入,这样既解决了交锁钉打入的问题,也解决了交锁钉退钉的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是涉及一种防止带锁髓内钉交锁钉退钉。
背景技术
近年来,带锁髓内钉已广泛应用于长管状的骨折固定,其手术中创面小、可闭合复位,固定牢固,可有效防止旋转等特点已有共识。然而目前带锁髓内钉在设计也有一些小问题会造成骨折内固定的失败。其中,交锁钉退钉就是其中的一个。造成交锁钉退钉的原因是髓内钉主钉上的交锁孔采用光孔设计,为了方便交锁钉打入,交锁孔内径比交锁钉外径大0.2—0.3mm,因此当肌肉韧带受力收缩,交锁钉极易从交锁孔中退出,造成骨折内固定的失败。在髓内钉交锁孔上加工与交锁钉相同的螺纹,可以防止退钉。但是由于交锁钉外螺纹一般是皮质骨螺纹(浅螺纹)、松质骨螺纹(深螺纹)、对称螺纹等非标准螺纹,需要定制特殊螺纹刀具,加工成本高,而且内外螺纹相互配合时间隙小也增加了交锁钉瞄准打入的难度。
发明内容
为克服上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种防止带锁髓内钉交锁钉退钉,包括髓内钉主钉,所述髓内钉主钉上部侧面设有交锁孔,交锁孔内设有内螺纹,交锁钉与交锁孔内的内螺纹配合,交锁钉上设有外螺纹。
优选地,所述交锁孔上的内螺纹为三角螺纹或梯形螺纹或矩形螺纹。
优选地,所述交锁钉上的外螺纹为皮质骨螺纹或松质骨螺纹或对称螺纹。
优选地,所述交锁孔上的内螺纹螺距与交锁钉上的外螺纹螺距相等。
优选地,所述交锁孔上的内螺纹牙宽大于交锁钉上的外螺纹牙宽,因此外螺纹可以轻松旋入内螺纹中,从而起到防止退钉的目的。
优选地,所述交锁孔上的内螺纹口设有球形倒角,其目的是为交锁钉外螺纹与孔内螺纹配合提供导向。
有益效果:采用不同型式的内外螺纹进行配合。交锁孔内螺纹型式可以为三角螺纹、梯形螺纹、矩形螺纹,交锁钉外螺纹型式为皮质骨螺纹(浅螺纹)、松质骨螺纹(深螺纹)、对称螺纹。内螺纹螺距与交锁钉外螺纹螺距相等,内螺纹的牙宽大于外螺纹牙宽,因此外螺纹可以轻松旋入内螺纹中,从而起到防止退钉的目的。内、外螺纹采用不同类型,内外螺纹中存在的间隙很大,不会因为髓内钉的轻微变形而影响交锁钉的打入。这样既解决了交锁钉打入的问题,也解决了交锁钉退钉的问题。

如图1所示,一种防止带锁髓内钉交锁钉退钉,包括髓内钉主钉1,所述髓内钉主钉1上部侧面设有交锁孔2,交锁孔2内设有内螺纹,交锁钉3与交锁孔2内的内螺纹配合,交锁钉3上设有外螺纹。
所述交锁孔2上的内螺纹为三角螺纹或梯形螺纹或矩形螺纹。
所述交锁钉3上的外螺纹为皮质骨螺纹或松质骨螺纹或对称螺纹。
所述交锁孔2上的内螺纹螺距与交锁钉3上的外螺纹螺距相等。
所述交锁孔2上的内螺纹牙宽大于交锁钉3上的外螺纹牙宽,因此外螺纹可以轻松旋入内螺纹中,从而起到防止退钉的目的,又解决了螺纹啮合过紧造成交锁钉打入交锁孔困难的问题。
优选地,所述交锁孔2上的内螺纹口设有球形倒角,其目的是为交锁钉外螺纹与孔内螺纹配合提供导向。

1.一种防止带锁髓内钉交锁钉退钉,包括髓内钉主钉(1),其特征在:所述髓内钉主钉(1)上部侧面设有交锁孔(2),交锁孔(2)内设有内螺纹,交锁钉(3)与交锁孔(2)内的内螺纹配合,交锁钉(3)上设有外螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止带锁髓内钉交锁钉退钉,其特征在于:所述交锁孔(2)上的内螺纹为三角螺纹或梯形螺纹或矩形螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止带锁髓内钉交锁钉退钉,其特征在于:所述交锁钉(3)上的外螺纹为皮质骨螺纹或松质骨螺纹或对称螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止带锁髓内钉交锁钉退钉,其特征在于:所述交锁孔(2)上的内螺纹螺距与交锁钉(3)上的外螺纹螺距相等。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止带锁髓内钉交锁钉退钉,其特征在于:所述交锁孔(2)上的内螺纹牙宽大于交锁钉(3)上的外螺纹牙宽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止带锁髓内钉交锁钉退钉,其特征在于:所述交锁孔(2)上的内螺纹口设有球形倒角。
