Abstract
一种用于在井眼内通到油层的蒸汽管的密封装
置。蒸汽管从套管加固井眼内的蒸汽发生器伸展到
油层将蒸汽导入其内。为使蒸汽管在井底相对于井
腔气密密封,套管底具有锥形支承面,蒸汽管穿过支
承面的开口锥顶通入油层内。蒸汽管支承在支承面
上。蒸汽管同时穿过构形跟锥形支承面相应的蒸汽
发生器底部。在蒸汽发生器底部与支承面之间设有
一个密封装置,这密封装置通过蒸汽发生器的重量压
紧在锥形支承面上。
Description
本发明涉及一种用以密封在井眼内通到石油矿层并将蒸汽通入油层内的蒸汽管的密封装置。蒸汽管连接到一个也设在同一井眼内的蒸汽发生器上,并且其开口输出端不受约束地通入油层内,蒸汽因而不受阻碍地从蒸汽管通入油层内。
DE-A-3612946公开了一种用以***石油矿层进行三次采油的发生蒸汽的设备。通过提高油层的温度来降低原油的粘度以提高原油的流动性和泵送性能。存在的问题是将处在压力状态下的蒸汽通入油层的蒸汽管的密封问题。蒸汽管的不封闭的出口相对于石油矿层内的向上敞开的井眼井腔必须进行密封。
本发明的目的在于提供一种蒸汽管的密封装置,使用这种密封装置蒸汽管就能够容易地在井底通入油层并相对于井眼井腔进行气密密封。
按照本发明,采用本文开头述及的类型的密封装置来实现上述目的的技术解决方案在于,经套管加固的井眼设有一个具有锥形支承面的套管底,蒸汽管通过锥形支承面的锥顶通入油层。蒸汽管穿过蒸汽发生器的、构形跟套管底的支承面相应的、也是锥形的底部跟蒸汽发生器连接。在蒸汽发生器底部与套管底的锥形支承面之间设有一个密封装置,这密封装置通过蒸汽发生器的重量压紧在支承面上。因此,在将蒸汽发生设备装入井眼内就已经自动地实现了蒸汽管相对于井眼内腔的密封。通过套管底的支承面和蒸汽发生器底部的锥形构形,蒸汽发生器在井眼内沉降的同时达到中心对正,在蒸汽管与井眼的加固套管之间不需要外加夹紧措施来对蒸汽管进行密封。
来发明借助于以示意图示出的实施例作进一步的描述。
附图示出通向石油矿层的井眼的底部。蒸汽管2通入油层1将蒸汽导入该油层内,以便通过加热来降低石油的粘度使原油便于用泵排出。蒸汽管连接在蒸汽发生装置的蒸汽发生器3上,所发生的蒸汽在压力下导入油层。蒸汽发生器3跟加了套管的井眼壁4离一个距离设置在井眼内,并以其蒸汽发生器底部5座落在加了套管的井眼的套管底7的支承面6上。蒸汽发生器底部5与支承面6均设计成锥形,两个锥形部分的圆锥角相一致。在蒸汽发生器底部5与套管底的支承面6之间设置了一个密封装置8,这密封装置在蒸汽发生装置安装在井眼内之后,通过蒸汽发生器的重量被挤压在蒸汽发生器底部与套管底之间。蒸汽发生器底部5与支承面6的圆锥角根据密封装置的材料来设定,使蒸汽发生器的重量足以抗衡由蒸汽通入油层内所产生的蒸汽压力而达到密封。在本实施例中,套管底7焊在井眼壁上并具有一个为蒸汽管道2设置的导向部9。在导向部9的内部,蒸汽管2通到油层1上方开口,并将蒸汽发生器产生的蒸汽不受阻碍地放出以加热油层。
为了增大加在密封装置上的压力,可向在井眼壁4与蒸汽发生器3之间的空间注入液体。通过密封装置的合适的构形设计及其在蒸汽发生器底部5与支承面6之间的合适的安装配置,同样能增进密封效果。
由于蒸汽发生器底部和套管底的支承面均为锥形,在井眼里安装蒸汽发生设备时,蒸汽发生器和蒸汽管是对中心的,不需要外加夹紧措施来密封蒸汽管。
Claims (1)
1、一种用于密封蒸汽管的密封装置,该蒸汽管在经套管加固的井眼中从蒸汽发生器伸展到石油矿层并将蒸汽不受约束地通入油层,其特征在于经套管加固的井眼具有一个带锥形支承面(6)的套管底(7),蒸汽管(2)通过支承面(6)的开口锥顶通入油层内,蒸汽管(2)穿过构形跟套管底(7)的锥形支承面(6)相应的蒸汽发生器底部(5),在蒸汽发生器底部(5)与套管底(7)的支承面(6)之间设有一个密封装置(8),这密封装置(8)通过蒸汽发生器的重量压紧在锥形支承面(6)上。
